Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the outline and assess the Company's financial performance Vina Lestari Jaya in 2004 compared to 2003 in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability. How data collection techniques include interviews, observation and collection of data related to the data business, particularly financial data. Based on the analysis that has been submitted, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which says, "Performance Business Finance Sawmill Vina Lestari Jaya, in 2004 increased compared to 2003", accepted as true, although the result ratio obtained in 2004 a little less good for the ratio profitability when compared to 2003. However, the results obtained are not so great. Rise and fall of this ratio as a result of the sales growth rate in the last two years that turned out to be not in accordance with the sales growth rate of net profit growth tend to decline. The decline in the growth rate in net income was due to the increase in the growth rate of the cost of the post.Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability

Abstract :Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai district is one of the local government agency that has the task of carrying out the authority of decentralization and deconcentration tasks in the field of Human Settlements, Spatial and Hygiene management, and Cemetery which is located street Wolter Monginsidi, Building ULP. Regent Office complex with the Head of Department Mr. H. Basrie Hasan ST., MT. the number of employees as many as 127 employees. The aim of this study was to apply the knowledge gained during this field and for the world to know and how much influence Compensation and Supervision influence the Work Discipline Employees At the Department of Human Settlement and Spatial Kutai district. Variable compensation and oversight together (simultaneously) be able to demonstrate its impact on employee discipline. The first hypothesis stated "Allegedly Compensation and Monitoring significantly affect Employees At Work Discipline Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai regency" accepted and proven true. From the second partial correlation test results above shows that the value of the variable control than variable compensation, so that the control variable is the variable most dominant influence on employee discipline. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "It is believed that compensation Dominant Against Influential Work Discipline Employees at the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai regency" accepted and proven true.Keywords: Compensation, Control, Discipline

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at Hotel Grand Yuda In Tenggarong, this research is about the gauge cost of goods sold which are issued by Grand Yuda Hotel appropriately, so that it can determine the amount of room rental rates Grand Yuda Hotel. The main purpose of this research is to determine the amount of room rental rates applied all this time is appropriate or not of the according to accounting rules. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The results of this research showed that there are differences in the determination of room rental rates according to the Grand Yuda Hotel with the results of the researchers’ calculations which use cost plus pricing method full costing approach. The determination of the room rates conducted by Grand Yuda Hotel for the room with types executive, deluxe, superior, and standard is higher than room rate according to the theory the difference was more than 5%. Abstract:The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the influence of Entrepreneurship and Location Spirit Affects the Success of the Business of Grated Coconut Mrs. Mahrita In Tenggarong Seberang and to Know Which Variables Has Dominant Influence To The Success Of The Scarring Business Of Ibu Mahrita In Tenggarong Seberang. One of the Small and Medium Industries in Tenggarong City, especially in Tenggarong Seberang is the business of Mrs. Mahrita Head of Scars which is located at Kusuma Rt. 02. No 26 Teluk Dalam Village Tenggarong Seberang Subdistrict. This business has enormous potential where it takes more than 1000 heads every month to serve consumers. Data analysis model, in accordance with the object of research is on the Business of Coconut Grated Mrs. Mahrita In Tenggarong Seberang where the independent variables used two variables, the analysis used to prove the hypothesis in this study is a quantitative analysis with multiple regression model with a population of 294 consumers and samples As many as 70 consumers. The results showed that the entrepreneurship spirit variable (X1) and location (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) were able to show its influence on business success. Then the first hypothesis states that "the entrepreneurial and location soul variables have a significant effect on the success of the Kelan Kelut Usaha Ibu Mahrita Di Tenggarong Seberang" is accepted and proven to be true. From both test results partial correlation above visible value of entrepreneurial soul variable the greatest influence compared to location variable, so that entrepreneurship soul variable is the most dominant variable affecting the success of the business. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "That Location Variables Influential Dominant to the success of the Business of Coconut Grated Mrs. Mahrita In Tenggarong Seberang" in rejected and not proven truth.Keywords: Soul Entrepreneurship, location, Success

Abstract

Abstract:            The purpose of this thesis research is to find out and examine the selling prices of aluminum mirrors that have been determined by the owner all this time and the calculation of selling prices in accordance with accounting rules by the results of the researchers calculation. The problem in this thesis are that the owner of Mulia Berkah Glass Store has not counting and categorized the cost components that shape the selling prices and have not set or targeted the expected profit from the selling prices that has been valid all this time.            The conclusion are the selling prices of aluminum mirrors based on the calculation of researchers using the cost-plus pricing method with full costing approach and the variable costing approach for sizes 35 cm X 91 cm is Rp155.000,-, for sizes 45 cm X 91 cm is Rp172.000,-, for sizes 34 cm X 127 cm is Rp179.000,-, for sizes 35 cm X 127 cm is Rp181.000,-, and for sizes 48 cm X 127 cm is Rp205.000,-. With an expected profit is 1% of total assets with different mark-up percentages for each approach. The selling prices set by the owner has been lower compared to the selling prices calculated by researchers, this is because the owner of Mulia Berkah Glass Store only sets the selling prices based on market prices, where does not accounted and classified the cost components that shape the selling prices with overall and maximum, and have not set or targeted the expected profit from the selling prices. In outline, the selling prices set by the owner at this time is not the selling prices that profitable when compared to the selling prices a result of the researchers calculation.
