Abstract

The objective of this research is to design an application for forecasting the sales production of oil palm by using the trend moment method where the result of the forecasting is expected to be able to help the company to forecast sales in the future so that later on, it can be useful for the companies owner in making company plans such as fertilizing the oil palm and other planning as well. This forecasting of sales production application is dekstop based by utilizing computer software and taking data sample from two different plantation locations. The result of the system testing is running well. The accuracy calculation by using APE (Absolute Percentage Error) method shows the forecast accuration result is 95.95%. The conclusion from this research shows that trend moment method which has been applied can be using to forecast sales production of oil palm on the next period effectively with high accuracy.

Abstract

The development of technology today is experiencing a very rapid increase both in the form of information, data, and systems used to assist human activities in life. Technological innovation is of course also progressing, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence. A pointing device is a pointing device that functions as navigation on a laptop or computer using a mouse device. This study aims to develop a pointing device without using hardware such as a mouse. With this technology, the cursor can move according to the command without any touch from the hand with the help of a laptop camera or computer instead of a mouse device. This study uses a hand landmark model in which the fingers will be given a point symbol totaling 21. The way this virtual mouse system works is that the user inputs his finger in front of a laptop or computer camera and performs finger gestures to give orders to the cursor. Abstract

UMKM Bened is one of the UMKM engaged in the culinary field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, economic activity in Indonesia decreased, this was a negative impact for UMKM. Advances in infomation technology can be utilized so that business activities can continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Strategic planning of information systems is needed so that UMKM Bened can implement the righy IS/IT. This study uses the ward and peppard method in data collection and the preparation of strategic planning for information systems. The tools usesd are SWOT analysis, and portofolio application by applying the McFarlan Strategic Grid and then there is a proposed information system. The results of the IS/IT strategic planning research on UMKM Bened is a UMKM Bened website/ Where this website can later improve business processes so that they are more effective and efficient. So that UMKM Bened can remain competitive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The village apparatus is part of the government element at the village level whose task is to assist the village head in carrying out government duties at the village level. Guworejo village officials are located in Karangmalang District, Sragen Regency. In carrying out their duties, village officials are required to have a humane nature to the whole community. So it takes appreciation of village officials who have a high work spirit and responsibility. To determine the best village apparatus, the Guworejo village government is still not optimal, this is due to the absence of media that can process the assessment of the apparatus and determine the best village apparatus. Therefore, this research is expected to help the Guworejo village government in determining the best village apparatus. In this study, the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method will be used. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

PT. Cipta Teknologi Persada is a company engaged in information technology and telecommunications. In its daily operations, this company cannot be separated from the use of information technology to support the company's operations. However, the use of technology in the company has not been evaluated whether it is in accordance with the company's strategy and also whether the company has benefited from the optimal application of information technology or not. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of IT in the company. This research is an analysis of the application of IT at PT. Cipta Teknologi Persada, specifically measuring the level of maturity of IT application using the COBIT 4.1 (Control Objective for Information Technology) framework.

Abstract

Social networking helps internet users communicate. This is because social network users can convey messages by utilizing the facilities prepared by each social media. Social media users' messages can be used in various ways, such as a review of a product or a review of a problem in politics or current social problems. This can be done by analyzing the sentiments of social media users. The support vectore machine method is one method that can be used to analyze sentiment. In sentiment analysis using the support vectore machine method, it is done by classifying sentiment into compliant or not compliant classes. The accuracy rate of sentiment analysis for @Ovo_ID using the support vectore machine method is 94% using 1000 tweet data.

Abstract

The selection of scholarship recipients must go through careful consideration. Therefore, SPK is needed in overcoming these problems by applying the AHP and PROMETHEE methods. SPK is able to overcome this problem for the selection of scholarship recipients so that the resulting data is more effective and optimal Based on the criteria that have been determined, a student named Radit Pratama with a final score of 0.466 ranks as the student with the highest ranking score for granting aid scholarships.

Abstract

Various policies have been made by Indonesian Government to handle the spreading of COVID-19. Indonesian Government released several rules called health protocol that regulate public activities during the pandemic. The government policy of releasing those rules created different public opinions. Sentiment analysis was conducted to know how people see and think about health protocol. This study analyzed the public reactions on Facebook posts about health protocol from government account and news portal account. The data was collected using CrowdTangle with “protokol kesehatan”, “wajib masker”, and “jaga jarak” chosen as keywords. CrowdTangle collects useful Facebook data including reactions (love, care, sad, angry) that represent a sentiment, message, and total interactions. The result of the sentiment analysis showed that public gave more positive reactions than negative reactions to health protocol posts. Based on the nonparametric statistic tests (Mann-Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis test) results, the account types (government account and news portal account) affected the public reactions and the total number of interactions. Moreover, the total number of interactions was also influenced by the post types (link, status, photo, and video).
