Abstract

Village funds are a mandate that must be conveyed to the village community, program effectiveness and village fund management are a reference for success in the program to improve the welfare of rural communities. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation, effectiveness and impact of the village fund program in Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This study uses qualitative, the main data sources in this study are the words and actions of who will be interviewed. The rest is additional data such as photos, certificates, documents and others. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews (interviews), documentation, and observations, both directly and involved (participant observation). The results of the research are as follows, that the village fund program in the village of Ngabar, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency in 2020 runs very effectively with the suitability of financial management based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014, the implementation of the village fund program in Ngabar village, Ponorogo district, can be categorized as quite effective. With the resource approach, process approach, and goals approach, and that the village fund program has had a positive impact in empowering the people of Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. These impacts can be seen in the realization of the village fund program in Ngabar village in 2020.

Covid 19 has had many impacts on the village fund program, the effectiveness of the village fund program during the covid-19 pandemic, which aims to support the community's economy. Abstract

The traditional market is an ancestral heritage market and has existed from time to time. Traditional market conditions are required to be equated with various policies, especially regarding cleanliness, tidiness, security, and comfort for buyers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of traditional market relocation for buyers and on the income of traders in the Mejayan Baru market, Madiun Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and is a field research. With the research location in the Caruban Regional Market, the address is JL Letjen Sutoyo, No. 1, Bangunsari, Mejayan, Caruban, Karanglo, Buduran, Madiun Regency. The specified informants were selected randomly. Data were collected by means of documentation, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research are as follows: After a market relocation, buyers in the Mejayan Baru market are reduced. because of the difficulty of transportation access to traditional markets, the quiet environment to the market which makes it prone to crime. The purchase price is slightly different from before the relocation, the positive impact felt by the community is the opening of job opportunities and a change in the status of illegal traders to legal and the negative impacts that arise are the decrease in the income of traders to half of the income before the relocation, the decrease in the feasibility and convenience of the business, increasing costs operational.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumption and food needs in Jombang Regency. This research is included in the type of descriptive research with secondary data, as a source of data obtained from the Office of Food Security, Logistics Business Entity and various parties directly related to food security in Jombang Regency. The research was carried out correctly, objectively, and accurately with interviews, field research, questionnaires and documentation. The sample uses a time series, namely data from the last 4 (five) years from the level of consumption and food needs in Jombang Regency and analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The result is that the energy consumption of the people of Jombang Regency is 1,631.0 kcal/capita/day, not meeting the ideal energy consumption (2,000 kcal/capita/day). Consumption of protein at the district level is 46.1 grams/capita/day, it does not meet the ideal protein consumption (52 grams/capita/day). People still depend on rice as a staple, as seen in the consumption of grain 250.6 grams/capita/day, consumption of grains is dominated by rice consumption of 235.4 grams/capita/day, corn 2.0 grams/capita/day and wheat flour 13.2 grams/capita/day. Food consumption in the people of Jombang is less diverse, as can be seen in the Hope Food Pattern (PPH) Score in Jombang Regency of 79.2, the target PPH score in 2015 is 95. The strategy of the Regional Government in efforts to develop food security in Indonesia Jombang Regency is to increase the socialization of the P2KP program to the community in collaboration with PKK and related agencies, so that people understand the diversification and quality of food consumption. the creation of food security as a vehicle, guaranteeing the availability of food at affordable prices and promising to encourage increased production. Fulfillment of sufficient food, both in quantity and quality, safe, equitable and affordable by all households is the main target in economic development. The increasing demand for food in line with population growth encourages the acceleration of food production in order to realize price stabilization and food availability, so that food security is closely related to the government's ability to maintain the stabilization of food supply and the carrying capacity of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The welfare of the people is an absolute national goal that must be achieved by the Indonesian nation. The services provided by the Village Credit Agency (BKD) are one of the breakthroughs in efforts to achieve community welfare in accordance with our national goals. The purpose of this study is: to find out the background of the emergence of the Village Credit Agency (BKD) and the extent to which the role of the Village Credit Agency (BKD) services for micro-enterprises in Jombang district. This research method is descriptive with a case study approach which is carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated. In this study, the authors use the people of Jombang District who are customers of the Village Credit Agency (BKD) in 20 (twenty one) villages in Jombang District by being represented or using the Village Credit Agency (BKD) customers of 4 villages, as many as 100 customers. The time used by the author is from August to September 2021. Data analysis technique uses regression analysis method. From the data analysis, it is known that the loan services provided by the village credit agency (BKD) have a significant role in the welfare of the community, especially micro-enterprises in Jombang District. The history of BKD is inseparable from the Dutch Government Regulation to minimize illegal credit that occurs in the community, BKD is an extension of BRI. In the regression analysis, it can also be proven that the credit provided has a significant role in the welfare of the community, especially micro-enterprises. From the analysis of the t test also shows the X2 variable obtained t count is greater than the t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepts. This means that the service of the village credit agency plays a significant role in the welfare of the community in Jombang District.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh industri kecil dan upaya pemerintah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di kecamatan Perak Kabupaten Jombang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif studi kasus, dengan. metode Pengumpulan Data melalui Wawancara; Studi lapangan (field research); dan Dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh usaha kecil yang berada di kecamatan perak yang terdiri dari 13 desa, yaitu Janti Ganggong, kepuhkajang, Syumberagung, Pagerwojo, Perak, Sembung, Glagahan, kalangsemanding, Gadingmangu, Plosogenuk, Sukorejo, Temuwulan dan Cangkringrandu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa regresi linier dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan analisis regresi dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan industry kecil berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kecamatan Perak Kabupaten Jombang. upaya pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Jombang adalah dengan menjadikan usaha kecil sebagai mitra kerja dalam mengelolah industri kecil di pedesaan yaitu produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Government of Jombang Regency in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of public services regarding the procurement of goods and services through the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE). This research is a survey research on secondary data related to Jombang Regency Public Service. with a socio-legal approach method, analysis is the process of compiling data is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that LPSE in providing services to the community has a positive impact on the community. The implementation of the right procurement strategy will produce goods/services with the right quality, right quantity, right time, right source, and right price, based on the rules/procedures, ethics, policies and principles of procurement. The right strategy will create an efficient procurement implementation which is characterized by: Lower administrative costs; The purchase price is close to the market price; Fewer number of procurement packages; Procurement method using electronic tools; The scope of procurement that is part of the organization's strategy; and strategic implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and interpret the implementation of Jombang One Stop Service (JOSS) and its effectiveness in Jombang Regency from the procedural aspect, human resource aspect, time-cost aspect, and infrastructure aspect. The writing of this study used a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was carried out by observation and interviews with the location of BPP Jombang Regency which is located at Jln Merdeka No. 151 Jombang. The data collection methods used are: Library Research, and Field Research. The technique of determining the information used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in accordance with this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with Data Reduction, Data Display and Conclusion Verification. From the results of observations and surveys, it can be concluded that the aspects of the procedure can be accepted by the community well. The dissemination of regulations and licensing procedures that have been carried out is good and can be understood by the public; on the aspect of human resources generally shows good performance. The performance of human resources in this discussion is that in providing services, officers have done it with discipline, responsibility; officers have the ability to provide services, have been fair and courteous in serving the community; on the aspect of cost and time, it shows that the certainty or accuracy of implementation of the service time schedule that has been set in the Jombang One Stop Service (JOSS) BPP Jombang Regency is still not satisfying the community or is still low; in the aspect of infrastructure is quite good and improvements in infrastructure continue to be made. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of human resource services related to the certainty or accuracy of implementation of the service time schedule is still not optimal.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha menggambarkan bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Desa Wisata dalam Mendukung SDG’s Desa. Masyarakat adalah pihak yang seringkali terpinggirkan dalam pembanguan khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya local. Peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Desa wisata berkontribusi dalam mendorong tujuan SDG’s. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatf dengan teknik systematic literature review. Pemberdayaan perlu dimulai dengan tahapan penyadaran, pengakapasitasan, dan terkahir adalah pemberian daya. Penitng bagi masyarakat untuk memahami hak dan kewajiban dalam pembangunan, sekaligus menjadi masyarakat yang sadar wisata. Tahapan pengkapasitasan mendorong masyarakat untuk ditingkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilannya.Tahapan pemberian daya masyarakat mendapatkan fase peningkatan kemampuan intelektual sehingga memiliki kemampuan menginiasai inovasi. Factor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengelolaan wisata berbasais masyarakat antara lain adalah (1) Sinergisitas antara pemangku kepentingan pengelolaan desa wisata (2) kepemimpinan, (3) komitmen masyarakat. Rekomendasi: (1)Perlu adanya trasformasi digital dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, (2) Perlu penguatan dan pengemasan value creation yang ada pada desa prima, (3)Pada aspek pemgkapasitasan diperlukan kerjasama dari pemerintah untuk secara massif mendorong peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha desa wisata

Abstract

The Thousand Islands Regency is the only administrative district in DKI Jakarta. Although it is located close to the center of the Indonesian government, this does not necessarily make the Thousand Islands a prosperous area. The data shows that the Thousand Islands is consistent with the highest poverty rate in DKI Jakarta, far behind other regions which were recorded at 15.06% in March 2021. Of course poverty is a development issue for decades in Indonesia, not a new thing how poverty is the face of current development. this. Taking a deeper look at how to see the mission phenomenon, this community service tries to solve the problem of poverty through glasses. Economic empowerment that is widely echoed without any gender differences does not produce a significant impact, the impact on how poverty alleviation styles that have existed so far. This community service tries to provide understanding through an initial socialization regarding the concept of gender in society. In the activity, the community was educated regarding the concept of gender where groups were combined between men and women which included 20 participants. The results of the evaluation show that there is still a low understanding of gender among social participants. Double burdens and even triple burdens are often still a problem faced by women in the Thousand Islands Regency. The unequal division of tasks becomes the starting point for knowing gender and is manifested in everyday life without realizing it. It is hoped that with this community service, the community is more literate on gender issues, starting gender justice from the smallest scope in the family scope of society.
