The Influence of Financial Knowledge and Personal Net Income on Financial Bihaviour of Universitas Malikussaleh Employees with Locus Of Control as Moderation Variable. The purpose of this study was to determine how the model of financial behaviour of civil servants and lecturers in the Malikussaleh University environment and what factors are the most powerful in influencing the financial behaviour of employees in the Malikussaleh University campus environment. The research sample taken from the population in this study were 261 Civil Servants Group II to Group IV in Universitas Malikussaleh. The method used to support this research is quantitative method and in this study using multiple linear regression models. The processing and interpretation of research data using statistical software SmartPLS. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial behaviour of Universitas Malikussaleh employees. Personal net income has a positive and significant effect on the financial behaviour of Universitas Malikussaleh employees. Locus of control does not moderate the effect of financial knowledge on financial behaviour of Universitas Malikussaleh employees. Locus of control does not moderate the effect of personal net income on the financial behaviour of Universitas Malikussaleh employees.

This study aims to find out how the Strategy for Using Profit and Cash Flow Statements on the Financial Performance of Indonesian Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative data method. While the data used is secondary data. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of the Profit Usage variable on Financial Performance by using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and t test show that: The use of profit (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance (Y). In other words, it means, the use of profit has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Cash Flow (X2) has no effect on Financial Performance (Y). In other words, it means, Cash Flow has no positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. Use of Profit (X1), Cash Flow Variable (X2), have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Financial Performance Variable (Y).

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are one of the priorities in national economic development. MSMEs provide the largest contribution to the trade sector as much as 46.17% with a workforce distribution of 31.81% which is one of the economic drivers of the people and supporters of the Indonesian economy. In business, decision making must be rational and based on available information. This shows that the importance of the level of knowledge related to information as well as qualified human resources to make good decisions. This research design is descriptive and quantitative. This research was conducted at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which are active in Lhokseumawe City. Statistical analysis shows that financial literacy, human resource competence and information technology have a significant effect on the financial management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lhokseumawe City. The results of this study provide useful information and valuable insights for MSMEs and can find out the magnitude of the role of financial literacy, human resource competence, technology and financial management in maintaining or developing a business, so as to increase innovation and be proactive in managing MSMEs so that they are able to face competition.

This study aims to determine how the influence of working capital management and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative data method. 1) Working Capital Management variable has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. 2) Leverage variable has no significant effect on firm value. 3) Working Capital Management and Leverage variables have no simultaneous significant effect on Firm Value. 4)Profitability variable is a moderator variable that affects the relationship between Working Capital Management and Firm Value. 5) Profitability variable is not a moderator variable that can moderate the relationship between Leverage and Firm Value.Company value can be used as the basis for making investment decisions because this aspect measures the ability of the company's assets to generate a return on investment made in the company's asset instruments.

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Operational Costs on the Financial Performance of PT. Gotong Royong Jaya. The research method used is quantitative data method. While the data used is secondary data. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of the variable Operating Costs on Financial Performance by using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and t-test indicate that: the t-table value of the Operating Cost variable is 6.862 > the t-table value (df: : 35%) is 2. 030 so it can be concluded that the Operational Cost has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of PT. Gotong Royong Jaya.

Food is a basic need that must be met by households. Utilization of home yard land is one of the alternatives to realize food self-sufficiency in households in Dewantara District which iscan save on food expenditure and ensure the fulfillment of household food needs which are always available, easily accessible and can be used at any time. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence household food expenditures that utilize yard land with horticultural cultivation in Dewantara Subdistrict, Aceh Utara. The sample in this study was 60 families who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that simultaneously the factorIncome (X1), yard area (X2), number of household members (X3), housewife education (X4), and number of working household members (X5) have a significant effect on food expenditure. Partially, only the income factor (X1) and the number of household members (X3) have a significant effect on household food expenditure.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics, work involvement and personality on employee performance (study at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency). The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency)., A total of 32 employees while the sample in this study used Nonprobability sampling or Saturated Sampling as many as32 Employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program. The results of this study prove that partially work ethics (X1) has an effect on performance (Y) with t-test work ethics (X1) 1.954 > ttable 1.693 with sig 0.008 < 0, 05, and Work Involvement (X2) 2,348 > t table 1,693 with sig 0,089 < 0,05. and Personality (X3) 1,880 > ttable 1,693 with sig 0,006 < 0,05. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Fcount 7.142 > Ftable 4.20 with R Square 0.509 or 50.9% which means that there is an influence of work ethics.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, to determine the effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. To determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant influence of the Financial Literacy variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant effect of the Lifestyle variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara.

This study aims to formulate strategies to avoid macroeconomic risks in investing in the Indonesian capital market so that more people will be able to trade in financial instruments traded in the Indonesian capital market using an integrated online transaction system. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the research population of 20 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is time series data taken from 2016 to 2020 by conducting a documentation study conducted on the publication of annual financial statements (Financial Statements), so that the target population is 40 (8 Companies x 5 Years) annual financial report data for the research sample. The data analysis method in this study uses Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and data analysis uses the Smart PLS statistical software. The outputs of this research are publications of reputable international journals, international proceedings and reference books for ISBN certified research results with TKT level 3.

The purpose of the study aims to analyze several things, namely: The Influence of Country Of Origin on Purchase Decisions, Brand Image on Purchase Decisions and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions, Effect of Country Of Origin, Brand Image and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions. In this study using 91 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business management who use the grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Data collection techniques using a list of statements such as online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) to test the four hypotheses proposed in this study. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: Country Of Origin partially positive and significant effect on food purchase decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Brand Image partially negative but not significant effect on food purchase decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on food purchasing decisions on the Grab application at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Country Of Origin, Brand Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on food purchasing decisions on the Grab application at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
