Abstract

Dalam perencanaan pemilihan ukuran utama kapal (principle dimension) dibutuhkan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan akan menjadi rumit apabila dihadapkan pada beberapa kriteria yang saling berhubungan dan harus terpenuhi. Oleh sebab itu digunakanlah logika fuzzy guna membantu dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam perencanaan pemilihan ukuran utama kapal barang pada jurnal ini diberikan beberapa batasan yaitu tinggi sarat maksimal kapal yaitu 6 meter, panjang keseluruhan kapal sekitar 100 meter, dan berat mati kapal kira – kira 3000 ton dan 5000 ton. Setelah dilakukan analisa menggunakan logika fuzzy terhadap data kapal-kapal yang telah dikumpulkam, didapatkan hasil yang menunjukan kapal nomor 16 memiliki nilai keanggotaan satu sehingga masuk dalam kriteria sangat memenuhi.

Abstract

This garbage cleaning ship is a new building design that functions as a garbage cleaning beach with a size of a ship length of 12, 4m wide and 2m high. The design of this garbage cleaning vessel is a solution to help cleaning and transporting waste along the coast in general in accordance with the Karimun district government program. Based on the results of calculations on the construction design of the garbage cleaning vessel body, the body or hull of the garbage cleaning vessel, weighs 19,766 tons and is designed to lift ± 20 tons of wet garbage. This garbage cleaning vessel has a height of 0.401 m empty ship and is loaded with a load of 0.800 m. For the design of the thickness of the plate on the Deck Plate, Shell Plate and bottom plate from the calculation found the thickness of the plate 8 mm and for the transverse stability value of the ship the value of KM 2.86 m, KG 1 m, KB 0.2 m while the stability value extends the ship KM value 24 m, KG 1 m, KB 0.2 m.

Abstract

The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) issued a Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning Transportation Control in the context of Preventing the Spread of Covid-19. broadly regulates three things, namely: transportation control for the entire region, transportation control in areas designated as Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), and transportation control for homecoming activities in 2020. Includes public and private vehicle passengers, operators of transportation facilities and infrastructure both in land, rail, sea and air transportation. The method used in this research is literature study, which is all the efforts made by the researcher to gather information that is relevant to the topic or problem to be or is being researched. This information can be obtained from scientific books, research reports, scientific essays, theses and dissertations, regulations, statutes, yearbooks, encyclopedias, and other written and electronic sources. The following conclusions are as follows: The condition of the available facilities now, Sea Transportation Passenger Transport Services during the Pandemic, both dock infrastructure and stacking fields, need to develop port infrastructure and health protocols to anticipate additional passenger flows. Another effort that has been made is by implementing social distancing and work from home (WFH) recommendations for related parties in the Indonesian maritime world. Abstract

The choice of Duplex Stainless Steel material for oil tanker ship construction is very appropriate because in addition to having good mechanical properties (high tensile and yield strength and toughness) as a ship construction structure, it is also resistant to loads of highly corrosive liquid chemicals. Unlike Mild Steel or Duplex Stainless Steel A, welding and treating Duplex Stainless Steel requires very strict procedures and care must be taken. The choice of welding process, namely a combination of (Flux Cored Arc Welding) and SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) is a welding process that is very suitable for welding ship construction. The welding process is categorized as a semi-automatic and automatic welding process that can increase productivity while speeding up welding work. This paper illustrates the welding of two materials with different specifications, namely Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 plate material and VL D36 plate material, along with practical instructions for welding it up to the things that must be considered regarding the handling procedure. In welding Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 plate material it is very important to keep the heat input in the range of 0.5-2.5 kj / mm.

Abstract

MV. Miko Natalia. Karimun is one of the operational vessels owned by PT. Miko Natalia, which in its operational activities requires a lot of materials to meet the ship's electrical power needs. Fuel is one component that might be misused in terms of ship reporting. To reduce suspicion in ship reporting, it is necessary to know the costs incurred by the ship in certain conditions. To find out the amount of the ship's electrical power in each condition, it is necessary to calculate the total power of the ship's equipment using the load analysis method. Based on the calculations that have been done, the MV. Miko Natalia when in a dead condition needs 606.7 kw of power, for sailing conditions it needs 401.21 kw of power, at anchoring conditions it requires 366.95 kw of power and the condition of docking / loading and unloading requires 566.12 kw of power. Meanwhile, the maximum power of the Auxiliary Engine (A / E) that the Miko Natalia Indonesia ship can produce is 450 kw.

Abstract

Fishing by fishermen in the process is assisted by fishing tools. this tool is a fishing boat. Hereditary fishing boats have been made for use by fishermen to get fish, the increase in demand for fishing boat production will increase along with the growth of coastal communities. Karimun is one of the areas where the majority of the population works as fishermen, with this potential supporting the birth of local fishing boat producers. Local fishing boat producers are able to compete with good quality, with this potential this research was conducted to analyze the feasibility of fishing boat business in Pasuruan district with a short-term analysis which resulted in R / C value and profitability of fishing boat business in Karimun respectively 1.686 and 168.55% per year. The results obtained are more than the eligibility limit, so the wooden boatyard business in Karimun meets the feasibility value index to continue and develop the business.

Abstract

The biogas installation system is planned to be installed on the Kago KM ship. Sinar Bugis in terms of advantages and disadvantages in a system of cost and benefit systems. This system is planned to contribute energy supply for electricity utilization on ships and for gas cooking. The biogas installation planning scheme is made by considering the variable number of passengers and the fermentation period to be carried out. With the ability to produce gas in the range of 13 m3 per day, with the conversion of electric energy of 5.4 Kwh / m3, with 1900 passengers it is estimated that they can generate new energy of 65.3 Kwh and be able to provide cooking energy for 87 people. Meanwhile, the cost identification shows that the procurement cost is IDR 4,000,000. Start-up cost is IDR 98,750,000 and the ongoing cost is IDR 83,000,000. The total benefit value assuming the current energy price variable is IDR 162,998,620.- so that the cost and benefit identification value is obtained a BCR value of 3.17

Abstract

The development of the national maritime industry as a solution for the Indonesian government's program to increase the capability in national shipping, both in the transportation of goods and passengers between islands. For initial data as a guideline for increasing the shipyard's ability to produce new shipbuilding including repair / docking, it is necessary to have an inventory of current shipyard conditions and operational capabilities in building and repairing ships according to the existing schedule. shipyards and production infrastructure in use today, a large investment is still needed, including the addition of professional and integrated human resources. As we all know, shipyard is a capital-intensive and labor-intensive industry, especially in Indonesia. From the Resume, evaluation of secondary data shows that the contribution of shipyard operations is more oriented to ship repair / repair (docking), because material needs are more localized. In addition, the risk of loss and working time can be minimized from the need for more locally loaded materials

Abstract

Penelitian ini meliputii analisa efek thermal yang menganalisa pengaruh panas yang terjadi pada saat proses pengelasan FCAW pada pelat baja EH 36 yang mengakibatkan deformasi. Deformasi adala perubahan stuktur baja yang di sebabkan poses pemanasan,peleburan lokal dan pendinginan terhadap material plat baja sehingga terjadi penyusutan dan pemuaian pada material baja. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengn metode kuantitatif dengan menganalisa data yang menghasilkan efek thermal akibat pengelasan FCAW pada pelat EH 36 stool support. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar deformasi yang terjadi pada pengelasan FCAW dengan variasi posisi pengelasan dan ketebalan plate.hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pada peroses fit up sambungan but joint posisi pengelasan 3G rata rata deformasi yang terjadi sebesar 5 mm, setelah proses pengelasan but joint posisi pengelasan 3G didapatkan hasil deformasi rata rata sebesar 8,25mm. Pada peroses fit up sambungan filet posisi pengelasan 2G deformasi yang terjadi sebesar 2 mm. setelah proses pengelasan deformasi yang terjadi sebesar 2 mm This Research covered a thermal effect analysis that analyzes the effect of heat that occurs during the FCAW welding process on EH 36 steel plate which causes deformation. Deformation is a change in the steel structure which is caused by the process of heating, local melting and cooling of the steel plate material so that there is shrinkage and expansion of the steel material. This research was conducted with a quantitative method by analyzing the data that produces a thermal effect due to FCAW welding on the EH 36 stool support plate. The purpose of this study is to determine how much deformation occurs in FCAW welding with variations in welding position and plate thickness. The results of this study show that in the fit-up process of the joint butt joint, the 3G welding position average deformation is 5 mm, after processing. But joint welding with 3G welding positions obtained an average deformation of 8.25mm. In the fit-up process of the filet joint, the welding position was 2G, the deformation was 2 mm. after the welding process the deformation that occurs is 2 mm

Abstract

New shipbuilding projects are required to work quickly according to schedule. For this reason, it is necessary to have a planning and scheduling for shipbuilding so that it is received by the shipowner on time. It is inevitable that in every implementation practice there are various possibilities that can cause delays, such as delays in implementation, design changes, weather effects, delays in material supply, construction failures, and planning errors. This study aims to analyze the scheduling of ship x project and analyze the causes of delays in QCS block project at the PT. Karimun Sembawang Shipyard. Scheduling is made using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Network Planning will describe the entire list of activities needed to complete the project, the time or duration required for each activity. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the 29-day C scheduling model with a shorter duration. Earned Value Analysis (EVA) helps estimate the cost of a project, the planning process of all activities that must be completed in the project will be easier. The results of the analysis in scheduling C, JO costs are Rp. 10,717,500, material is Rp. 622,012,162, and Overhead is Rp. 189,820,698 with a decrease in costs of 0.088%. Pada proyek pembangunan kapal baru dituntut untuk bekerja cepat sesuai dengan jadwal Untuk itu, perlu adanya suatu perencanaan dan penjadwalan untuk pembangunan kapal supaya diterima dengan pemilik kapal tepat waktu. Tak bisa terelakkan bahwa pada setiap praktik pelaksanaan terdapat berbagai kemungkinan yang dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan, misalnya keterlambatan pelaksanaan, perubahan desain, pengaruh cuaca, keterlambatan suplai material, kegagalan konstruksi, dan kesalahan perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penjadwalan proyek kapal x dan menganalisa penyebab keterlambatan proyek blok QCS pada galangan PT.Karimun Sembawang Shipyard. Dibuatkan penjadwalan menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Network Planning akan dijabarkan seluruh daftar kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek, waktu atau durasi yang dibutuhkan dari setiap kegiatan. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan model penjadwalan C 29 hari dengan durasi lebih cepat. Earned Value Analysis (EVA) membantu memperkirakan biaya dari sebuah proyek proses perencanaan seluruh kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan dalam proyek akan lebih mudah. Didapatkan hasil analisa dipenjadwalan C biaya JO sebesar Rp 10.717.500, material Rp 622.012.162, dan Overhead Rp 189.820.698 dengan biaya yang turun sebesar 0,088%
