Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of marketing mix toward decisions making process and satisfaction debtor on Capital of Economy the People's of Riau Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The study population was all employees of PT Riau Provincial People's Economic Capital totaling 774 people. The sample in this study is based on the use of Taro Yamane formula obtained by 90 people. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculations show that There is no significant effect between the positive and the product purchase decision, there is a significant and negative influence on purchasing decisions between cost, there is no significant effect between the positive and the location of the purchase decision, there is no significant effect between the negative and promotion on purchase decisions, there is no significant effect between the positive and the purchase decision, there is no significant effect between the positive and the physical facilities of the purchase decision, there is a significant and positive effect of the process on purchasing decisions, there is no significant influence and positive among the products to customer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the cost of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect and positive relationship between the location of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the promotion of consumer satisfaction, a significant difference between the positive and the customer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the physical means to customer satisfaction, there is a significant and positive effect between customer satisfaction and process towards a significant difference between the positive and to the satisfaction of the consumer purchase decision on PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap freshgraduate Universitas Riau yang diwisuda pada periode tanggal 1-5 Oktober 2013 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Minat Fresh Graduate Universitas Riau Terhadap Profesi Sales. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah freshgraduate dari 3 Fakultas di Universitas Riau yaitu Fakultas Ekonomi, FKIP dan Fisipol. Pemilihan 3 Fakultas ini sebagai responden karena memiliki jumlah mahasiswa terbanyak di Universitas Riau. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20.00. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah insentif, jenjang karir dan tantangan pekerjaaan, sedangkan variabel terikat minat terhadap profesi sales. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fresh graduate Universitas Riau kurang berminat terhadap profesi sales.Perlu berbagai usaha untuk meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dan fresh graduate mengingat banyak orang- orang berhasil saat ini justru memulai karirnya sebagai sales dan banyak dari wirausaha sukses juga memulai karir sebagai sales serta tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa lowongan pekerjaan sebagai sales masih terbuka lebar.Kata Kunci : Minat Profesi Sales, Insentif , Jenjang Karir dan Tantanggan Pekerjaan

Abstract

Analyze the influence of Perceived Technology, Perceived Risk Against Trust and Its Impact on Student Satisfaction in Online Shopping Pekanbaru under the guidance of Dr. Samsir, SE, M.Si and Dra. Hj. Lilis Sulistyowati, MM. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of technology perception and the perception of risk in online trust and how trust-related online shopping satisfaction. This study also examines the impact of online trust in mediating the relationship between technology and the perceived satisfaction of online shopping. The population in this study were students enrolled in universities and colleges in the city of Pekanbaru. The samples of 176 people by using purposive sampling method with the criteria of students who have ever shopped online and sampling is done through snowball sampling method in order to make it easier to get the respondent. Data processing is done using path analysis with SEM Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate descriptively respondents are predominantly student at the University of Riau precisely the economic faculty of products purchased online by students is a fashion product. Directly influence the perception of technology that can negatively affect the perception of risk, and perception of technology positively influence the trust and satisfaction of online shopping, then the risk perception negatively affect the trust and satisfaction of online shopping. For the indirect effect is that the perception of risk perception and technology influence the online shopping satisfaction is mediated by the trust.Kata Kunci : Online Shopping, Perceived Technology, Perceived Risk, Trust, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Exchange rate stability is one important factor in keeping the economy, because the exchange rate is a representation of the international financial and economic conditions. For the stability of the exchange rate must be obtained, maintained and attempted to obtain a stronger exchange rate to shocks. Especially since the introduction of free-floating exchange rate system in Indonesia, where the determination of the Indonesia exchange rate against foreign currencies left entirely to the market mechanism that giving more opportunities for market participant to speculate that impact in fluctuating exchange rate prediction becomes difficult to predict. The main problem in this research is how the fundamental factors which consists of inflation (INF), interest rate (SBI), GDP, money supply (JUB), current account (CA), the capital account (CFA), external debt and speculation that psychological factors and interventions affect the exchange rate changes. While the purpose of this study is to get empirical evidence of fundamental and psychological factors influence the rate changes. The data used in the form of secondary data obtained from several central banks. Data collected from the period 2004 Q1 to 2012 Q4. Based on purposive sampling technique, chosen to be analyzed is 3 rate, USD / GBP, JPY / USD and AUD / USD. In this study, data analysis was conducted using OLS and variance ARCH GARCH models Based on the research results, it was concluded all of the variables used in this study affect in three exchange rate sample that was studied, except for a variable money supply that does not affect the exchange rate of JPY / USD. It can be caused by actors who tend to pay attention to forex technical analysis and forex psychological. Based on the technical analysis of the movement of JPY / USD exchange rate movements rely heavily on USD / IDR, in addition to the fundamentals of money supply by simply giving effect indirectly through inflation and interest rates. The total effect of all variables on each exchange rate amounted to 47%, 41% and 43% while about 66% are caused by other variables outside of this study.Kata Kunci : Exchange rate, inflation, SI, GDP, JUB, ED, CA, C

Abstract

The study was conducted using a survey method for public accounting firms in the region Pekanbaru and Medan. The study aims to find evidence of the audit fee, services beside the audit, public accountant office profile, and the duration or assignation of audit to public accountant independency. The population in the study were accountant public in Pekanbaru and Medan. Sample taken amoundted to 26 public accounting firms in Pekanbaru and Padang with 130 respondents. Types of data used are primary data by the method of data collection using questionnaire. The method of data analysis used in this study is multiple regression with the help of software SPSS version 17.00. The results showed that the use of audit fee, services beside the audit, public accountant office profile, and the duration or assignation of audit effect on public accountant independency with a significance value of 0.000, 0.030, 0.054 and 0.000. The value Alpha egual to 0.05. The value of Ajusted R squareis equal to 0.615, which means 61.5% of independent variables in the study was able to influence the dependent variable, while the remaining 38.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study, as: relation of effort with client , office public accountant size measure, etc.Kata Kunci : Audit fee, services beside the audit, public accountant profile, the duration or assignation of audit, independence.

Abstract

Based on the background mentioned above, the authors conclude the formulation of the problem, namely: How does the leadership, motivation and organizational culture either partially or simultaneously on employee performance on Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. The purpose of this study is to analyze done simultaneously and partially Influence Leadership, Motivation and Organizational Culture On Employee Performance Against Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. This research was conducted at the Office Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. The population in this study were all employees working in the office Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. Determination of the number of samples using methods Slovin and obtained a sample of 52 respondents. While the types of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative methods to sum multiple regression formula. The variables used in this study is X1 (Leadership) with indicators communicate, coordinate, organize, motivate, utilize resources, rewarding, improve the skills of subordinates, the discipline of law, and classifying expectations of the organization. X2 (Motivation) with indicators of working conditions, salary, status, job security, high personal responsibility, willing to take risks, have realistic goals, have a plan of work, using feedback. X3 (Cultural Organization) with indicators of individual initiative, tolerance for risk measures, guidance, integration, management support, control, reward system, tolerance for conflict, communication patterns. Based on the research results, it can be seen leadership significantly influence employee performance on Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. The better the leadership pattern is applied, the higher the employee's performance. Thus, the presence of leaders in every moment to improve employee performance. Motivation no effect on employee performance. This is due to the motivation of employees are non-material received while an employee is expected motivation of the material. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance on Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Dumai. Working culture of individual shaping organizational culture. Of the culture of the organization, can help improve employee performance. Due to a positive organizational culture, may establish a positive working patterns especially in improving employee performance.Kata Kunci : Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Grand Zuri Group Hotel di Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan, pembelajaran organisasional, dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja perusahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner tertutup terhadap 102 orang responden. Responden adalah para pimpinan dan/atau pihak-pihak lainnya yang memiliki kewenangan mengambil kebijakan strategis di Grand Zuri Group Hotel Pekanbaru. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan software AMOS 20. Berdasarkan SEM full model diperoleh hasil yang layak dan dapat digunakan dan telah memenuhi hampir seluruh kriteria kelayakan model. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Selanjutnya, manajemen pengetahuan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Namun, orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan Grand Zuri Group Hotel Pekanbaru untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasional di dalam perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan guna mencapai keunggulan bersaing perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Perusahaan juga direkomendasikan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan penerapan manajemen pengetahuan dan orientasi pasar untuk mempertahankan eksistensi bisnis perusahaan di masa depan.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pengetahuan, Pembelajaran Organisasional, Orientasi Pasar, Kinerja Perusahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan harga saham, abnormal return, value saham, volume perdagangan saham dan frekuensi perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) tahun 2013. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan yang dikeluarkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia, Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Sumber data lainnya berasal dari sumber bacaan seperti buku-buku, jurnal, dan data dari internet. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired Sample t-test. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa peristiwa kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) tahun 2013 berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham, value saham, volume perdagangan saham dan frekuensi perdagangan saham. Adapun tingkat signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,000, 0,003, 0,006 dan 0,021. Sedangkan terhadap abnormal return tidak ada pengaruh sama sekali.Kata Kunci : Peristiwa kenaikan harga BBM, harga saham, abnormal return, value saham, volume perdagangan saham dan frekuensi perdagangan saham.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in March-August 2013. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of migration on housing demand in the city of Pekanbaru is simple. The data used in this study is secondary data time series from 2001 until 2010. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis. With SPSS version 17. From the results of the tests, t tests showed that the migration variable positive effect on demand for a modest home in Pekanbaru. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient (R) obtained R value of 0.756 means that the closeness of the linear relationship between the level of in-migration to a request for simple house is 75.6%, indicating that the relationship between the two variables is very close. Furthermore, based on the calculation of the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) obtained R2 value of 0.572 indicating that the rate of in-migration affects demand a modest home that is equal to 57.2%, while 42.8% are influenced by other factors not addressed in this study.Kata Kunci : Housing Demand Simple, Migasi Login

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on job satisfaction and its implications for labor discipline Medics On General Hospital Dr. R.M. Pratomo Rokan Hilir and partial simultaneously. The samples were whole paramedics at the Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo totaling 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data obtained in this study was processed using SPSS (statiscal Program For Social Science) 19.0 for windows. These results indicate that in partial motivation no positive effect on job satisfaction paramedics, whereas the leadership variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction. While simultaneously motivation and leadership variables significant influence on job satisfaction paramedics. While the link between job satisfaction and discipline did not have a significant effect. It can be concluded that only partial variable that has pengauh leadership on job satisfaction while no motivation. Simultaneously both variables have an influence on job satisfaction influences job satisfaction, while there is no influence on the discipline. From these results it is expected that management leadership is expected to be a factor of concern in order to provide job satisfaction for employees, while the motivation despite having no effect, but the organization is expected to provide positive motivation for employees to be more employee satisfaction levels increased and in improving discipline in addition to creating job satisfaction then management needs to implement a system of monitoring and sanctions to discipline paramedics who are not in work. This solution can be expected to further improve the performance of the paramedics in Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo Rokan Hilir.Kata Kunci : Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline.
