Abstract

Guru SD Negeri 064970 Medan menguasai materi, struktur, dan konsep keilmuan yang mendukung pembelajaran pada masa pandemic COVID-19, menguasai kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar pembelajaran, mengembangkan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan tindakan reflektif, dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengembangkan diri pada masa pandemic COVID-19. Namun, guru masih kurang dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran secara kreatif. Ini disebabkan karena kegiatan belajar mengajar yang terbatas. Dalam pembelajaran tematik, guru melakukan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, memberikan pengalaman langsung, pemisahan matapelajaran sama dan bersifat fleksibel. Namun, pembelajaran tidak dapat dilakukan secara menyenangkan dengan menggunakan prinsip belajar sambil bermain karena terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran secara daring dan luring.

Abstract

Pandu adalah pelaut yang mempunyai keahlian di bidang nautika yang telah memenuhi persyaratan untuk melaksanakan pemanduan kapal. Melihat pentingnya peranan pandu maka organisasi harus memiliki komitmen dan mampu memotivasi pandu agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Fenomena yang terjadi di dalam perusahaan terjadi komplain dari pandu tentang rendahnya insentif yang mereka terima serta proses pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terbilang lambat. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah melalui penelitian deskriptif variabel-variabel yang diteliti adalah komitmen organisasi (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), insentif (Z) dan prestasi kerja (Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada bab sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas (komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan insentif) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terkaitnya yaitu prestasi kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial

Abstract

A research on the study on The Effect Of The Sun Roof Of Global Warming in the laboratories of Physics Academy Maritim Belawan on August 24, 2016 - September 7, 2016. Materials used in this study are: 7 color plastic mica and 7 pieces of rubber bands, The tools used in this research are 7 and 2 pieces of fruit thermometer stopwatch. From this research, can inform the public, should buy or wear a canopy roof tiles and white houses, green, and purple because, from the research results, the three colors have a temperature with low radiation. Abstract

Audio visual learning media is a variable that is used to improve learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, fardu kifayah material on corpses in class IX of MTs Babussalam Besilam. The subjects of this study were students of class IX MTs Babussalam Besilam, totaling 40 people. This research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. From the analysis of the data that the author got, it was known that the initial condition was that in class IX of MTs Babussalam Besilam there was a problem, namely student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, fardu kifayah material on corpses that were low and far from the Minimum Completeness Criteria set by the Madrasah. In the pre-cycle implementation, the students' average score was 74.75 with 42.5% completeness. Then the first cycle was carried out, from the classroom action research data, there was an increase in the average value in the first cycle to 83.25 with a total completeness of 62.5%. Continued to the second cycle of action, in this action there was an increase again, namely the average score of 91.75 students with 90% completeness. This shows that the audio-visual learning media that the researchers used were able to improve learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, fardu kifayah material on corpses, although not 100%.

Abstract

Based on the results of the data description, analysis requirements test, research results, research findings and research limitations, the researchers concluded that the developmental psychology of students who had an average result of 51.7 median was 55.3 mode was 53.8 the variance was 28.75 and standard deviation of 5.36 is acceptable with a significant tolerance limit. This indicates a positive and significant relationship. The effectiveness of Islamic religious education at Gebang Private Vocational School has an average result of 53.4 median of 54.1 mode of 53.3 variance of 18.73 and standard deviation of 4.33 acceptable with a significant tolerance limit. This indicates a positive and significant relationship. There is a positive and significant relationship in the psychology of the development of students with the effectiveness of Islamic religious education at the Gebang Private Vocational School with a regression line Y=22.10 +0.61 X. There is a significant correlation between the psychology of the development of students and the effectiveness of Islamic religious education in SMK Private Gebang, Gebang District, after doing a regression test with the product moment formula with a calculated result of 0.837 with a strong or high level of relationship.

Abstract

The background of this research is that based on the identification carried out by the researchers at the research location, namely: The learning that has been carried out so far at MTs Country 2 Langkat specifically the morals doctrine subject does not emphasize learning by providing direct learning experiences through students' psychomotor development. The objectives of this research are: To find out how the implementation of the Bingo Review strategy in improving students' understanding of the morals doctrine subjects in grades VII-1 and VII-4 of MTs Country 2 Langkat. This research is an experimental type of research with a quantitative approach. However, it does not deny that a qualitative approach to research is used to analyze data on the ability of teachers to manage learning and student activities while the bingo review strategy is applied as well as to analyze data about student learning in the morals doctrine subject at MTs Country 2 Langkat. After the data has been collected, the research is analyzed using the method of observation, documentation and testing or tests. Then the research is described to obtain conclusions using the t test data analysis technique. The results of this study are: The results of the study indicate that the bingo review strategy is effective in increasing students' understanding of the morals doctrine subject at MTs Country 2 Langkat. It can be seen based on the results of statistical data analysis with the calculation of the t test with the results of t count: 4,651 > t table: 2.00 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the application of the Bingo review strategy can improve student learning outcomes in the morals doctrine subject at MTs Country 2 Langkat. This means that the Bingo review strategy can improve student understanding. Then the Bingo review strategy is effectively implemented at MTs Country 2 Langkat

Abstract

Vocabulary is one of the essential language components in studying English. Without a propotional amount of vocabulary anyone will get trouble in speaking, reading, listening and writing. In other words, the first that to be master for language learner in learning language especially English is vocabulary. It means that learning vocabulary is very important, especially for students in junior high school. They must master English vocabulary and its grammatical rules to make communicate to another people. A good teaching technique makes students understand and master the lesson like the 2 other lessons which need a suitable technique and methods, teaching language also needs a suitable techniques and methods. In reality learning English especially to memorize vocabulary is boring for some students. One of the method will can improve the students mastery is use TPR (total physical response) in the class. That is way I want to conduct the research with title “Improving the Students’ Vocabulary Mastery Through TPR Method at SMP Negeri 29 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021’’. This research was conducted at SMP NEGERI 29 MEDAN to be exact in class VIII with a total of 12 students. by using the Classroom action research techniques to get student scores. Abstract

Study fiqh in class VIII students at MTs. Jam'iyah mahmudiyanag Tanjung Pura 2) low student learning outcomes that have not been completed 3) the right learning strategy has not been found: The objectives of this research are: to determine student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects with alms, grants, and gifts at MTs Jam 'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura before and after using the peer lessons learning strategy. This research was conducted in the form of classroom action research, in accordance with the chosen research, namely classroom action research, this research is an action research model in the form of spiritual and one cycle to the next cycle. can improve student learning outcomes. The results of student learning before using the peer lessons strategy have not met the minimum standard of completeness criteria (KKM) However, applied after the peer lesson strategy in the learning process, student learning outcomes have increased. Compared to student learning outcomes in the pre-test. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes increased only after the second cycle was implemented. And this means that the Peer Lessons protection strategy is effective for use in learning to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This thesis is based on the fact that in almost all parts of the world there are still unequal relations between women and men. The head of the madrasa at MTs Al Jam`iyatul Washliyah P. Berandan proved that women can also be leaders in madrasa institutions, namely being a madrasa head. This study aims to describe: the role of women's leadership in improving the quality of education at MTs Al Jam`iyatul Washliyah P. Berandan. This research was conducted at MTs Al Jam`iyatul Washliyah P. Berandan. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tested by means of triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques and triangulation of time. The findings of this study indicate that: 1). The madrasa principal's leadership model applied is transformational leadership. 2). Teacher empowerment carried out by madrasa principals in improving the quality of education is by: a). Participate in training and education and training, b). Provide compensation to teachers who get assignments from the madrasa principal. 3). Supporting factors for madrasa heads in improving the quality of education are formal and informal activities, mutual cooperation and kinship. While the inhibiting factors for madrasa heads in improving the quality of education are facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research. The data collection procedure is by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the results of this study, the role of the principal in implementing the 2013 curriculum at the State High School 1 Brandan Barat is very good, the principal has implemented, implemented, and carried out his leadersip in the role and function as an educational leader. Conducting monitoring to teachers regarding the implementation of the 2013 curriculum is expected to more often consult together on various obstacles or problems in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve current educational goals. The conclusion of this study is the role of the principal in implementaring the 2013 curriculum at the state high school 1 Brandan Barat, namely the principal applies monthly to teachers about the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in order to achieve current educational goals and become wise leaders.
