Abstract

Analisis keuangan dengan menggunakan Du Pont System sebagai dasar dalam menilai kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong, Du Pont System merupakan alat ukur kinerja keuangan yang menyeluruh, karena mampu secara langsung menguraikan dua laporan pokok dari laporan keuangan Neraca dan Laba Rugi. Dengan analisisi Du Pont System ini dapat menjelaskan bagaimana kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan dan penurunan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana kinerja keuangan Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kecenderungan penurunan Return On Investment (ROI), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Total Asset TurnOver (TATO). Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukankan kinerja keuanagn Koperasi Tirta Mahakam Cabang Tenggarong yang dihitung dengan menggunakan analisis Du Pont System belum cukup baik, karena nilai ROI yang mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2017 dibandingkan tahun 2016. Hal ini disebabkan karena penurunan nilai Laba Bersih.

Abstract

 The object of this research was carried out at PT. Niagamas Gemilang is a growing Foreign Investment Company in the field of Oil Palm Plantation with the Manager Mr. Haribuang Senobroto having the address at Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, 17 Rt.10 with a total number of 1,405 employees. The purpose of this study is to Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against Turnover Intentions of Employee Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang In Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, To Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables And Job Satisfaction Partially Influence On Turnover Intentions Of Employees At PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and To Know, From the two variables, which variable has the most dominant influence on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.A population of 132 people and a sample of 66 employees.The first hypothesis which states "That, Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against the Desire to Switch Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency "was accepted and proven true. The second hypothesis states that, Organizational Culture Variables Influentially Influence the Desire to Change Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency was accepted and proved to be true. The second hypothesis states "That, Variable Job Satisfaction Partially Influences the Desire to Change Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency "was accepted and proven true. The third hypothesis in this study "That, Organizational Culture variables have the most dominant influence on the desire to move employees at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, work motivation and work environment on the performance of the Gerdema task force. In this study data were collected by interview, observation and questionnaire on 50 respondents. The analysis used includes test data instruments (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (f test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables of work experience, work motivation and work environment all have a positive influence on the performance of the Gerdema task force. From the t-test results obtained from work experience, work motivation and work environment, all have a significant influence on the performance of the Gerdema task force. Keywords: work experience, work motivation, work environment, performance, Gerdema

Abstract

Along with the competition in electronics industries celuler card, has developed so rapidly. Companies use a variety of strategies to win and retain customers, one of which by creating a strong brand image to be the top of mind in the hearts of the customers. This research is to examine the effect of the brand image for the customer in choosing the HALO Card at the Tenggarong . The data of the research was obtained by observing, interviewing, and also spreading out the questionnaire to the respondent. By utilizing the test of multiplied linear regression, the research designates that the image of producer, image of consumer and the image of product variables have significan effect to choose HALO Tenggarong. Based on the result of the linear regression test, it is known that the most significant variables effect the costumer to choose the HALO Card is the image of consumer variable. It is due to the highest beta and also the lowest probability value among other variables. From the test Partial and simultan, the research proves that all of brand image variables (image of producer, image of consumer, and image of product) have the positif and significant effect the costumer decision to choose HALO card. Keywords: image of producer, image of consumer, image of product, customer decision

Abstract

The management of the COVID-19 pandemic in this area is racing towards a balance between the safety of economic conditions and overall health conditions. This management is expected to prioritize saving lives as much as possible in the short term with the disaster relief paradigm, and then economic recovery and prosperity in the medium and long term. Social safety net during disaster relief is needed not only for the poor but also vulnerable middle-class people. A distribution policy mix is needed to accelerate the process and the quality of disbursements.Policies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and banks are directed at reducing liquidity. In the mid-term recovery process, the focus of the policy is on reducing pressure from the supply side. Ensuring the business world can operate immediately, maintaining the sustainability of the logistics sector and encouraging industrial independence. Keywords : safety of economic conditions and overall health conditions.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of sales promotion, product variation and service quality of repurchase interest. Respondents who are involved on this study were 64 respondents. While this study used non-probability sampling. The number of independent variables studied were 3 namely  sales promotion , product variation and service quality with 1 dependent variable namely repurchase intention. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS statistics 23. From the results of the t test (partial) show that variabel sales promotion (x1) and product variation (x2) is rejected, it’s mean the variables has no effect on repurchase interes. On variable service quality (x3) is accepted, it’s mean this variable declared to have an effect on repurchase interest and proven truth, this statement is reinforced by the values described or explained earlier in the t test table (partial ) at the KanaBini Boutique in Tenggarong. Keywords : Sales Promotion, Product Variation,  Service Quality and Repurchase Interest.
