Abstract

Abstract:The problem in this study is that the typical Cake Business Hj Fatmah has never planned on the profits of the company or its finances, so that in this case the business owner only uses the estimation method to maximize the profit generated. Business owners never plan and take into account products that should be produced optimally so that the company considers the benefits obtained to be maximized.The main objective of this study is to find out the number of product combinations in a day at the Cake Business Hj Fatmah in Tenggarong to be able to achieve maximum profit by using a simplistic method.The results showed that Cake Business Hj Fatmah had the maximum benefit of 2 (two) product combinations, namely Kue Cincin and Roti Balok products while Elat Cow products could not provide maximum benefits. The optimal production of each product, namely Elat Sapi as many as 0 units, Kue Cincin as many as 1,250 units and Kue Balok as many as 500 units with the maximum profit achieved amounting to Rp.2,362,500.Keywords: Maximum Profit, Optimal Quantity

Abstract

Abstract:               The purpose of this research is to find out whether the market orientation variable, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation do simultaneous influence on product innovation in PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong, to find out market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation whether it has a positive effect on product innovation, and among these variables which variable has the most dominant influence on product innovation of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong.The data analysis tool used to determine the effect of the independent variables of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation with the dependent variable of innovation in drinking water products in tuah bumi packaging on PDAM Tirta Mahakam is multiple linear regression. A significant 5% technique means that there will be a two-sided test of the sample used. The t test will be used to compare whether the results of t count are greater or smaller than t table or vice versa.The results of the research F value calculated is 24,588 while F table is 0,275. This means that F count > F table means that it can be said that the market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation variables are jointly able to show their influence on product innovation or regression models can be used to predict product innovation, so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven to be true The results of the study Partial values in this study indicate that the orientation of the enterprise, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation have a simultaneous influence, market orientation does not affect product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on innovation and strategic orientation also positively influences product innovation. Furthermore, there is a variable that has the dominant influence on the product innovation of PDAM Tirta Mahakam is strategic orientation. Thus H1 is accepted H2 is rejected, it is not proven that H3 is accepted H4 is accepted and H5 is accepted and proven correctKeywords: Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation and Strategic Orientation and Product Innovation.

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of the analysis is to find out whether the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of the Regional Revenue Service staff of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results of the research show that the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Kutai Kartanegara acceptable truth, where the value of t count the work discipline variable is greater than the value of t table (16,332> 1,66055) with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0,000 <0,05). Thus the proposed hypothesis has been proven and acceptable.Keywords: work disciplin, work performance

Abstract

Abstract:The main purpose of this research is to find out the influence of store image and store atmosphereon impulse buying on consumer self-service dafinna in Tenggarong. In this study used multipe regression analysis with equation model. The process of calculating data using manual tools and the distribution of questionnaires.Based onresult of f test it can be concluded that store image and store atmosphere variabels simultan eously have an effect on impulse buying. By using method entered, jika f arithmetic is bigger than f tabel (f count 80,349> f tabel 0,274). Then independent variables have a significant  relationship or impulse buying variables influenced by the variable store image and store atmosphere significantly influence the impulse buying on self-service Dafinna Swalayan in Tenggarong.” Accepted and proven to be true.From the results of partial correlation test seen the value of the largest image store variable than the variable store atmosphere t tabel (T arithmetic 8,964< T table 1,666) So ho rejected and H1 accepted. From the results of the partial test looks the most dominant influence on impulse buying on Dafinna Swalayan in Tenggarong.” Accepted and proven to be true.Keywords : Store Image, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to analyze the inventory of fish feed on UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi addressed on JL. Jendral sudirman subdistrict Loa Kulu.The owner of a company is Mr. Ismail and the head of the company (manager) named Mrs. Ismawati.Problems that appeared then was about the level of preparation of fish feed that is experiencing an excess or shortage of supplies at a certain period in UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi in Loa Kulu. Company that became a distributor of fish and feed the fish and have a lot of agents and partners breeders make this company is required to be able to guarantee the availability of fish feed at any time.Fish feed primarily on the type of sink 981 brand produced by the partners of the company PT.Feedmil.This research is a combined quantitative and qualitative research with the technique of collecting observations and interviews with company manager. Analysis tool used is the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for know your most economical quantities, Reorder Point to determine the level of reordering, and Safety Stock inventory is the amount of feed to know the backup if any time an increase in demand.Document used during August 2018.Based on the results of calculations the researchers did, the following will be conveyed as follows :1. The minimum of inventory (safety stock) of sinking type 981 fish feed is 132 sacks.2. Economic order quantity (EOQ) 981 sink type fish feed reached in the number of economic order is 368 sacks with the frequency of orders 4 times every 7 days a message in one period / month.3. Reorder point if the reamaining inventory amount or close to 264 sack.4. The maximum amount of inventory so that there is no waste of the cost component is 500 sacks. Keywords: Inventory, EOQ, Reorder Point , Safety Stock

Serving wholesale purchases of pulse agents, wholesale purchases of online bill payment agents, wholesale purchases of telephone cards and data packets (both in the city and out of town) are located at Jl. Lake aji, RT.23 No.23 Kelurahan. Malay, Tenggarong Sub-district established since 2010 by the owner Mr. Maidi. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to Know, What Price, Product, Promotion And Location has a significant influence on consumer buying interest In Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik In Tenggarong and to Know, Of the four variables, which is the most dominant influence interest buy consumer On Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik In Tenggarong From the results of the research hypothesis proposed by the researcher sebelunya is, Suspected variable Suspected factor price, product, promotion and location influence simultaneously to behavior intention (intention to buy) consumer at Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik in Tenggarong. accepted and proven to be true. From the results of partial correlation test above shows the value of the variable of the most influential price where the t test research has been t arithmetic for the price variable followed by promotion variable, product, location, so that the sense variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer buying intention. Abstract:Sales of snack products that are quite fast in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is a cake sales business. Cake sales business is a prospective business and can be easily developed in accordance with the needs of the community. Cake sales is a pretty bright business prospect and much in demand by the community.          One of the well known cake seller business in Tenggarong City is Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong at road Kramajaya Kel.Mangkurawang Tenggarong Kab. Kutai Kartanegara. Researchers are interested in conducting research on Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong because it wants to know how competitive the strategy faced by the business if it is compared with other Modern Cake Stores.          Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is home-based and is produced by involving several workers (homeowners) and with affordable raw materials to produce the cake. As for the process of selling the cakes only in the offer to the consumer in front of the front kiosk Hj.Fatimah mother's house only on Jalan Krama Jaya Mangkurawang Village.          The current problem that exists in Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is still a bit dominating market share and still the influence of other cake business competitors that hinder the increase of sales. In this case Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong not yet know the techniques of competing strategy in seizing market share, especially traditional cakes. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, work ability and work environment on the performance of Indonesian workers abroad. In this study data was collected by means of observations, interviews and questionnaires on 50 respondents. The analysis used includes test data instruments (validity test, and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (f test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that training variables, work ability and work environment, all have a positive effect on the performance of Indonesian workers. From the t-test results obtained from training, work ability and work environment, all have a significant effect on the performance of Indonesian workers.Keywords: Training, Work Ability, Work Environment And Workforce Performance Indonesia
