Abstract

الهدف من هذا البحث لمعرفة إبداع معلمي في تحسين جودة لدى الطالبات في تربية المعلمات الإسلامية الأمين بارندوان سومنب مادورا. وأما مدخل هذا البحث المدخل الكيفي، بالمنهج الوصفي، بدراسة الحالة، واستخدم الباحث لجمع هذه البيانات بالمقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق والسجلات المكتوبة. وجمع البيانات من مدير المدرسة، ومعلمي لمدة اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها  وبعض الطالبات المتفوقين. أما تحليل البيانات التفسير الاستقرائي للبيانات التي تتم معالجتها من خلال تقنيات الفحص والتنظيم. ونتائج هذا البحث هي :1) أن تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في مدرسة العالية لتربية المعلمات الإسلامية بشكل صحيح وجيد، ويعرف من إعداد المعلمين قبل عملية التدريس والتعليم. 2) نجد إبداعية المعلمي في تنمية جودة التعلم، مثل إشراك الطالبات في تلخيص كل مادة بنشاطة، وطريقة قراءة القرآن الكريم وكتابتها ثم تقييم التعليم في كل مادة. 3) أن نتيجة لمدة اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها لدى الطالبات المتفوقين تحصل على درجة ممتزة. ونلاحظ هذا الاستنتاج على تعامل و علاقة بين المعلمين و جميع الطالبات، وتكوين شخصية إسلامية متفوقة بالإيمان والعمل الصالح ، وبعض أهداف التعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها تحصل درجة جميع الطالبات المتفوقين فوق 75. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the role of moslim’s family in character education. The implementation of the parenting club as an effort to support character education has been studied at two elementary level educational institutions, namely SD Lebah Putih or known as the School of Life Lebah Putih (SOL Lebah Putih) and also SD Islam Kurma Salatiga. In its implementation, this study uses a qualitative approach with type of research is a descriptive field research. There are three methods that researchers do in collecting data in the field, namely observation, Indeep interviews, and documentation. Whereas to find valid data sources, researchers use the snow ball method to fit the research objectives and the effectiveness of the data collected. After conducting field research, it was found that in these two basic education institutions prioritized the characteristics of authoritative parenting care. The school provides the basics of parenting and then the parents at home apply it according to the vis-missions agreed upon between parents and teachers. While the problem with the parenting program is more for parents, namely the lack of awareness of the main educational responsibilities. Because it is based on adult education, the school uses non-formal methods.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the experiences and feelings of members of the majlis taklim and the meaning of religious activities in the majlis taklim. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological study type. While the data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of data used in this study primary and secondary data. Data analysis of this research is data reduction, data display and verification or conclusion. The results of the study show as follows: The experience of members of the taklim majlis is gaining knowledge and knowledge by attending the taklim majlis in umdatul khairat can be taught some knowledge, making new friends from various hamlets so that they can meet each other and gather together by attending the ta' majlis The lim, has time to recite the yasin and tahlil together and remember our elders together, stay in touch with the teachers and friends with the majlis taklim being able to stay in touch with the nyai. The feelings felt by the members of the majlis taklim were very happy and enthusiastic in participating in the activities in the majlis taklim 'Umdatul Khairat.

Abstract

IMTAQ is one organization in IAIN Madura that participated by students who memorize Al-Quran. In this case, the strategy in memorizing Al-Quran is very important. The focus of this research are: how the strategy of IMTAQ IAIN Madura in memorizing Al-Quran, and what are the obstacles and solutions faced by IMTAQ IAIN Madura in memorizing Al-Quran  in disruption era. This research used qualitative approach, the data collection research  used are interview, observation and documentation. Data validity checking used triangulation. The result of this research are: the strategy used by IMTAQ in memorizing Al-Quran are: 1. Conducted memorizing Al-Quran as routine, memorizing test every 1 juz, khotmul quran, scientific studies. Obstacles faced are: similarity time between lectures and IMTAQ activities, lack of regeneration. And the solution is to provide time agreement between muhafidhoh and IMTAQ members.

Abstract

The existence of pesantren in Indonesia is very important. This is because pesantren have made an important contribution in educating the Indonesian people. However, pesantren need to communicate with the times so that they can become educational institutions that can produce graduates who can compete in the midst of society. This needs to be done even though pesantren has its own uniqueness, both from the way and view of life adopted, the values that are followed, and the internal hierarchy of power that is adhered to by its inhabitants, making pesantren a sub-culture in Indonesia. This qualitative research seeks to reveal how the efforts of the Kembang Kuning Islamic Boarding School in Pamekasan, East Java, in improving the quality and quality of education and its management by maximizing human resource management. This pesantren has made efforts to plan, organize, direct and control its teachers and education personnel properly to improve the quality and quality of education and its management.
