Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the Customer Trust and Customer Loyalty at Bank BRI Branch pekanbaru Imam Munandar. Quantitative research was conducted on a population of customer deposits with a total sample of 150 customers, Savings, deposits and current accounts using proportional stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study is a survey and observation using data analysis techniques Path Analysis with SPSS. The results showed that all dimensions of CRM: People, Process, and Technology in partial significant effect on Customer Trust. Customer Trust has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. While the overall CRM significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This Research aim to to know how storey;level satisfaction of patient take care of to lodge pursuant to quality of service given by Hospital of Area Sub-Province of Pelalawan which consist of reliability, assurance, emphaty, tangibles, and responsiveness. Sampel which is used in this research amount to 100 responder. As for method intake of sampel by using sampling purposive. Research instrument stem from kuesioner which in processing with program of SPSS 16.0 Windows for.Result of research indicate that quantitatively the quality of service as a whole have influence which is signifikan to satisfaction of patient. dimension of tangibles, reliability, assurance and emphaty get assessment with good category, whereas variable of emphaty variable and of responsibility get assessment with good enough category. dimension of tangibles represent dimension is quality of dominant service have an effect on to satisfaction of patient. dimension of emphaty have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of patient, while dimension of reliability, assurance, and responsiveness not have influence of signifikan to satisfaction of patient.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analize the effect of the education and trainingprogramm, motivation dan job environment again the performance offieldworkers for family planning in Riau Province. This research takes 3 sampleof regency, that they are Pelalawan Regency, Siak Regency and Indragiri HuluRegency. The result of the research indicates that the education and trainingprogramm, motivation and job environment have the effect again the performanceof fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province together. It’s indicated byFratio (25,491) > Ftable (3,100) on significant α = 5%. The formula of the multiplelinear regression is : Y   X  X  X  e 1 2 3 20,467 0,349 0,152 0,060From above formula we can see that the regression coeffisien for threeindependent variables have a positive effect again dependent variables(perfrmance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province). The number ofeffect contributed by the education and training programm, motivation and jobenvironment again the performance of fieldworkers of family planning in RiauProvince can be seen from determinated coefficient (R2) and the figure is 0,465 or45,5%. While closed relationship between independent variables and dependentvariable is indicated by the figure coefficient correlation (R) is 0,682. The parcialtest indicated that the biggest tratio is found on variable the education andtraining programm (X1) the tratio = 4,598 > ttabel = 1,662 with the r2 = 44,0%. Thisresult indicates that the education and training programm has the main factoragain performance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province.

Abstract

This study focuses on the efforts to analyze the leaderships, work environment and motivation directly or indirectly effect on employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Primary data were collected using questionnaires as tools to prove the result of the study. The subjects were the employees of Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. This study took 102 respondents as samples. This study using path analysis with SPSS tools to prove the result.The result showed that there are direct and indirect positive effects and significant correlation between the variables of leadership and motivated work environment and employee performance. Based on the test result in this study concluded that the better work environment with leadership and work environment with employee motivation, the better employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Based on research, leadership in the Office of Education and the culture needs to be fixed with due regard to participatory behavior and discretionary behavior of a leader. While the factor work environment, employee relations and relations among the tops of the factor needs to be improved and employee motivation, rewards and career development in the form of income other than salary should be increased. Therefore, the role of leadership, work environment, motivation, is crucial to improve the employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

The research aimed to know the effect of each dimension of Customer Relationship Management either directly or through Innovation Capability to Customer Satisfaction. The data collection using questionnaire that has been done a pretest with 165 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. The main analysis is structural equetion modeling using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a variance/component based approach which does not required the fullfillment o data. The result of the research show that how good the prediction model of Customer relationship Management for Innovation Capability. But only Long-term Partnership and Technology-based CRM dimensions that have a great positive significant influence, with Long-term Partnership are most important, while Information Sharing tending to moderate significant influence lowering Innovation Capability. The improvement Information Sharing could change the effect to be positive. The facts also indicated how good the prediction model of Customer Relationships Management and Innovation Capability for Customer Satisfaction. Innovation Capability give the significant positive effect among medium and large as Long-term Partnership dimensions. While Technology-based CRM with a great direct influence.In this case, Innovation Capability plays an important role to produced the great total effect as moderating from Long-term Partnerships and Technology-based CRM. Customer Involvement indicated as initial point inCcustomer Relationship Management strategy and together with Joint Problem Solving role to strengthen Long-term Partnership.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and free cash flow to dividend payout ratio on property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange simultanously and partially. Data used in this research were secondary data collected from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population included 40 property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2008-2012. Seven sample companies selected by purposive sampling method.To examine the effect of return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and free cash flow to dividend payout ratio, a multiple linier regression analysis method was used, and the hypotheses were tested using a statistical test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 40.2%. This means that dividend payout ratio was affected by return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and free cash flow by 40.2%. F Statistic test showed that five independend variables affected dividend payout ratio simulatanously. On the other hand, t statistic test indicated that only firm size affected partially to dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Communication Competency, Self Management Competency, and Technical Competency toward Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, partially and simultaneously. For that purpose, the research is conducted by taking sample of 84 leaders of PT. Drilinco. The analysis model using the multiple regression technique. For the hypothesis test is using the statistical test such as t test, determination test (R²) and F test.The result shows simultaneously that Communication Competency and Self Management Competency are effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. But on contrary, Technical Competency is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. Partially test on each variables’ effects are Communication Competency (17,7%)and Self Management variable (27,3%), this means Self Management variable is the most dominant variable effecting on Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco, meanwhile Technical Competency variable is not effecting Leaders Performance of PT. Drilinco significantly. PT. Drilinco must keep trying to upgrade leaders’ Technical Competency by giving continuous training and development, also giving extra attention on increasing the level of Communication Competency and Self Management Competency simultaneously to upgrade Leaders Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Jaya Bersama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian internal atas piutang dagang yang diterapkan oleh PT. Jaya Bersama. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data tersebut diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan observasi pada Perusahaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan pengisian angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode uji tanda sign test (sign test). Metode uji tanda disini untuk memperkuat hasil dari analisa deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komponen pengendalian internal yaitu struktur organisasi yang memisahkan tanggung jawab fungsional secara tegas, sistem otorisasi dan prosedur pencatatan yang memberi perlindungan yang cukup terhadap piutang, praktik yang sehat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi setiap unit organisasi serta Karyawan yang mutunya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal atas piutang dagang pada PT. Jaya Bersama baik secara parsial maupun secara keseluruhan belum berjalan dengan efektif. PT. Jaya Bersama masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan yang harus diperhatikan demi kemajuan Perusahaan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Siak Hulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui skala hasil produksi (Return to Scale) serta efisiensi penggunaan modal dan tenaga kerja. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh industri kayu di Kecamatan Siak Hulu yang berjumlah 34 unit usaha,. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga yang menjadi sampel adalah semua pengusaha industri kayu yang ada di Kecamatan Siak Hulu sebanyak 34 unit usaha.Hasil dari penelitian ini skala hasil produksi industri kayu menunjukkan decreasing return to scale karena b1 + b2 < 1. Apabila terjadi penambahan faktor produksi sebesar 1 persen, maka produksi akan bertambah sebesar 0,058yang lebih kecil dari penambahan input.disebabkan oleh teknologi yang digunakan para pengusaha belum maksimal, alat-alat yang digunakan masih sederhana. Nilai efisiensi harga dari input modal sebesar 2,685lebih dari 1 yang artinya penggunaan input produksi tidak efisien dan perlu menambahkan kuantitas penggunaan modal untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi. Nilai efisiensi harga dari input tenaga kerja 0,658atau kurang dari 1 yang artinya penggunaan tenaga kerja belum efisien sehingga untuk mencapai tingkat efisien maka kuantitas tenaga kerja yang digunakan perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This research was held at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) Sumatera operations in Pekanbaru, consisting 9 district operations covered regional of Rumbai, Minas, Petapahan, Bekasap, Kopar, Pinggir, Bangko/Tanah Putih/Rohil, Duri dan Dumai. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors which influence partnership quality to the benefit of company performance through long time commitment, communications, risk sharing, flexibility, and corporate culture.Research was done by using closed-questionnaire method on 105 respondents. Respondents of this research are the company directors or authorized power of directors. Based on the research done using Structural Equation Method with AMOS 18 software on the full model of research, we come up with the conclusions that the result fulfilled most of goodness of fit criteria among others: Chi-square = 1207,361; Probabilitas = 0,000; RMSEA = 0,231; CFI = 0,974; AGFI = 0,931; CMIN/DF = 6,256; TLI = 0,942; DAN CFI = 0,956. It concludes that the model is fit to be used. These results describe that long time commitment, communications, risk sharing, flexibility are influencing quality of partnerships and take effect to corporate performance. However, commitment and corporate culture are not significantly influencing quality of partnerships.
