Abstract

Gender equality is a global goal that has become the concern of the world community. One important factor in achieving gender equality is the role of the millennial generation or what is often referred to as generation Y. The millennial generation has a very important role in fighting for gender equality. Through this research, the authors discuss the role of the millennial generation in realizing gender equality. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews with five millennials who are active in the gender equality movement. The findings from this study indicate that the millennial generation has a good understanding of gender equality and they also actively participate in the gender equality movement. The millennial generation has also taken the initiative to bring gender equality issues into the public sphere through social media and social activities. However, there are still many challenges faced by the millennial generation in fighting for gender equality, such as gender stereotypes and discrimination that still exist in society. Therefore, the millennial generation needs to continue to struggle and work together with related parties to achieve gender equality. Keywords: millennial generation, gender equality

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an for students is very important not only as a provision in the world, but also for provision in the hereafter. The success of a teacher in carrying out a learning task is largely determined by his understanding of what strategies, models and methods will be applied by a teacher. In the current era of globalization, there are many shifts in values ​​in people's lives because many of our generation are still unable to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, especially in understanding its meaning. Therefore, as a parent, you must try as early as possible to educate and familiarize your child with reading the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an for class X at SMK Informatics Bina Generasi Ciomas Bogor. In this study the authors used a research method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this analysis is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with PAI teachers and students of Ciomas Generations Bina Informatics Vocational School. The objects in this study were students of Informatics Vocational School of Generations Ciomas. The results of this study indicate that 1. The strategy of PAI teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Koran for students is by means of peer tutors, demonstrating reading the Koran, and adding hours outside of the subject. 2. The method used by PAI teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an for students is the lecture, rubiyat, and drill methods. 3. Factors that influence the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in students include the lack of interest and motivation from the students themselves, the attention and education factors of the students' parents, the influence of technology and the influence of the community environment. Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 outbreak caused students to experience learning boredom, thereby reducing student achievement during the learning process. Therefore teachers must strive to improve learning achievement, especially PAI learning at Pasir Tengah 02 State Elementary School during post-Covid-19 learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze the teacher's efforts and supporting factors in improving learning achievement in PAI learning after Covid-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely a method for investigating objects that cannot be measured by words or other measures that do not use numbers. Qualitative research can also be interpreted as research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis with an inductive approach. The results of this research are to improve learning achievement in PAI learning after Covid-19 including: providing examples of good behavior to students, managing classes well, repeating learning, fun learning methods, and conducting learning evaluations. And there are several supporting factors that help improve learning achievement in PAI learning after Covid-19 including: providing examples of good behavior to students, managing classes well, repeating learning. fun learning methods. and conduct learning evaluations. Abstract

In connection with the dispute that occurs between the rights of overtime pay experienced by workers or laborers at PT. Tirta Investama Langkat Branch, workers are entitled to receive wages that should be received by workers but in the opinion of workers this has not been optimally fulfilled by the company. However, the company denied it and was of the view that so far they had optimized wages for their workers. Based on this phenomenon, the formulation of the problem in this study is (1) What is the background of the existence of disputes between employers and workers at PT. Tirta Investama Langkat which is connected with Law no. 2 of 2004?, (2) What is the process for resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between employers and workers at PT. Tirta Investama Langkat? This research used a normative juridical approach using a strategy based on the main legal materials by examining various concepts, theories, legal principles, and laws and regulations that have relevance to this research through research specifications, namely analytical descriptive. Primary and secondary law-based data sources adapted to laws and regulations and several books related to overtime pay rights through analysis of data use, namely analyzing qualitative data. The conclusions obtained from the research results of industrial relations dispute resolution processes are due to differences of opinion regarding overtime pay rights between workers and PT. Tirta Investama Langkat with settlement steps through a Bipartite process based on Law Number 2 of 2004 but did not obtain results, so it was continued with the Mediation stage with the mediator, namely the North Sumatra Provincial Employment Office. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between technology and politics, focusing on the influence of digital communication techniques on political participation. In the digital era, information and communication technology has changed the political landscape significantly. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of technology on people's political participation. The methods used in this research are interviews with respondents who are involved in political activities and a survey of a representative population. The collected qualitative and quantitative data will be analyzed using content analysis techniques and descriptive statistics. This research also involves case studies to illustrate how digital communication technologies have affected political participation at individual and collective levels. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of how digital communication technology influences people's political participation. In addition, this research is also expected to provide insights on changes in political and communication power structures as a result of the adoption of new technologies. In the ever-evolving digital era, information and communication technology has changed the way we interact, including in the political context. Developments in digital communication technology, such as the internet, social media, and instant messaging applications, have provided easier and faster access to political information and facilitated more active political participation. Therefore, it is important to understand the relationship between technology and politics and its impact on people's political participation. In this context, an analysis of the influence of digital communication techniques on political participation is relevant. Digital communication techniques, such as the use of social media to share political information, participate in online political discussions, and engage in political campaigns through digital platforms, can provide new opportunities for individuals and groups to participate in political activities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital techniques on social interaction in the digital era. In an era where information and communication technology is increasingly dominating everyday life, the development of digital techniques has had a significant impact on the way we interact and relate socially. First, this study will discuss the influence of digital techniques on interpersonal communication. Digital technology has changed the way we communicate with others. The use of social media, instant messaging applications and other digital platforms has facilitated faster, easier and more practical communication. However, research also shows that the use of digital technology can reduce the quality of face-to-face social interactions and result in social isolation. Furthermore, this study will explore the influence of digital techniques on patterns of social relations. The emergence of social media has changed the way we build and maintain social relationships. In some cases, social media can expand our social network and allow us to connect with people from various backgrounds. This study aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the implications of using digital techniques in social interaction. By analyzing the influence of digital techniques on interpersonal communication, patterns of social relations, and social interactions in the public sphere, this research can provide insight into the social changes that occur in the digital era. Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to find out how social democracy is implemented in the Indonesian framework. The main principles of social democracy, such as protection of human rights, social welfare, and economic justice, can become the basis for a social democratic view of life in Indonesia. This journal uses a qualitative descriptive approach using content analysis methods and literature studies. The content analysis method is a research method used to identify conclusions from a text. In contrast, literature studies in this research use types and secondary sources of information obtained from research results, posts and reference books that cover topics related to the theme of the journal. Solutions to social democratic problems that are still not fully implemented in Indonesia's diversity Even though Indonesia has adopted social democratic principles in its constitution, there are still many challenges in its implementation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication strategy in the development of PT Telkom's product sales, namely IndiHome. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with documentary data collection techniques. The results of the study show that there is the use of the STOP-SIT marketing communication strategy in the marketing communication strategy in Sales Promotion to increase sales, namely Segmentation, Targeting, Objectives, Positioning, Sequence of Tools, Integrating, Tools. In the marketing communication strategy in sales promotion to increase sales, studies continue to be carried out to find out the strengths and weaknesses of selling IndiHome products, identify all opportunities and obstacles or threats faced. Marketing promotion or development programs are prepared by considering various aspects, and analyzing the specified market, namely potential consumers/customers of IndiHome products. Abstract

Raw material inventory control is a company policy that dappat control the inventory of raw materials with a balanced. Because raw material inventory is one of the factors in the production process, a shortage of raw materials will result in production delays, and conversely an excess of raw materials will result in increased storage costs and other costs. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the control of raw material inventories applied by MSMEs Chaniago Jaya. The type of research used is quantitative. Data sources in this study were obtained directly from the company. And the method used is MRP, the results showed that the application of the MRP method on the company lower cost when compared with the method that has been applied by the company, where the MRP method obtained a value of Rp 7,360,696 while the company Method obtained a value of Rp 11,427,675 with a difference of Rp 4,066,979. Abstract

This article is the result of the dedication of UIN-SU students from the KKN 64 group to the community regarding the implementation of fardu kifayah in Tiganderket Village, Tiganderket District, Karo Regency with the problem of lack of understanding and community courage in implementing fardu kifayah so that it is very possible to hold training. The importance of this training is to educate the public regarding the procedures for caring for corpses, because in this modern era these kinds of religious activities have begun to be abandoned.The purpose of this training is to be able to share experiences and lessons with the Tiganderket community about fardu kifayah including: bathing, mourning, praying, and burying. The method used is a field or qualitative method with a descriptive approach.
