Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Emosional, Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Alfamart Di Kota Metro. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 85 responden dari pelanggan Alfamart di Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Pengujian Persyaratan Data, Pengujian persyaratan analisis dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kualitas Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Emosional, Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara produk, orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran secara simultan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Mie Putih Cap Monas Lancar Di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 55 responden dari populasi sebanyak 120 orang pelanggan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunaka uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk, orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Mie Putih Cap Monas Lancar Di Kota Metro. Kata Kunci: Produk, Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, strategi pemasaran Kinerja Pemasaran This study aims to determine the effect of product, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and marketing strategy simultaneously on marketing performance at UMKM Mie Putih Cap Monas Lancar in Metro City. This study used a sample of 55 respondents from a population of 120 customers. The research method used is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and testing the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that product, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and marketing strategy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at UMKM Putih Cap Monas Lancar in Metro City. This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa Tulang Bawang Sungai Buaya Estate (SBYE) is a company engaged in oil palm plantations. Where its operational activities require competent workers, therefore human resource management must also be improved. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Sumber Indah Perkasa Tulang Bawang Sungai Buaya Estate (SBYE). By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about Workload, Work Stress, Work Environment, and Compensation for Employee Performance. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the linearity normality method, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of workload, work stress, work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously workload, work stress, work environment and compensation on employee performance. Research specifically shows that workload has a positive and significant effect, work stress has a positive and significant effect, the work environment has a positive and significant effect, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Electronic money is a means of payment that makes it easy for users to make transactions safely, quickly and efficiently. However, in the level of understanding of the special residents of TanjungTirto Village, there are still many who do not understand the functions and conveniences. So, the researchers conducted an intensive study of the public about the importance of using electronic money. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the role of the level of understanding of interest in the use of electronic money. (2) The role of expediency on interest in using electronic money. (3) whether the level of understanding and usefulness simultaneously has a role in the interest in using electronic money in the people of TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung. This research is a quantitative research.The population of which is the people of TanjungTirto Village, totaling 378 people. While the data collection using a questionnaire through google form, while the data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression through partial t-test and simultaneous f-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) in the level of understanding using electronic money in TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung, they did not fully understand because of one's ability to understand that electronic money is an alternative means of payment which is then interpreted and understood by each test result. The t-value is 4.241 and the t-table value is 1.975. (2) for the benefits of using electronic money, many people already known about the benefits and functions of the level of confidence where someone believes in the benefits of electronic money with the value of the t-test results obtained by the t-count value of 3.955 and the t-table value of 1.975. The conclusion is that simultaneously the two independent variables have a good role in the interest in using electronic money in TanjungTirto Village, Way-Bungur District, East Lampung, and the coefficient of determination of 0.251 or 25.1% is influenced by other variables. Suggestions for the people of TanjungTirto Village for their level of understanding of using electronic money in obtaining information from advertisements on television so that they study and observe so that they can use it properly.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the effect of the role of BUMDes Jaya Abadi in the cooperative sector as a funding institution during the COVID-19 pandemic on the welfare of rubber farmers. 2) To determine the effect of the role of BUMDes Jaya Abadi in the cooperative sector in creating jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic on the welfare of rubber farmers. 3) To determine the effect of the role of BUMDes Jaya Abadi in the cooperative sector as part of public education during the COVID-19 pandemic on the welfare of rubber farmers. 4) To determine the effect of the role of BUMDes Jaya Abadi in the cooperative sector as a stabilizer during the covid-19 pandemic on the welfare of rubber farmers. 5) To find out the joint influence of the role of BUMDes Jaya Abadi in the cooperative sector as a funding institution, creating jobs, public education, and stabilizing during the COVID-19 pandemic on the welfare of rubber farmers. The population used in this study were rubber farmers in Kampung Adi Jaya, amounting to 125 people. The sample used in this study were 95 people. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. Based on the results of research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn that funding institutions have a direct positive and significant influence on the welfare of rubber farmers. Creating jobs has a direct positive and significant impact on the welfare of rubber farmers. Public education has a direct positive and significant effect on the welfare of rubber farmers. Stabilizers have a direct positive and significant effect on the welfare of rubber farmers. Funding institutions, creating jobs, public education, and stabilizers together have a positive and significant influence on the welfare of rubber farmers. Abstract

Lack of knowledge or education makes people less understanding about Islamic financial services. Coupled with a modest promotion, and less extensive. Services that are also not improved will hinder the development of business progress. The success of a service production, will depend on how the customer assesses it, namely from the sense of trust that has been formed. If the customer has put his trust in a company, it is difficult for the customer to move to another financial institution, so that it can be mutually beneficial for both parties, namely the financial institution and its customers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of public education on customer confidence in saving at BMT KJKS Al - Falah Batanghari, (2) Knowing the effect of product promotion on customer confidence in saving at BMT KJKS Al - Falah Batanghari, (3) Knowing the effect of service on customer trust to save at BMT KJKS Al – Falah Batanghari. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample or questionnaire method. The sample obtained by accidental sampling obtained as many as 50 respondents. While the data analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression through parial t test, simultaneous f test and the determinant coefficient R2. The results of this study indicate that (1) public education on customer trust in saving at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari has a positive and significant effect, from the results of the t-test to get a t-value ofcount 3.159 > ttable 1.679, (2) product promotion towards customer trust to save at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari has a positive and significant influence, from the results of the t test to get a value and tcount of 3,869 > ttable 1,679, (3) service on trust has a positive and significant effect, from the results of the t test get the value of tcount 4,589 > ttable 1,679. The conclusion, simultaneously that the three independent variables have a good role on customer confidence to save at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari by obtaining aF value ofcalculated 176,430 > Ftable 2.810, and the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.920 or 92.0% which means 8% is influenced by other variables. It is recommended to BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari to provide education to the community, increase promotions, and better services so that the public or customers are more interested, enthusiastic, and believe in saving.

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, promotion and product diversification on increasing customers of the BRI Unit Candipuro bank. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about innovation, promotion and product diversification to increase customers. Then processed with SPSS version 22 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of innovation, promotion and product diversification on increasing customers of BRI Bank Candipuro Unit. The results showed that simultaneously innovation, promotion and product diversification. Partial research shows that innovation has a positive and significant effect, promotion has a positive and significant effect and product diversification has a positive and significant effect on increasing customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Multi-Mart 41 Batanghari. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaires in the form of written questions given to respondents related to motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation for employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling with a saturated sample (census). Data analysis techniques used by researchers are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t-est, f-test, r2 test (Coefficient of determination) with data processing using SPSS version. 20. The results showed that simultaneously motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and compensation has no and no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat penjualan saus Lombok Mas mengalamipeningkatan dan penurunan yang tidak stabil setiapbulannya. Tingkat penjulan ini menunjukan gambarankepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Sehingga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui PengaruhHarga, Ketersediaan Produk, Dan Kemasan TerhadapKepuasan Pelanggan Saus Lombok Mas Pada CV. Indosari Lombok Mas Di Lampung Tengah. Jenispenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisionerkepada 104 responden yang diambil menggunakanrumus dari slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Versi20..Analisa data penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan Pengujian Persyaratan Instrument, Pengujian Persyaratan Analisis dan PengujianHipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasan memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadapkepuasan pelanggan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jikapersepsi harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasandapat mempengaruhi perasaan konsumen, makakepuasan untuk membeli produk tersebut akanmeningkat. Kata Kunci: Harga, Ketersediaan Produk, Kemasan, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT The level of sales of Lombok Mas sauce has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price, product availability, and packaging on customer satisfaction with Lombok Mas Sauce in CV. Indosari Lombok Mas in Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 104 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that price, product availability and packaging have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This indicates that if the perception of price, product availability and packaging can affect consumer feelings, the satisfaction to buy the product will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method at Hotel Familie 2 Metro City. The type of research used by the author is descriptive quantitative research. The data were obtained from the results of observations, documentation and questionnaire results to 31 respondents from Hotel Familie 2 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) techniques. The essence of this concept is the level of importance (expectation) is measured in relation to what the company should do in order to produce products and services that meet expectations. The results showed that the value of employee job satisfaction on the employee satisfaction index was 0.7625 in the range of 51% - 80%. So it can be said that in general the employee satisfaction index at Hotel Familie 2 for the attributes tested is quite satisfied. The aspect that has the greatest contribution in shaping employee job satisfaction at Hotel Familie 2 is Leadership which has an index value of 0.9058 or 90.58 % .
