Abstract

Buruh migran menjadi fenomena tersendiri bagi pemerintah. Mereka dianggap sebagai pahlawan devisa bagi pemerintah, tetapi ada hal yang tidak tersentuh bagi mereka setelah menyelesaikan kontrak kerja dengan majikan. Apakah mereka akan memutuskan untuk melanjutkan kontrak atau berhenti dan kembali ke tanah air Indonesia dengan segala permasalahannya. Entrepreneurship merupakan salah satu solusi  bagi mereka  sebagai bekal setelah meraka kembali dan tidak lagi menjadi buruh migran. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan tersebut diatas, maka perlu adanya model guna mencari alternatife pemecahan masalah. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pembinaan bagi buruh migran tersebut. Adapun tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan model pembinaan kewirausahaan bagi buruh migran yang harapannya berguna setelah mereka kembali ke tanah air. Desain penelitian adalah multiple case study. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi (triangulation) yang meliputi: survey, observasi,  field study,  PRA (Participatory rural appraisal) dan action research. Level penelitian adalah eksploratif dan jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Kata Kunci:  Entrepreneurship, migrant

Abstract

ABSTRACT Migrant workers have became a phenomenon for the government. They have been considered as foreign exchange heroes for the government but on the contrary there is something untouchable thing after they have done their contracts. Do they will decide to continue their contracts or cut off their contracts and go back to Indonesia with all the problems embedded to them. Entreprenuership is one of the solution for them as their provision skill after they go back to Indonesia and not working as migrant workers anymore. Based on the problem, an alternative model must be found for  the problem solver. The Objectives of this research is to make an entrepreneurship development model for the migrant workers. The specifif objectives for the research is to implement the entrepreneurship development model for the migrant worker that can be used by migrant workers. The Research method used for the research is multiple case study. The collecting data method used for the research is combinating approach (triangulation). There are survey, observation, field study PRA (Participatory rural appraisal) and action research. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in stock prices, stock returns and abnormal returns before and after a stock split in high profile and low profile companies. The research period used in this study was on 2016-2018. The research was analyzed in quantitative method by using a purposive sampling method. Based on the sampling criteria, 40 companies were selected as research samples. Kolmogorov Smirnov One Sample test was used for the normality test. After the normality test was carried out, the data was processed using the two paired-sample difference test. The t-test (paired sample t-test) was used if data were normally distributed but if it was not normally distributed the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test would be used. Hypothesis testing results showed that (1) there are differences in stock prices whether before and after a stock split in high profile companies (2) there are differences in stock prices whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (3) there are differences in stock returns whether before and after a stock split in the company high profile (4) there is no difference in stock returns whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (5) there is no difference in abnormal returns whether before and after the stock split in high profile companies (6) there is no difference in abnormal returns whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (7) there are differences in stock prices after a stock split in high profile companies and low profile (8) there is no difference in stock returns whether before and after the stock split in high profile and low profile companies (9) there is no difference in abnormal stock returns whether before and after a stock split at high profile and low profile companies.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan perekonomian daerah dapat di tempuh antara lain dengan pengembanganpruduk unggulan daerah melalui pendekatan kelembagaan lokal pendukung, pengembangan kompetensi lokal;pengembangan perekonomian berbasis bahan baku setempat, atau pengembangan teknologi tepat guna danbersifat spesifik lokasi (Klaster). Kelembagaan ekonomi berarti tidak membatasi diri dalam arti sektor tertentuatau kelompok masyarakat tertentu.Ada tiga pilar utama kelembagaan sebagai pendukung kehidupan masyarakat di daerah yaitu :kelembagaan yang hidup dan telah diterima oleh komunitas lokal atau tradisional (voluntary sector),kelembagaan pasar (private sector), dan kelembagaan politik dalam pengambilan keputusan di tingkat publik(public sector).

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pasar Kreatif Tejo Agung (Pak Tejo)merupakan  pasar warga  yang menyajikan berbagai olahan kreatif, baik dari segi kuliner ataupun non-kuliner seperti ruang-ruang instagramable yang teletak di Jl. Raya Stadion, RT/RW 06/02, Kecamatan Tejo Agung, Kota Metro. Terbentuknya Pak Tejo merupakan hasil dari ide masyarakat serta antusiasme masyarakat yang besar, sehingga dapat direalisasikan dan diresmikan pada tanggal 31 Januari 2021. Dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi di lingkungan, Pak Tejo merupakan salah  satu  wilayah  yang  berpotensi  karena  memiliki  beragam peluang usaha misalnya, potensi dalam usaha kuliner serta jasa-jasa lainnya. Banyak sekali potensi ide kreatif untuk menjalankan usaha namun belum tergali dengan optimal oleh masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu,  melalui metode sharing, tanya jawab, dan praktik secara langsung yang diberikaan dapat menumbuhan jiwa kewirausahaan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya media sosial sebagai media promosi bagi masyarakat di Pasar Kreatif Tejo Agung. Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Media Sosial, InovasiABSTRACT Pasar Kreatif Tejo Agung (Pak Tejo) is a citizen market that serves a variety of creative preparations, both in terms of culinary or non-culinary such as instagramable spaces, located on Jl. The formation of Pak Tejo is the result of great community ideas and community enthusiasm, so it can be realized and inaugurated on January 31, 2021. Looking at the situation and conditions in the environment, Pak Tejo is one of the potential areas because it has various business opportunities, for example, potential in culinary business as well as other services. There is a lot of potential for creative ideas to run a business but has not been optimally explored by the surrounding community. Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu agenda utama bagi pembangunan nasional adalah sektor ekonomi, khususnya kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, pada beberapa skim pengabdian kepada masyarakat peningkatan sektor kewirausahaan atau UMKM digalakkan untuk dapat dikembangankan kepada masyarakat. Harapannya, dengan munculnya pewirausaha-pewirausaha baru, sektor ekonomi masyarakat tumbuh dan semakin mapan, maka sektor lainya seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan dapat semakin terjamin. Berbagai pihak diharapkan menjadi agent of change bagi peningkatan di sektor ekonomi dan UMKM ini. Melalui program KKN PPM, tim Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro mencoba menjadi agen untuk menumbuhkan pewirausaha-pewirausaha baru dengan target khusus yaitu pemuda-pemudi di Kampung Pujokerto Kecamatan Trimurjo Lampung Tengah. Alasan dipilihnya lokasi ini adalah karena sebagian besar pemuda dan pemudi di Kampung ini merupakan petani turun temurun, yang dipandang dari sisi orientasi kewirausahaannya masih cukup rendah. Metode yang dilaksanakan pada pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan secara personal, FGD, studi banding, dan pelaksanaan kewirausahaan. Hasil pengabdiannya adalah terbentuknya kelompok kewirsausahaan berbasis pemuda yang diberinama Usaha Muda Mudi Mandiri (UM3) dan terciptanya usaha bagi kelompok berupa budi daya pembesaran dan pembenihan ikan lele, serta pelatihan pembuatan souvenir pernikahan berbahan Tali Kur.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan berbasis Pemuda, Kelompok wirausaha pemuda, KKN PPMAbstrakOne of the main agendas for national development is the economic sector, especially entrepreneurship. Therefore, in some community service schemes, the entrepreneurship sector or MSME sector enhancement is encouraged so that it can be developed in the community. The hope is that with the emergence of new entrepreneurs, the economic sector of society will grow and become more established, so that other sectors such as education and health can be more secure. Various parties are expected to become agents of change for improvement in the economic sector and MSMEs. Through the KKN PPM program, the University of Muhammadiyah Metro team tries to become an agent to grow new entrepreneurs with a special target, namely young people in Pujokerto Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung. The reason for choosing this location is because most of the youth and girls in this village are hereditary farmers, which is considered from the perspective of their entrepreneurial orientation is still quite low. The method used in this service is a personal approach, FGD, comparative studies, and the implementation of entrepreneurship. The result of this dedication was the formation of a youth-based entrepreneurship group called Usaha Muda Mudi Mandiri (UM3) and the creation of a business for the group in the form of raising and hatching catfish, as well as training in making wedding souvenirs from Tali Kur.Keywords: Youth-based entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneur groups, KKN PPM

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence accounting students on career choices. The population in this study were undergraduate accounting students who are currently or have completed their thesis final assignments with a population of 74 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from research subjects in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale data measurement tool. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and was performed with the help of IBM SPSS Version 25.0. The results showed that all factors that influence student career choices, namely work environment, professional training, social values, personality, job intrinsic values, job market considerations and professional recognition have a significant effect on student career choices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Peranan Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Restribusi Daerah Dalam Mengoptimalkan Penerimaan Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Di Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari data time series periode tahun 2015-2019 yaitu data pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB), data pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data model Miles and Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peranan BPPRD dalam mengoptimalkan penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Metro yang telah terlaksana dari Tahun 2015 hingga 2019, dapat dikatakan sudah optimal karena setiap tahun realisasi penerimaan yang diperoleh meningkat
