Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of financial performance on stock prices. The financial ratios used in this study are Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The object of this research is mining and mining service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study were 49 companies officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a sample of 21 companies that meet the required sample needs. Based on the research results, it shows that the variable Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, shopping experience, consumer assessment, and the ease of use of the Lazada online shopping application on purchasing decisions. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 225 students using the Lazada application, only 145 samples were used according to predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and is tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) program version 20. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that Trust, Shopping Experience, Consumer Assessment, and Ease of Use of the Lazada Online Shopping Application have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Faculty of Economics and Business, S1 Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah Metro University. Supervisor (1) YATENO, S.E.,M.M Supervisor (2) NANI SEPTIANA, S.E.,M.M The level of sales of various pure chips has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the perceived satisfaction. Effects of Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging Design, and Price on Purchase Decisions for MSME Products with Pure Chips in Gajah City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 91 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging Design, and Price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. buying the product will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Self-Efficacy, Perception of Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. By using primary data which is done by collecting data through observation and questionnaires. With a total sample of 94 respondents taken from two undergraduate majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business from a total population of 1470. Sampling technique Non-probability Sampling with purposive sampling method, using the 10% solvin formula. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a significant and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while attitudes and self-efficacy have no and no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of independent variables (FDR and TATO),either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable (NPF) in Indonesian Islamic Banks.This research includes research using quantitative methods. the type of data used is secondarydata obtained through the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), namelywww.bankbsi.co.id. The data taken is seen from BSI's annual financial statements for the 2016-2020 period, from 15 BSI samples, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNISyariah. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, with the Chow test,Lagrange multiplier test and hypothesis testing (R2test, F test, and T test), the panel dataregression estimation model used is the Common Effect Model, data processing using the Eprogram -View 9. The results of this study show that the FDR and TATO variablessimultaneously have no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF). The result ofthe coefficient of determination test (R2) is 40.62% while the remaining 59.38% is influenced byother factors outside the study. The results of the partial study of FDR have no effect and are significant on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.389153 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.7040 which means > 0.05. and TATO has no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.174297 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.6885 which means > 0.05.

ABSTRACT Rizka Minda Kurniyanti, The Influence of Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the UPTD of the Kotagajah Inpatient Health Center. Supervisor (1) H. Suwarto2, S.E M.M, Fitriani2 S.E., M.M. Companies definitely need competent and qualified employees, especially in this era of globalization. All business organizations are the driving force in decisions to achieve organizational goals. Organizational development is determined by the work of HR in the organization. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. 2) To find out whether Extrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 3) To find out whether Intrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 4) To find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. 5) To find out whether organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. In this study, the population of this study were employees and some students who were intern at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Kotagajah were 84 people. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between Extrinsic Motivation on employee performance. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance 3) there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction on performance employee. keywords : Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical evidence and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence that exists at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro, namely the lack of work motivation of lecturers or employees who have worked for a long time but do not have permanent employee status, there are several lecturers or senior employees who have lost work motivation, there is still a lack of self-awareness about how to motivate colleagues. work so as not to be late and come home early. which aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the working period in moderating work motivation on employee performance, and the working period in moderating job satisfaction on employee performance of lecturers and employees of Muhammadiyah Metro University. Muhammadiyah Metro University employees, data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multiple regression analysis, t-test, f test, r test of determination, and interaction test (moderated regression analysis). /MRA) on the IBM social sciences statistical package (SPSS). The results show that work motivation, job satisfaction, a tenure that connects motivation, and a period of service that connects satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance, it is recommended for Muhammadiyah Metro University to increase the motivation and satisfaction of lecturers and employees of Muhammadiyah Metro University

Abstract

A decrease in the number of buyers causes a decrease in the value of the business. Not only that,there are some employees who tend to be very friendly, not customer oriented and someemployees still have poor performance. Not only selling in the offline market, Dhelitha Gordynalso ventured into online sales, so this study aims to identify HRM practices and work learningon employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research design in this study isquantitative, with 30 employees. The sampling method used a special sampling method. Whilethe research phase uses a questionnaire that is distributed to all employees who work at theDhelita Gordin store. The analytical tools used are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, andmultiple regression tests with partial t test decisions, simultaneous f, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the survey that some management practices and job training at apoint and at the same time if done correctly, then every employee will gradually begin tounderstand the job and its functions that can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran (Muamalat DIN) Digital Islamic Network di Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Metro melalui teknik Analisis SWOT, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 6 informan untuk menentukan nilai bobot dan rating terkait strategi pemasaran menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kcp Metro serta menganalisis strategi pemasaran internal dan eksternal untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar. teknik Analisis SWOT yang menghasilkan 6 kekuatan, 3 kelemahan, 4 peluang, dan  4 ancaman. Dari hasil Bobot, Rating, Dan Skor dengan IFAS dan EFAS, terlihat bahwa strategi pemasan berada pada kuadrat I, menunjukkan strategi pemasaran (Muamalat DIN) mendukung untuk pertumbuhan yang berorientasi pada strategi agresif. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kcp Metro dengan se-optimal mungkin, memaksimalkan peluang yang ada, atau dikenal sebagai strategi SO. Berfokus pada strategi pemasaran (Muamalat DIN) dengan menerapkan pendekatan agresif dengan memanfaatkan Keunggulan Syariah dengan Tren Digitalisasi Mengembangkan dan mempromosikan layanan syariah digital untuk menarik nasabah yang mengutamakan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip Islam dan semakin beralih ke layanan digital. Menggunakan Teknologi Digital Canggih  untuk Mengikuti Tren Digitalisasi Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi canggih, Muamalat DIN dapat terus mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan layanan digital untuk mengikuti tren digitalisasi yang semakin meningkat.Kata kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, IFAS, EFAS, SWOTAbstractThe aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy (Muamalat DIN) of the Digital Islamic Network at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Metro through SWOT Analysis techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were collected from 6 informants to determine the weight and rating values related to the marketing strategy by analyzing internal and external factors affecting Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Metro and to analyze internal and external marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness in the market. The SWOT Analysis technique resulted in 6 strengths, 3 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 4 threats. Based on the Weight, Rating, and Score results with IFAS and EFAS, it is evident that the marketing strategy is in quadrant I, indicating that the (Muamalat DIN) marketing strategy supports growth oriented towards an aggressive strategy. This strategy aims to optimally utilize the strengths of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Metro, maximize available opportunities, known as the SO strategy. It focuses on the (Muamalat DIN) marketing strategy by adopting an aggressive approach utilizing Sharia advantages with Digitalization Trends, developing and promoting digital sharia services to attract customers who prioritize compliance with Islamic principles and are increasingly turning to digital services. By using advanced digital technology to keep up with digitalization trends, Muamalat DIN can continuously develop and improve digital services to follow the increasing trend of digitalization.Keywords: Marketing strategy, IFAS, EFAS, SWOT

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia, baik dari sisi penyerapan tenaga kerja maupun kontribusinya terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB). Tantangan besar yang sering dihadapi pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya, terutama terkait dengan pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Apabila hal ini tidak diatasi maka UMKM yang sedang bertumbuh akan kalah bersaing. Seperti yang terjadi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Ganjar Asri memiliki kendala diantaranya kurangnya pemahaman strategi branding dan pacaking serta manajemen keuangannya yang masih buruk yang ditandai dengan belum tersusunnya laporan keuangan. Adapun metode pelaksaan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu terdiri dari 4 tahap yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM dapat memehami penting branding dan packaging yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Serta pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan guna mengetahui kondisi keuangan usaha.
