Abstract

Secara psikologis, hukum Islam hanya berlaku apabila diterima atau dikehendaki oleh adat. Kondisi ini diberi dasar hukum dalam Undang-Undang Dasar Hindia Belanda (RR), yaitu Wet op de Staatsinrichting Van Netherlands Indie (IS). Oleh karena itu, tahun 1929 melalui Is yang diundangkan dalam stbl no. 212 hukum Islam dicabut dalam tata hukum Hindia Belanda, karena Belanda ingin menguatkan kekuasannya di Nusantara ini serta ingin menjauhkan pengaruh Islam dengan cara menghapuskan hukum Islam. Faktor  sosial  budaya  juga  mempunyai  pengaruh  penting dalam  perkembangan  hukum  Islam  di  Indonesia,  dalam kenyataannya  telah mewarnai  produk-produk  pemikiran  hukum Islam,  baik  yang  berbentuk  kitab  fikih,  peraturan  perundang-undangan,  keputusan  pengadilan, maupun  fatwa-fatrwa  ulama. Hukum  Islam  dalam kenyataan  yang  sebenarnya  adalah  produk  pemikiran  hukum Islam  yang  merupakan  hasil  interaksi  antara  ulama  sebagai pemikir  dengan  lingkungan  sosialnya.  Meskipun  al-Qur’an  dan as-Sunnah  mempunyai  aturan  yang  bersifat  hukum,  tetapi jumlahnya  sangat  sedikit  di  banding  dengan  jumlah  persoalan hidup  yang  memerlukan  ketentuan  hukum,  terutama  dalam bidang  muamalah  yang  belakangan  ini  jumlahnya  meningkat pesat. Status hukum Islam dalam tata hukum di Indonesia secara yuridis formal masih lemah karena hanya Instruksi Presiden dan pemberlakuannya hanya bersifat fakultatif tidak bersifat imperatif.

Abstract

Abstract                Leader and communication have a tight relation, that a communicative of leader relation to staff communication, like to arrange and to join a program which never before. The problem from this research is communication model of mudir ma’had as leader of Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah for female Al-Amien Islamic boarding school Prenduan Sumenep Madura year 2017-2018 which the researcher gets several problems in this research are: 1. How communication process is used by Mudir Ma’had as leader in Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah for female Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School Prenduan Sumenep Madura year 2017-2018? 2. What communication model is used by Mudir Ma’had as leader in Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah for female Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School Prenduan Sumenep Madura year 2017-2018? The researcher used the qualitative descriptive. The method used are interview, observation, and documentation. From this method, researcher analyze for getting data and information. This research subjects are head master of junior high school (Mr. Zainal Abidin, S. Sos. I), Secretary of Idaroh Ma’had and Idaroh Ma’had staffs. For validating data, researcher used sources triangulation is head master of junior high school and Secretary of Idaroh Ma’had. After getting data, researcher found communication process is used by Mudir Ma’had as leader in Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah for female Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School Prenduan Sumenep Madura year 2017-2018 is primary process, and communication model is used by Mudir Ma’had as leader in Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamiyah for female Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School Prenduan Sumenep Madura year 2017-2018 is transactional model. Key Words            : Communication model, Leader

Abstract

In this area, there are many kind of mental disorder befalls unto people, the problem is people are difficult to solve or get way out from that problem. Finally it is being allowed because they cannot find the way to recover it. So the effect gets worst and then motivate them to hurt other or them selves. So the aim of this research is to give solution for them who where being affected by supranatural, mentality, physical, psychology, and spiritual disorder. With giving double recovering treathment, they are the collaboration of ruqyah method and hypnoterapi method in eL-PsikA Foundation Al-Amien Prenduan.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology that has led people to modern civilization, it has also made them experience changes in values and orientation of life is quite significant. One of the implications for the existence is the change of lifestyle that comes from the values and teachings of religion that put forward fraternity, cooperation, kinship. The formulation of this research problem is, how the method of handling mental patients in Pondok Pesantren Al-Bajigur Tenonan District Manding.Based on the title of this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach in case studies because it is done intensive, against a particular organization or institution. That is the method of handling mental patients in Pondok Pesantren Al-Bajigur Tenonan District Manding.Adapum data collection techniques in this study using observation and interviewing guidelines. The results showed that the method penanga nan mental patients in boarding school Al-Bajigur Tenonan Manding District has several methods of healing that is (1) the method of prayer, that is by the patient prayed by the therapist and when istighosah time, (2) bathing method, yaitudengan bathing the patient in the bath pool (3) introduction method with nature, that is by introducing patient with nature by social interaction as well as farming and cultivating. (4) Quran teaching method that is, method by way of recited Al-Qur ' (5) method of prayer water ', that is by the way the patient is in water with prayer that has been read in prayer. However, in this method of handling of mental disorders there are some obstacles that inhibit the smoothness of the method of handling mental patients in antranya: lack of economy and less responsibility of the patient's family.

Abstract

In general communication is any form of a person's behavior both verbal and nonverbal are responded by others. Communication includes a broader understanding of just dialogue. The problem occurs when looking at the field are many of the children with special needs Deaf who still lack vocabulary so that in communicating sometimes children with special needs Deaf is experiencing obstacles in expressing something they want to express but do not know what vocabulary they will express. From some of the research focus above, there are several achievement objectives in the research that will be studied by researchers: 1. To learn more in depth how the teacher in applying nonverbal communication model for children with special deaf need in developing communication skill at SLB Asih Mulya in Pamekasan. 2. To learn more deeply the forms of nonverbal communication applied in SLB Asih Mulya in Pamekasan. 3. To know the inhibiting factors in the application of nonverbal communication model. Based on the title of this study, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, with data collection procedures using observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. And using data analysis techniques Miles and Hubberman. The researchers take the following conclusions in the application of nonverbal communication model of teachers to children with special deaf needs in the development of communication skills. Namely Some application of nonverbal communication model applied by teachers for children with special deaf need include: Sign language, and Fig. While the forms of nonverbal communication provided to children with special needs deaf: facial, hand, oral, articulation in the mention of vocabulary, lip motion, some kind of miniature of the original objects.

Abstract

Appropriate with the goals of Islamic Da’wa. In this case, reminding the important of Islami, Tarbawi and Ma’hadi life on a circle of people in Pragaan laok, so that way, El-PsikA has an important role to change the public personality especially for the people who has stern personality through the process of Da’wa given by the foundation. According to the description above, the researcher found a unique which was becoming a problem that interested to research. One of the unique is, although most of them have a stern personality, they could change their personality by the Da’wa from the El-PsikA foundation. For the more to discover about the role of Da’wa El-PsikA foundation, the researcher used qualitative field rapprochement. This rapprochement is using interview, observation and documentary method. This method will be processed by the researcher to get data and information. The subject of this research are from the organizers of El-PsikA Foundation and the Pragaan Laok society. For the validity of data, the researcher used triangulation with two ways; compare the result of observation with the result of interview with the triangulation each method that is comparing the situation and a perspective with the opinions and other perspective.In finding data, the researcher found that the Da’wa of El-PsikA foundation has role for Pragaan laok Society with some rapprochement methods, they are;offering rapprochement, rapprochement with Hikmah,andrapprochement with Mau’idah al-Hasanah. Meanwhile, the rapprochement of Da’wa in El-PsikA foundation Al-Amien Prenduan for fixing the social personality is inviting people approach to Allah swt spiritually with the guidance of DzikrBhatiniahor in other word called as Dizkrin two dimensions that included reciting Shalawatand Istighfarso that both can guard people all day long. By this Dizkrguidance, people will increase their spirituality which has connection with the faith for Allah swt.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is one of communication methods that often used for communicates with others, no doubt. The success of parents and teachers in communicating are the important one. Because they are humans that we should imitated. According to explanation above, the writer can take three conclusions from this research are:Based on this research to know available or not the influencw of interpersonal communication of parents to the achievement of students of class I MA Nurul Huda Pangilen Dasuk Sumenep Year 2017/2018, it can be shown by T­hitung X1 2.589 > Ttabel 2.026. Hence thus the working hypothesis (H1) which states that "there is influence interpersonal communication parent to learning achievement Class I MA Nurul Huda Pangeling Dasuk Sumenep 2017/2018" otherwise accepted. Based on the above research to find out whether or not the influence of interpersonal communication of children to the achievement of students of class I MA Nurul Huda Pangilen Dasuk Sumenep Year 2017/2018, it can be shown T­hitung X2 sebesar 1.361 < Ttabel 2.026. Thus it is proven working hypothesis (H1) which states that "there is influence of parents' internal communication on learning achievement Class. According to the research above, knowing there is or not the effect of interpersonal communication between parents and children's achievement for student grade 1 MA (Islamic Senior High School) Nurul Huda pangilen Dasuk Sumenep 2017/2018. So, it can be counted as (F­hitung 4.834 > Ftabel 3.25). So that way, it's been approved that work hypothesis (H1) which said that 'the effect of interpersonal communication between parents and children's achievement for student grade 1 MA Nurul Huda Pangeling Dasuk Sumenep 2017/2018 is accepted'From this research, it's concluded that the effect of interpersonal communication between parents and children's achievement for student grade 1 MA Nurul Huda Pangilang Dasuk Sumenep 2017/2018  accounted into medium category.

Abstract

Tangkebban atau kawin paksa di Desa Pragaan Utara Kecamatan Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan Fenomena atau peristiwa yang banyak dijumpai oleh masyarakat. Tangkebban atau kawin paksa di desa karena adanya penangkapan laki-laki dan perempuan di tempat yang tidak lazim. Uniknya kawin paksa di Desa Pragaan Utara Kecamatan Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep, karena adanya faktor kesengajaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan karena tidak direstui antara keluarga yang ada dalam penelitian ini dua permasalahan. Yang pertama bagaimana pengaruh psikologi bagi pasangan kawin paksa. Kedua, segala upaya yang dilakukan pasangan dalam menjaga keharmonisan keluarga pasca kawin paksa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif lapangan yaitu menganalisis data yang diperoleh dan deskripsi. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawin paksa “Tangkebban” Desa Pragaan Utara berpengaruh terhadap psikologi pasangan kawin paksa yaitu tidak siapnya mengasuh keluarga Sakinah, Mawaddah, Warahmah. Sedangkan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga keharmonisan hubungan keluarga adalah dengan mengajarkan kesabaran dan menjaga komunikasi personal dan interpersonal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how people's views about divorce in Pragaan Daya Village, Batu Jaran Hamlet. and To find out how the community and related institutions respond to divorce in Pragaan Daya Village, Batu Jaran Village. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The method used to obtain data and information in this study the author uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study included village heads, kiai, village officials and the community. For the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation by matching the results of interview data with data obtained from the results of documentation, observation, and other finding data. From the research that has been done, it is found that; The community's view of divorce in Pragaan Daya village, Batu Jaran hamlet is a state of breaking the husband and wife bond due to certain things, causing the marital relationship to break up. And the number of divorce phenomena that occur in Pragaan Daya Village, Dusun Batu Jaran is interpreted by an event that is usually responded to by the surrounding community, in the sense that the community does not want many divorces to occur in their community, because certain factors will lead to mudorotan, the final solution is divorce. taken.

Abstract

Manusia dilahirkan untuk saling mengenal dan bersosial. Namun semua orang juga harus hidup berkelompok. Masalah yang menarik dalam hal ini yaitu satu hal yang membuat sebuah ketertarikan untuk meneliti terjadinya konflik tersebut, yaitu adanya kata-kata provokatif yang sering muncul di antara mereka, sehingga menimbulkan emosi dalam diri mereka menjadi sangat tinggi. Hal ini menyebabkan timbulnya rasa permusuhan kepada kelompok lain. Sangat memberikan wawasan baru bagi peneliti untuk meneliti lebih dalam dan memberikan gambaran untuk melakukan penelitian tentang “Analisis Konsep Kelompok  Sosial Santri Reguler dan Intensif di Tarbiyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan. (Studi Kasus Konflik Santri Reguler dan Intensif di TMI Putra Al-Amien Prenduan): 1) Ingin mengetahui konsep kelompok Sosial Santri Reguler dan Intensif di Tarbiyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan. 2). Ingin mengetahui Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya Konflik Sosial Santri Reguler dan Intensif di Tarbiyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini peneliti ambil dari santri dan para asatidz. Untuk keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi dengan dua jalan yaitu: membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara dengan triangulasi antar metode yaitu membandingkan keadaan dan perspektif seseorang dengan berbagai pendapat dan pandangan orang lain. Dari data-data yang diperoleh, peneliti menemukan pandangan santri tentang kelompok sosial santri Reguler dan Intensif ada tiga yaitu: kenakalan santri, prilaku santri dan intraksi sosial santri. Sedangkan faktor penyebab konflik santri Reguler dan Intensif di TMI Putra Al-Amien Prenduan disebabkan oleh tiga hal yaitu: faktor doktrin kakak kelas, Fanatik dan Bullying.
