Abstract

Good work quality in an organization can be optimal if employees' performance supports it. It is necessary to have things that encourage employees to improve the quality of their performance, one of which is work motivation. The decline in employee performance is suspected by the decrease in the employee's motivation level. This study aims to critically analyze the motivational factors which affect employee perspectives on their performance at the government-managed Financial Education and Training Agency facility in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 - 2022. The research design used is quantitative research. The data were obtained by using a questionnaire distributed to the sample used as the object of research, employees of the Finance Education and Training Agency (FETA) of the Republic of Indonesia. The data were then processed and analyzed with the SPSS program. The analysis technique used is simple descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. At the same time, the parameters used are employee motivation and performance based on respondents' perceptions with sampling techniques carried out in random sampling. Based on the analysis results, both partially and simultaneously, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are significantly and positively related to employee performance during the pandemic.

Abstract

Strategy is a tool to achieve objectives. Marketing is a process influenced by various social, cultural, political, economic, and managerial factors. There are three systematic marketing strategy steps, starting with market segmentation strategy, target market determination strategy, and market positioning strategy. The marketing mix also includes marketing strategies, comprising four crucial points: product, price, place, and promotion. The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing strategies in increasing product sales at Lakita Cell in the city of Makassar. This study adopts a qualitative research design. Primary and secondary data sources are utilized for data collection. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves three stages: data collection, data analysis, and decision-making. The research findings indicate that segmentation influences sales levels due to varying network quality in each area, while targeting does not significantly affect profits as sales levels fluctuate. Positioning has a significant impact on sales, profits, and company growth as Lakita Cell not only focuses on internet voucher sales but also provides services like interbank ATM transfers, digital money top-ups, and various types of mobile phone and electronic device essentials.

Abstract

Alauddin Khilji, the sovereign of the Delhi Sultanate during the medieval period in India, was confronted with a plethora of martial challenges throughout his rule. Among these challenges were the defence against Mongol incursions, the quelling of internal insurrections, the enlargement of the territorial boundaries of the Sultanate, and the surmounting of various logistical hindrances. In response to these exigencies, Khilji undertook considerable military reforms. These included the formation of a standing army, the enactment of rigorous disciplinary protocols, the initiation of the branding system for horses, and the erection of strategically positioned fortifications. These alterations were instrumental in fortifying his authority, augmenting the territorial expanse of the Sultanate, enhancing the efficacy of the military forces, and reinforcing the stability of the Delhi Sultanate. The military tactics and decisions of Khilji, encompassing his assertive expansionist approach and focus on defence, intelligence acquisition, and utilisation of resources, facilitated his martial triumphs and induced a transformative effect on the socio-political fabric of the Sultanate.

Abstract

Educational technology is undergoing a transformative evolution, bringing forth a convergence of digital tools, platforms, and methodologies to augment the learning journey. The proliferation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaborative tools has ushered in an era of online learning, amplified by global shifts like the COVID-19 pandemic. These virtual platforms are redefining the boundaries of teaching, enabling a connection beyond physical spaces. Simultaneously, advancements in artificial intelligence and data analytics are reshaping personalized learning by discerning individual learner needs and facilitating real-time feedback. This evolving landscape is further enriched by emergent technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR). These innovations offer immersive, tailored experiences, reimagining traditional pedagogies. AI tailors education to individual needs, VR offers experiential realms previously unattainable, and AR provides an enriched overlay of information on the real world, revolutionising engagement. However, with these strides comes a responsibility to address underlying challenges: ensuring privacy, bridging the digital divide, and addressing potential biases in educational algorithms. The focus on accessibility and inclusivity is paramount, and technology plays a pivotal role in democratizing access to quality education. This synthesis underscores the imperative of interweaving technological advancements with core educational values, ensuring that the integration is both meaningful and equitable.
