<![CDATA[The development of technology and information is currently accelerating, this development has made many conveniences ranging from the use of computer technology to automated management handling. In this study, we will try to create a Web-Based Information System for Personnel Administration at the Office of the Manpower Office in Mandailing Natal Regency which currently uses computers for operation, but the data processing process is still manual. So we need a system that can accelerate performance and be developed more modern in order to operate using a computerized system. The method used in designing and making this web application is the Native Web Method, the programming language used is PHP, and MySQL as data storage. For display design using the Bootstrap AdminLTE Framework which provides basic HTML and CSS templates for the application of typography, forms, buttons, navigation, and many other interface components. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the Quality of Licensing Services at the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. In this study to collect data the author uses library research methods (Library Research). This technique aims to strengthen the facts in comparing the differences or similarities between theory and practice that the author is researching regarding the problem of “Analysis of the Quality of Licensing Services at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office”. The results showed that the quality of licensing services at the Medan City DPMPTSP was not maximized and needed improvement, seen from the efforts to improve the quality of services regarding ease of access that were still not maximized due to lack of socialization to the community, and the punctuality of completing the permit letter. Suggestions from this research are to further improve the quality of licensing services regarding completion time in terms of completing permits on time and evaluating the performance of all employees in providing licensing services to the public. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the material for open unemployment in the city of Medan in 2019-2020.Open unemployment is a situation where the person does not work at all and does not try to find work. The study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Unification method collection method uses document study techniques. Data processing using the Spradley Model Analysis method. The results showed that there was an increasing trend of the open unemployment rate in Medan City in the 2019-2020 period of 2.21%. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe and reveal how the role of compensation in the charity wasliyah zakat institution (LAZ WASHAL) can improve the performance of employees in this office. This research was conducted using qualitative research with descriptive methods. Compensation is anything that employees receive in return for their work. Compensation is also one of the most effective ways for the personnel department to improve employee performance, motivation and job satisfaction. A good compensation system will be able to provide satisfaction for employees and allow companies to acquire, hire, and retain employees. Business ethics plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Practicing good corporate ethics can also improve communication and foster mutual trust between colleagues. In running a company, you have to focus on two things. The first is aware of and considers the needs and emotions of others. The second reason is to avoid avoiding other people, because corporate ethics vary widely between cultures and countries. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how Business Ethics in Business Companies in the Globalization Era. The author of this article uses observation techniques as a research strategy, as well as library research methods. Based on the discussion in this article, the level of trust that each member of the business community has with each other is influenced by business ethics. <![CDATA[The simplex method is a method used to solve linear programming problems with repeated calculations (iterations) that are performed many times until an optimal solution is reached. In solving linear programming problems, it is necessary to determine the constraints and inequalities contained in linear programming. The simplex method can solve linear programming problems involving many inequalities and many variables. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to optimize the production cost of sandals in the Diona Shoes Home Industry. The steps taken to optimize the production cost of sandals include: observing and collecting data, then making a mathematical model, then optimizing production results using the simplex method (iteration), and finally optimizing production results with the Lindo 16.0 software tool. <![CDATA[One way to find out the marriage certificate data is to group the prospective bride and groom data that has been recorded at the Langkat Ministry of Religion. The analysis was carried out using the Clustering method using the K-Means method which was translated into a software. This software is used for grouping data. The output is to find out the grouping of marriage certificate data with the closest relationship between the age group of the groom, occupation and address. <![CDATA[How is electricity marketing in increasing profits or profits at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Timur and how to find out the determination of the selling price is determined based on full costs at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Timur. The purpose of the research is that the PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Timur office can conduct electricity marketing in increasing profits or profits at the right PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Timur and maximize the aspect of determining the selling price determined based on full costs in the office in order to create work comfort and optimizing the performance of their employees. The research method used is a qualitative research method with direct interviews and documentation. The result of the research is the cost of sales based on electricity groups R, B, I, P, L with a cost of about ± Rp. 169/Kwh up to Rp. 1.035/Kwh. Prepaid power for family duty bunches from 2,200 VA to over 6,600 VA. US$ 9.90 cents per kWh. PLTP with a limit of 50-100 MW utilizes HPT plots of US$ 8.19 cents per kWh and for PLTP with a limit of more than 100 MW utilizes HPT plots of US$ 7.25 cents per kWh. <![CDATA[Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population is Muslim where it is very important to know the principles of GCG Islamically in the implementation of business. The application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Islamic banks is very important. This is because Islamic banks as intermediary institutions are collecting funds from the public and distributing them to people who need them. Thus, efforts to maintain public trust in banking are a very important part to do. One way to maintain public trust is to apply the principles contained in Good Corporate Governance. This study aims to determine the implementation of GCG in BMI, and whether it is in accordance with Islamic law. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, namely accountability, professionalism, transparency, responsibility, and fairness (equity) has been carried out properly in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
