Abstract

In the current era of globalization has entered a very competitive and very strong condition, every year the business environment is unpredictable and market demands change a lot. This allows business people to implement strategies in their business to maintain the viability and competitiveness of the company. These companies try to execute customer satisfaction in order to get big profits and try to get as much customer loyalty as possible in different ways. This study aims (1) to determine whether product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) to determine whether service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) to determine whether consumer interest has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) to determine whether competitive advantage significant effect on customer satisfaction (5) To determine whether product innovation, service quality, consumer interest, competitive advantage have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. The population in this study are customers who buy goods at the Merapi Gift Palace shop, consumers who buy in June to December as many as 325 consumers. The results showed that (1) there is a positive effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction (2) there is a positive influence of service quality on satisfaction (3) there is a positive influence of consumer interest on customer satisfaction (4) there is a positive influence of competitive advantage on customer satisfaction (5) there is a positive effect of product innovation, service quality, consumer interest, competitive advantage on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity. The type of research conducted in this research is using quantitative research. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Daihatsu Metro City, amounting to 121 people as research respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study are supported and in line with research conducted by Gofur (2019) which shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Self-motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. This shows that if employees' perceptions of self- motivation will be fulfilled according to the wishes of employees, it will affect work productivity. Compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rizka Minda Kurniyanti, The Influence of Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the UPTD of the Kotagajah Inpatient Health Center. Supervisor (1) H. Suwarto2, S.E M.M, Fitriani2 S.E., M.M. Companies definitely need competent and qualified employees, especially in this era of globalization. All business organizations are the driving force in decisions to achieve organizational goals. Organizational development is determined by the work of HR in the organization. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. 2) To find out whether Extrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 3) To find out whether Intrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 4) To find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. 5) To find out whether organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. In this study, the population of this study were employees and some students who were intern at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Kotagajah were 84 people. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between Extrinsic Motivation on employee performance. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance 3) there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction on performance employee. keywords : Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical evidence and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain mediation results of employee engagement on the effect of quality of work life and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted using social exchange theory. There are 4 (four) hypotheses in this study. The population used is PDAM Magelang City employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The criteria used are employees working at least 2 (two) years. The number of samples is 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is SEM with Warp-PLS software. The results show that quality of work life and perceived organizational support have a direct influence on organizational citizenship behavior and employee engagement. Quality of work life and Perceived organizational support have an indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior through employee engagement.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price, promotion and service quality on the decision to use Khanza Dry N Wash services in Tanjung Morawa, Kab. Deli Serdang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in Hamlet II Jl. Tirta Deli No. 90 A Tanjung Morawa. The time of this research began in January 2022 until March 2022. The population in this study were consumers of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, amounting to 1,110 people. The results of using the slovin formula in this study the researchers took a sample of 92 consumers of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the value of t-count > t-table (2.955 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.004 is less than 0.1, meaning that the price has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha1 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (3.157 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.1 means that promotion has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha2 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table 5.544 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.01, meaning that service quality has a significant effect on the decision to use the services of Khanza Dry n Wash Tanjung Morawa, then Ha3 is accepted. The value of Fcount (43.811) > Ftable (2.76), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.1, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Price (X1), Promotion (X2), and Service Quality (X3) variables affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Decision to Use Services (Y). The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.639, this means that 63.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 63.9% = 36.1%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied
