Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects society. The development of information technology affects the business world today. To overcome all this, companies need breakthroughs by utilizing technology, namely e-commerce. Every organization or company needs to make information technology investments to be able to ensure better performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the benefits resulting from the investment in information technology in the form of online shopping applications by one fashion retail company in Indonesia, namely PT. XYZ. Information technology investment calculation methods used in this study are the financial statement comparison analysis method, Ranti's generic IS/IT business value method, and the cost-benefit analysis method.  Through calculations that have been carried out using Ranti's generic IS/IT business value method and the cost-benefit analysis method, it has been determined that the information technology investment is beneficial for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and security, on user satisfaction in the OVO application in Denpasar. This study uses a quantitative approach, data processing methods using SEM-PLS. used is SmartPLS 3.0. The population of this study are users of the OVO digital payment system in Denpasar. The sample was determined based on cluster sampling technique and random sampling, with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of this study prove that of the 10 hypotheses made there are 7 hypotheses that are accepted, namely the relationship between system quality and use, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction, information quality and user satisfaction, service quality and use, service quality and user satisfaction, the relationship between use and net benefit and user satisfaction relationship to net benefit, and 3 hypotheses with results rejected namely information quality to use, security relationship to use and security relationship to user satisfaction.

Abstract

Adanya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang mampu menghasilkan transformasi aktivitas kehidupan manusia dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang e-commerce dan banyak startup- startup yang muncul dalam bidang penjualan online. Hal ini mendorong salah satu perusahaan retail PT Matahari Department Store Tbk untuk memperluas bisnisnya menggunakan platform e-commerce untuk menjual produk eklusifnya dengan konsep Omni-Channel. Perusahaan melakukan kerjasama dengan pembelian saham di PT Global Ecommerce yang merupakan induk dari perusahaan MatahariMall pada tahun 2015, tahun 2016 perusahan meluncurkan platform digitalnya yaitu MatahariStore.com dan tahun 2018 perusahaan melakukan rebrending situs menjadi Matahari.com yang merupakan gabungan dari MatahariMall dengan MatahariStore.com. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan profitabilitas yang ditimbulkan dari penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan adalah rasio profitabilitas yaitu NPM, ROA, ROE, ROS, dan ROCE. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2019. Tahun 2015 ditetapkan sebagai periode pisah batas karena periode tersebut perusahaan memulai menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam bidang e-commerce. Hasil penelitian dengan NPM dan ROA terjadi peningkatan setelah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam bidang e-commerce, sedangkan ROE, ROS, dan ROCE terjadi penurunan setelah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam bidang e-commerce.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, Analisis Perbandingan, Rasio Profitabilitas

Abstract

The development of technology has now been felt in almost various sectors, one of which is the financial sector. Financial Technology (Fintech) is an innovation in the financial sector that can accelerate the process of financial services, one of which is digital payments. OVO is a type of digital payment with the widest acceptance in Indonesia because it has several partnerships, one of which is with MSMEs. Even so, the use of digital payments is still not massive among MSMEs. The reasons are, among others, the unsupported infrastructure and the perceived usefulness of the digital payment. This study aims to determine the factors that can affect the use of technology using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by adding 2 external variables (system quality and culture). The method used is a quantitative method. The research data used primary data obtained directly from the respondents by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study will be analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method using the SmartPLS statistical tool. The results of this study show that as many as seven hypotheses can have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Fintech OVO, while there is one hypothesis that has a positive but not significant effect on interest in using Fintech OVO, namely the effect of perceived easy of use on perceived usefulness.

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital era are currently making many innovations in the field of technology, one of which is the financial sector that presents digital-based financial services or known as fintech. The presence of fintech digital payment system services provides changes in digital wallet transactions, one of which is LinkAja. This research is intended to find out how the acceptance of the use of the LinkAja digital wallet in Denpasar City by applying the original model to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses descriptive statistical analysis with frequency distribution statistics and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive accidental sampling technique. The results of the tests carried out showed that of the 100 respondents studied, the results of the statistical analysis of the frequency distribution gave an assessment of agreeing on the ease of use, benefits of use, attitude of use, and the actual use of LinkAja products, which means that respondents considered LinkAja products easy to use, useful and the user shows a good attitude towards the product, and the user intends well to use the linkAja product. Abstract

Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative is a company that provides savings and loan services to customers. In providing savings and loan services, it is not uncommon for customers to experience delays in paying bills or what is called bad credit. Bad credit is where the customer cannot do or is unable to pay the bill in part or all of the obligations as agreed. The cooperative must analyze the causes of the occurrence of bad loans using credit data that have been previously owned. Credit data owned by the Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative can be analyzed using Data Mining. Where the data are classified using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in calculating the probability level for each value of the target attribute in each customer credit case. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method can be used in several Data Mining tools or applications, one of which is the Orange Data Mining tool. The output of the Orange Data Mining system is the result of classification of customer credit data that is eligible or not eligible to reapply for credit. Researchers tested customer credit datasets from 2018 to 2020 as many as 1,200 data by dividing the dataset into 2 types of data, namely training data (training data) and test data (testing data). Comparison of training data and testing data is 70%:30%. Testing of training data as much as 840 data and testing data of 360 data produces 99.8% accuracy rate

Abstract

Industri Anyaman Atta menempati posisi yang paling tinggi dalam data potensi perindustrian dan perdagangan Kabupaten Karangasem tahun 2017. Industri Anyaman Atta mempunyai unit usaha sebanyak 3.569 dengan jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 5.838 orang. Namun pemasaran secara langsung untuk menembus pasar nasional dan internasional masih belum tercapai karena para pengrajin belum bias memanfaatkan memanfaatkan pemasaran secara online sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang. Mitra dalam program Iptek bagi Masyarakat ini adalah Kelompok Pemuda Pengrajin Anyaman Atta Eka Genta. Kelompok Pengrajin ini berkedudukan di Banjar Desa, Desa Bungaya, Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman marketing online produk anyaman paku atta melalui media social seperti facebook dan Instagram. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, workshop, praktik. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa media sosial online berupa facebook, Instagram dari para anggota pemuda pengrajin anyaman paku atta dan adanya peningkatan omzet penjualan dan pelanggan dari masing-masing pengrajin.

Abstract

Indonesia sudah mulai memberlakukan UU dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan, menurut UU no. 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyandang Disabilitas, dikemukakan bahwa : Penyandang disabilitas memiliki kesempatan untuk dapat bekerja pada sebuah instansi, yang pengaturannya : (1). Didasarkan pada hak (human right); (2). Pemerintah, Pemerintah Daerah, BUMN, dan BUMD wajib mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas 2 % dari total pegawai; (3). Swasta wajib mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas 1 % dari total pegawai; (4) Terdapat insentif bagi perusahaan yang mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas. Mitra kami dalam Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Yayasan Puspadi Bali yang berkedudukan di Kantor Annika Linden Centre Jalan Bakung No 19 Denpasar Timur. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan berupa kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan dasar komputer yaitu program Microsoft word dan program Microsoft excel serta pelatihan kewirausahaan berupa pelatihan penggunaan media sosial marketing dengan harapan penyandang disabilitas mempunyai peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan computer dan kewirausahaan. Hasil kegiatan berupa peningkatan kemampuan pengoperasian microsoft word dan excel serta pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun media sosial berupa Instagram dan Facebook untuk media sosial marketing.

Abstract

XYZ Digital Informasi ialah Industri startup di bidang Aplikasi Development yang meningkatkan Sistem Data berbasis Website serta Mobile Apps di Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai valuasi startup XYZ Digital Informasi dengan melakukan analisis Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunkan Scorecard Valuation mengacu pada tabel Valuation by Stage, serta perbandingan pada laporan keuangan menggunakan metode analisa komparatif dengan menentukan proyeksi laporan keuangan dalam lima tahun mendatang, kemudian menghitung Pesent Value guna menentukan nilai perusahaan saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan Compound Annual Growth Rate sebesar Rp 466.146.616, Scorecard Valuation Method sebesar Rp 3.428.750.000,- dan hasil analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Comparative Financial Statement Analysis sebesar Rp 466.146.616,. hasil akhir dari nilai valuasi startup XYZ Digital Informasi adalah sebesar Rp 3.894.896.616. Kata Kunci: Valuation Value, Startup, Scorecard Valuation
