Abstract

This service will provide an overview of entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises using digital technology. From all points of view, be it motivation, business opportunities or ideas, as well as business rules according to sharia. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, it is very demanding for young people who already have business plans to adopt digital business tools more quickly to survive and develop in the new normal era. Therefore, prospective young entrepreneurs have great potential to be prepared to become excellent entrepreneurs, who will not only be economically independent, but will also develop regional economic potential which in turn will have a positive impact on the national economy. The purpose of this service is to overcome the problem of unemployment by the younger generation. The solutions we provide are in the form of training and providing motivation to develop and provide basic techniques for doing digital business, and do not forget to provide understanding to aspiring young entrepreneurs about doing business in an Islamic way as a form of development of the nation's.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting bagi setiap organisasi, baik organisasi yang berorientasi laba maupun non laba. Pengelolaan keuangan non laba semula diatur dalam standar akuntansi yaitu PSAK 45, dan saat ini mengalami perubahan dan diatur dalam ISAK 35. Organisasi non laba yang diatur dalam ISAK 35 antara lain adalah pondok pesantren yang bernaung dalam Yayasan. Masih banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pondok pesantrean, antara lain, kompetensi  sumberdaya manusia yang masih kurang tentang pengelolaan dan pelaporan  keuangan yang sesuai  dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku.  Pelatihan pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan ini dilaksanakan di pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 2 hari  dalam bentuk pemaparan materi dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Setelah pelatihan dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sudah memahami dan mampu untuk menyusun laporan keuangan ( Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Penghasilan Komprehensif, Laporan Perubahan Aset Neto, Laporan Arus Kas, dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan). Untuk kelanjutan kegiatan ini perlu adanya pendampingan kepada mitra dalam penyusunan Laporan Keungan Pondok Pesantren serta pelatihan berkelanjutan yang  dilakukan oleh Perguruan Tinggi, Pemerintah, maupun swasta

Abstract

Banyak pemuda milenial yang tidak bekerja karena terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Pembentukan usaha baru dengan keterampilan memahami kualitas produk merupakan solusi terbaik dalam kondisi ini. Salah satu bisnis yang digemari oleh para pengusaha saat ini adalah bisnis minuman olahan dari kopi Arabika. Kopi Gayo cukup terkenal di dunia karena memiliki aroma dan kenikmatan yang khas. Lokasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat diambil di wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Utara mengingat lokasi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Malikussaleh yang berada di Kabupaten Aceh Utara diharapkan memberikan kontribusi langsung dalam mengurangi angka pengangguran. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan mengacu pada proses pembelajaran orang dewasa yang terdiri dari: (1) Penyajian materi dengan presentasi Power Point dan materi simulasi, (2) diskusi terbatas (3) praktek uji fisik dan uji coffee cupping sehingga (1) menghasilkan perubahan paradigma “pencipta lapangan kerja” dari paradigma “pencari kerja” (2) menjadi wadah pelatihan softskill, (3) menjadi referensi untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berikutnya. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah: Publikasi kegiatan di media cetak maupun online, (3) Survey/Kuesioner Pemahaman Pengendalian Kualitas Produk untuk menilai peningkatan daya saing Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

In the context of modern education, learning the history of Islamic culture is faced with challenges to be delivered effectively, therefore teachers need methods that are relevant to the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of Islamic cultural history methods in the modern era from 2020-2024 using bibliometric methods. Data collection was carried out with the help of the publish or perish application to access papers from Google Scholar, with the keyword “Islamic cultural history method” traced in the title. This data was then inputted into VOSviewer software to perform co-occurrence analysis. The analysis through VOSviewer was carried out with two types of visualization, namely network visualization and overlay visualization. The results of this study show a significant increase in the number of publications from 2021 to reach its peak in 2023 on the method of Islamic cultural history. The results of the Network Visualization bibliometric analysis show the diversity of methods applied in learning the history of Islamic culture. This diversity of methods illustrates the adaptation of teaching to the needs of learning in the modern era is very varied as an effort to accommodate different learning needs and adapt to the times. Meanwhile, the results of the Overlay Visualization analysis show that research trends in Islamic cultural history learning methods continue to develop from year to year with more interactive and innovative methods such as role playing methods, team quiz, and resitation methods.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this PKM is to increase the capacity of Zakat managers in Lhokseumawe City in presenting ZIS fund management reports based on PSAK 109 in a transparent and accountable manner, so that the reports presented can be understood by muzzaki and practitioners and academics can be used as a reliable source of public information. . The method used to improve understanding of ZIS accounting based on PSAK 109 is participatory-based learning. Participatory is meant to be learning activities and direct learning of active involvement in the process of a particular program or activity in various stages starting from involvement in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs/activities by the PKM team and partners. At the end of the PKM program, partners are expected to be able to carry out accounting processes starting from recognition, measurement, recording and presentation as well as financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109 accounting standards regarding generally accepted accounting for zakat, infaq, and alms.

Abstract

The determination of the interrelated relationship regarding POJK from the PUJK can be reviewed through its role to consumers. This study uses a systematic review of the alternative literature on a theoretical basis, antecedents, measurements review, and relevance analysis results. This research data use secondary data taken from reputable journals. Furthermore, the data is processed using the Nvivo plus 12 application through a coding similarity analysis and then drawn conclusions as a reference. The results of the study illustrate that there is a relevant relationship between POJK and sharia principles by paying attention to the relationship factors of variables and outcomes from PUJK to consumers. Theoretical contributions through originality and an agenda for future research will be developed. The policy implication of this study is to maintain and improve understanding of Islamic financial literacy through POJK based on sharia principles. The limitations of this study reveal that the relevance of the relationship between PUJK and consumers affects the results at various levels of analysis.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is an investment commodity that can generate returns and already has a license to trade in exchange.  This study aims to examine the prospects of digital cryptocurrency assets more deeply by summarising the results of literature studies in various countries.  As a result of this study, it is known that many countries whose governments make strict regulations on support for legality and allow cryptocurrency transactions include: European Union members, namely Germany and Italy, and non-member countries of the European Union, such as Gibraltar.  Furthermore, in the Americas, there are Canada and Venezuela.  In East Asia and the Asia Pacific, Australia and Japan support the existence of Cryptocurrency.  Meanwhile, in Southeast Asian countries, there are contradictions between several countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, that reject cryptocurrency transactions because they are considered threats to money laundering and the problem of terrorism.  Of course, this is a prospect that cryptocurrency transactions can meet the expectations of all users in the world by making regulations regarding the legality of Cryptocurrency so that the transaction model can be integrated between users, both as an asset and a substitute for international payment currencies.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Gampong Reulet Timu dengan tujuan memberdayakan masyarakat tani melalui pemanfaatan limbah jerami menjadi briket sebagai energi alternatif ramah lingkungan dan sumber pendapatan baru. Limbah jerami yang selama ini dibakar atau dibiarkan tanpa pengelolaan diolah menjadi briket yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan fungsi praktis sebagai bahan bakar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan produksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memproduksi briket jerami. Satu kelompok tani telah terbentuk dan mulai menjalankan produksi mandiri. Produk yang dihasilkan dinilai layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan bakar rumah tangga serta berpotensi dikembangkan ke pasar lokal. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya mengurangi limbah pertanian tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi baru. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model inovasi energi lokal berkelanjutan di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategies to avoid macroeconomic risks in investing in the Indonesian capital market so that more people will be able to trade in financial instruments traded in the Indonesian capital market using an integrated online transaction system. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the research population of 20 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is time series data taken from 2016 to 2020 by conducting a documentation study conducted on the publication of annual financial statements (Financial Statements), so that the target population is 40 (8 Companies x 5 Years) annual financial report data for the research sample. The data analysis method in this study uses Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and data analysis uses the Smart PLS statistical software. The outputs of this research are publications of reputable international journals, international proceedings and reference books for ISBN certified research results with TKT level 3.
