Abstract

Urban village is an administrative division of the area under the auspices of the sub-district formed by the sub-district government to assist the implementation of the government in development and society. With the current Covid situation, the kelurahan has an important role to help the government accelerate to implement the program evenly. The problem faced by the community is the lack of information on where and when there is a vaccination schedule. Therefore, in order applications that provide information about vaccines. Based on this problem, the authors conducted testing on 302 respondents using the User Centered Design method and the application of the usability method by prioritizing three aspects with the results, namely learmability, efficiency, and staisfacation. User success rate is 91.10%, time-based efficiency is 0.061794869 and system usability scale is 61.42. the existence of this vaccine report application was built to make it easier for sub-districts to record who has not implemented the vaccine and provide notifications about the nearest mass vaccination program

Abstract

In this day and age, technology is getting faster, making knowledge more advanced. Many people conduct research using various methods. With so many methods available, many will increasingly wonder which method to use. The author compared the official license plates using the Canny, Prewitt, Sobel, and Roberts edge detection methods. Segmentation is one of the important steps that can be used in the Number Plate Recognition system. Vehicle number plate segmentation is performed to compare four different edge detection methods, each with advantages and disadvantages. The samples we used were 28 test images consisting of 14 images at a distance of 1 meter and 14 images at a distance of 2 meters. From the test results using the canny, prewitt, sobel and roberts edge detection methods, the number of data tested is 28 images. The result is that the canny edge detection method is more accurate than the Prewitt, Sobel and Roberts edge detection method in segmenting official vehicle license plates.

Abstract

This company has a very good quality of imported foreign and domestic products, PT longvin's staff has played an important role in producing excellent quality products, so the company must have a fairly good staff, which can be carried out according to this procedure set by the company. appears in the selection or selection of candidates by the company, because the selection process may not meet the company's level of demand for certain positions, it does not function properly so that the results obtained are inaccurate and not on target. This study aims to determine the PROMETHEE approach that is implemented in a decision support system to determine prospective employee analysis at the PT, this study was conducted in order to obtain the right prospective employee analysis of PT LONGVIN INDONESIA, As expected by HRD and the company using the PROMETHEE II approach, the data collected through interviews with HRD and in accordance with the standards set by the company. The evaluation criteria used are 4: (k1) age, (K2) education, (K3) ability, (K4) domicile and evaluation of alternative candidates for employees as many as 5 people: (P1 ) Selvyana, (P2) Fitni Nugraha, (P3). From this research at PT. Longvin Indonesia, we get the results of the analysis that the PROMETHEE II method can be used to select prospective employees for analysis. of the 3 candidates that have been selected by the company with the alternative fitni nugraha (NET FLOW 0.8) which has the first rank set to be the first alternative, selvyana and has the result (net flow -0.5) as the second alternative. In the 3rd place there is Nenden Najir (NET FLOW -0.4), of the 3 candidates selected by the company, only 3 candidates are taken from the first rank. Abstract

The internet is one proof that information technology is growing. The use of the internet today is increasingly showing trend a positive One of the impacts felt in the development of information technology is a non-departmental government agency of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). BPS is a non-departmental government agency in Indonesia whose main function is to provide statistical data and information. Included in the document analysis results of the BPS data needs survey in 2020, which concludes that consumers in the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) tend to use services that provide data and statistical information in digital or softcopy. This trend is also reinforced by the percentage of the main facility to obtain the largest BPS data is website (41.88%). Therefore, the Kuningan Regency BPS needs to optimize the media for disseminating statistical data and information, one form of innovation that can be done is making an android-based publication application. The application is named Kuningan Dalam Angka Statistik (KUDAMAS). In the development of this application software the prototype and the functionality test uses black box testing. Based on the results of the tests carried out using Black Box testing, the results obtained were successful for all testing of each feature in the application and it can be concluded that the KUDAMAS application has been running according to its function

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the potential of large earthquakes because it is passed by three active plates, namely Indo-Australian, Eurasian, and Pacific. Earthquake information is currently still in text form, so the blind have difficulty getting earthquake information. It is needed to develop the earthquake information applications from text to sound. The source of earthquake information is taken from an XML file that has been provided by BMKG. The application development uses the Waterfall method. The testing uses a blackbox with the boundary value analysis. The results of this study is text to speech application for earthquake information. Application testing using blackbox with the boundary value analysis for six different scenarios were successfully 100% running well without any errors

Abstract

The government's policy in suppressing the transmission of COVID-19 is to limit people's mobility. The policy called Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) with different levels for each district or city. The COVID-19 pandemic has not ended so far, so we need a method that can assist government in suppressing the spread of COVID-19 by classifying PPKM level policies in districts or cities that are adjusted according to the assessment level of each districts or cities. This study aims to classify PPKM levels with the fuzzy rough set method approach. The determination of the PPKM level policy based on epidemiological parameters, namely the number of positive cases of Covid-19 for 100,000 population, number of cases treated for 100,000 population and number of deaths for 100,000 population. The study began by inputting the COVID-19 spread dataset, pre-processing the data, and classified the data using the fuzzy rough set method. The stages of the fuzzy rough set method began with transforming the data into fuzzy form in the form of a table called an information system and partitioning the set of objects based on the similarity of the attributes contained in the decision system table into disjoint subsets according to 3 decision class labels, namely level 1, level 2 and level 3. The output rules consist of certain rules where the degree of fuzzy membership in the fuzzy equivalence class is the future effectiveness for each certain rules, and possible rules. Classification with fuzzy rough set approach obtains output of 58 rules consisting of 6 certain rules and 52 possible rules. The classification results show that PPKM level policies can be classified using the fuzzy rough set approach

Abstract

The Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of Pasar Wage in the process of managing trader data is still considered ineffective, because all data processing, especially in the personnel section, is still done manually where in the process of collecting data on traders and managing market retribution, so that they often face problems in their operational activities. This research is designed as a trader data management information system. The system design method used in this report is a prototype model which includes user needs analysis, interface design and website display testing. The research report on designing a website-based trader data management information system using tools or work aids, namely figma. Implementation and testing of the website-based merchant data management information system design describes the specification of website user needs, interface implementation and testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT). The existence of a computerized website-based trader data management information system design makes it easier for the Wage Market UPTD managers, namely admins, employees and traders to manage and obtain data in the Wage market more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The existence of information technology today can help the government in carrying out the task of providing services to the public that are efficient and transparent. One of them is the SisfoSPM application used by the Badan Litbang unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture's National Education and Culture Agency to verify spending budgets in the use of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This web-based application has been using Mysql as its database since 2017. The amount of data from each year, makes this application run slowly, especially related to queries that display log data verification results of each employee. This study used experimental methods with employee log transaction data from 2017-2021 amounting to 780,212 records. The study uses three stages: preparation, experimentation and analysis of results. The results of this research, obtained the results of the main response time query module sisfoSPM application employee log calculation with the amount of data as much as 780,212 using the index method for 1.95 seconds, using the views method for 1.85 seconds and using the materialized views method for 0.01 seconds. With these results, researchers can draw the conclusion that the use of materialized views provides the fastest response time results

Abstract

Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative is a company that provides savings and loan services to customers. In providing savings and loan services, it is not uncommon for customers to experience delays in paying bills or what is called bad credit. Bad credit is where the customer cannot do or is unable to pay the bill in part or all of the obligations as agreed. The cooperative must analyze the causes of the occurrence of bad loans using credit data that have been previously owned. Credit data owned by the Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative can be analyzed using Data Mining. Where the data are classified using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in calculating the probability level for each value of the target attribute in each customer credit case. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method can be used in several Data Mining tools or applications, one of which is the Orange Data Mining tool. The output of the Orange Data Mining system is the result of classification of customer credit data that is eligible or not eligible to reapply for credit. Researchers tested customer credit datasets from 2018 to 2020 as many as 1,200 data by dividing the dataset into 2 types of data, namely training data (training data) and test data (testing data). Comparison of training data and testing data is 70%:30%. Testing of training data as much as 840 data and testing data of 360 data produces 99.8% accuracy rate

Abstract

The facilities in the laboratory can make students especially feel comfortable because of several supports such as internet availability, better computer specifications, servers with large capacities as data storage media and rooms that support students' conditions in doing their assignments. During the pandemic, the laboratory cannot be used optimally because learning is done online. So that an online application for borrowing a laboratory is needed to maximize the function of the laboratory. In this study, a laboratory loan website application was designed by combining sequential search and bubble sort algorithms on the search engine menu so as to facilitate and speed up the process of searching for laboratory types. The test was carried out simultaneously from 700 test data and resulted in a time of 3 milliseconds for the sequential search algorithm, and 0.036 milliseconds for the bubble sort algorithm. While the results of the testing time with the combination of the two algorithms obtained are 4 milliseconds
