Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) To determine the factors of service, price, brand, quality, design, promotion on time delivery together can influence consumers satisfaction into buying Asia Tile products in increasing the selling volume at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya. 2) To know the factors that have influence on consumer satisfaction in buying Asia Tile products to gave an effort in increasing the volume of sales at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya. From the results of testing the hypothesis that F test as alpha  with a significance level of 5% with a probability of error of 0.05 which is on all of the variables that the F ratio for 6466 and 0536 amounted to R means the first hypothesis is proven.Brand factor has dominant influence or significance to the consumer's decision to buy Asia Tile products in increasing the volume of sales at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya, has proved it can be seen from the results of the statistic test, t test with a level of 95% (alpha 5%) and amounted to 3,738 t count> t table 1,943 (t> t table). Have a dominant influence on the decision to buy Asia Tile products in its efforts to increase the volume of sales at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of quality and service to customer satisfaction at refill drinking water depot Jaya Water Tenggarong and to know which variable has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction in drinking water refill depot Jaya Water Tenggarong. analysis model used for proving the hypothesis in this study is a quantitative analysis, the model of multiple regression analysis, the independent variable quality of the product (X1) and Services (X2). Then the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). The regression equation generated through this research is Y = 4,278 + 0,444X1 + 0,287X2.In this study, researchers took population as an object of research is 30 respondents conducted during August 2014. From the results expressed that statement of the first hypothesis in the research which states that "The quality of products and services and the service has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction on Depo Jaya drinking Water in Tenggarong" is acceptable.Then the second hypothesis statement which the second hypothesis stated "That the variable quality of a product that has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction on drinking water refill depot Jaya Water in Tenggarong" is acceptable because it proved to be true.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Products and Services

Abstract

PT. Rinjani mammal is one of the companies in Kutai regency engaged in coal company with Manager Mr Bhondan Soeryo as for the study was conducted on the operational part of the PT. Rinjani mammal which is located Jln. Dayaku gate Village Subdistrict Bakungan Loa Janan RT. 10. The number of existing employees in the Operations Section at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and examine the magnitude of promotional effects consisting of advertensi, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity to the development of the number of debtors in PT. Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch. In an effort to maintain the viability of its business, the PT. Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch has the purpose of always trying to attract as many debtors as possible, because the debtor is the main source of income of PT. Adira Finance. But the fact that promotion that has been done as expected because the number of new debtors that can be obtained by PT. Adira Finance is far from the desired target. Achievement of the number of debtors who are still far from the target certainly could have a negative impact for the survival of the business of PT. Adira Finance in the future. This research is done by using quantitative method. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires and library research. The process of data analysis and calculation using multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The multiple regression equation as follows Y = - 322.222 + 5.248.X1 + 6.301.X2 + 6,611.X3 + 5,750.X4. The result of the multiple regression equation can be known (a) of 322,221 that if advertence, personal selling, sales promotion and publication variables are absent, the amount of debtors will always remain constant decreased by 322,221. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation ), obtained F count is 29,206, while value of F table obtained value equal to 3,11 this mean that (F valued 29,206> F table 3,11), so it can be said advertensi variable, personal selling, sales promotion and publication and simultaneously able to show the influence on the development of the number of debtors or can be said that the regression model built can be used to predict the development of the number of debtors in PT.Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch. Then the first hypothesis is accepted. Of the four partial correlation test results above shows the largest value of personal selling variables compared to other variables that amounted to 0.635 then followed by publicity 0.507, advertence variables of 0.484 and sales promotion variable of 0.190. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study was rejected. Keyword: Debtors, Promotion

Abstract

The current problem at Nila Pak Ahmad fish farming business in Desa Sumber Sari is not yet able to determine the selling price of tilapia fish production with the amount of production cost incurred according to the calculation of accounting rule, because so far only based on the estimation and only compare the price Selling on another place based on the same product. So the business of fish cultivation Tilapia Pak Ahmad find it difficult to know for sure the benefits obtained with the truth. The data used are gross income, labor cost, operational cost and overhead cost for one year 2014. Analyzer used full costing with mark up method. Based on the calculation of the selling price of tilapia obtained from the sum of the cost of production known that the selling price of Nila fish in the cultivation of fish cage Pak Ahmad according to the analysis of Rp. 192, - / one fish while the selling price according to the owner of the cultivation business Pak Ahmad fish cage for this amount of Rp. 200 or there is the price difference amount Rp. 8 or Rp. 8,000 /one thousand fish.With the results of the above analysis, seen selling price applied business owner cultivation Pak Ahmad fish cage higher than the results of the analysis. Abstract

Problems that researchers look at PT. Telkom Tenggarong Branch is the level of employee effectiveness is still not optimal. Particularly visible from the factors that cause in terms of a less conducive working climate, minimal work ethic and lack of running and frequent discipline of work. This is seen with the lack of initiative, awareness and responsibility of employees to the work, often delaying the work given from the employer so that work can not be completed on time, lack of cooperation in handling the job and many employees who do not work and are less obedient and Obedient to working hoursThis study uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples are 25 people with the method of taking by census. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using F test and t test.The result of F test calculation obtained F count is 45,343, while the value of F table obtained value of 2.76 this means that (Fhitung 45, 343> Ftabel 2.76) with significant value <0,05, so can be said organization climate variable, Work ethic and work discipline simultaneously able to show its effect on work effectiveness. Then the first hypothesis is accepted. From the three t test results above shows the partial correlation value of variable discipline of work is greatest compared to organizational climate variables and work ethic that is equal to 0.612 or 61.2%, so that the work discipline variable is the most dominant variable affecting the effectiveness of employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Tenggarong Branch. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and examine the magnitude of the influence of exterior factors, general interior, store layout and interior display of consumer buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong. This study uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples are 48 people with the method of taking by random sampling. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis test using F and t test.From anova test or F test, F arithmetic is 67,219, while the value of F table obtained value of 2.56 this means that (Fcount 67,219> Ftabel 2,56) so it can be said variable exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior Display jointly able to show significant influence on consumer buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong. This is reinforced by the result of the number R is 0.929. It is that the correlation between exterior variables, general interior, store layout, and interior display to consumer buying interest is very strong relation. The adjusted R square is 0.862. This means that 86.2% consumer buying interest can be explained or influenced by exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display variables, while the remaining 13.8% of buying interest is influenced by other causes. So the first hypothesis is accepted.Based on the correlation table shows that the general interior variables have the most dominant influence on buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong which is 0.635 or 63.5% then followed by store layout variables of 0.489 or 48.9%, exterior variables of 0.459 or 45.9% and interior display variables of 0.270 or 27%. Abstract

Study of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is an analysis using yurisis normative approach. The purpose of this study was to Know and analyze the successful implementation of ADD and analyze the impact of ADD to the improvement of public infrastructure, employment and empowerment of communities and village institutions. The results showed that the Quality of Planning , Implementation, Control Activities, Accountability Reporting is good and Respondents from LPM is not a good understanding of the regulations or policies associated with ADD and ADD are indicators of success can not be measured.
