Abstract

Study This aim For analyze influence social media marketing adoption , quality information , and digital culture towards involvement political Generation Z in Padang Sappa Subdistrict , Palopo City , with use approach quantitative through analysis multiple linear regression . Test results show that instrument study has fulfil criteria validity and reliability , with Cronbach's Alpha value is above 0.6 . Findings study indicates that third variables independent influential positive and significant to involvement politics , good in a way partial and simultaneous . Coefficient value determination (R²) of 0.729 indicates that amounting to 72.9% variation involvement political can explained by the adoption of social media marketing, quality information , and digital culture . Among third variables said , digital culture becomes the most dominant factor in influence involvement politics , which emphasizes that generation active young people interacting in digital spaces tends to own level awareness and participation more politics​ high . In terms of overall , results study This confirm importance role of social media , quality information , and digital culture in form participation political Generation Z in the era of digital democracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Reward System on employee performance at PT Elnusa Petrofin Palopo partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 144 employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Palopo, with 50 samples taken using probability sampling techniques . Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, and then processed using the SPSS program. Quantitative research conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with t-test and f-test shows that the Work Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means the better the balance between work and personal life, the better employee performance. However, the System Reward variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the reward system used by the company does not fully meet employee expectations. However, simultaneously, Work Life Balance and System Reward have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial management of Generation Z in Belopa District, Luwu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population in this study is Generation Z domiciled in Belopa District, with a sample of 98 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of Generation Z. In addition, lifestyle also has a positive and significant effect on financial management. The results of the simultaneous test show that financial literacy and lifestyle together have a significant effect on financial management, with a coefficient of determination of 54.3%. This finding indicates that Generation Z's financial management is influenced by the level of financial understanding and lifestyle patterns they live. Therefore, improving financial literacy and controlling lifestyle according to financial capabilities are important in forming effective financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dual role conflict and job stress on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Palopo Branch. The study is grounded in Role Theory and the Job Demand-Stress Model, which explain how conflicting role demands and excessive job pressure may influence employee performance. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that dual role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as employees are able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Job stress also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that manageable levels of stress may encourage employees to work more productively. Simultaneously, dual role conflict and job stress significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that both variables explain 48.6% of employee performance variation. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by strengthening the empirical discussion regarding the relationship between dual role conflict, job stress, and employee performance within the banking sector. Practically, the findings suggest that organizations need to manage role conflict and work pressure appropriately in order to maintain employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

Skill-based talent management emphasize the optimal utilization of individual abilities, not only based on position or length of service, but also based on the suitability of skills to job demands. The purpose of the study is to determine how influential talent management is on skilss and job satisfaction on emloyeeperformance. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 80 employees at BRI Bank PALOPO BRANCH. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data obtained using quwstionnaires distributed directly to BRI Bank employees. Data analysis techniques use intrument analysis tests, classical assumption tests, multiplelinear regression test, hypothesis test using SPSS 27 software. Based on the results of the study, the influence of Talent Management Skills, Job satisfaction has a significant affect on employye performance of 34.4% and the remaining 65.% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior and shopping patterns, including the increasing use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. Millennials represent the most active and strategic segment in digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing, Social Media Interaction, and Influencers on Purchase Intention of skincare products, with Brand Awareness as a mediating variable among Shopee users in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using an online survey of 100 millennial respondents, predominantly aged 30–44 years. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that Digital Marketing, Social Media Interaction, and Influencers have a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Furthermore, Brand Awareness significantly influences Purchase Intention and acts as a mediating variable. These findings highlight the importance of building strong Brand Awareness before driving purchase decisions. Therefore, Shopee is advised to optimize digital strategies through enhanced social media engagement and influencer collaborations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence, virtual influencers, and chat bots on Generation Z customer experience on social media platforms. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 130 Generation Z respondents in Palopo City and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence, virtual influencers, and chat bots have a positive and significant effect on customer experience, both partially and simultaneously. Artificial Intelligence and chat bots have a more dominant influence than virtual influencers. These findings indicate that the integration of digital technology plays an important role in creating a personalized, interactive, and efficient customer experience for Generation Z. This study is expected to provide academic contributions in the development of digital marketing studies and become a practical reference for companies in designing technology-based marketing strategies on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the Human Development Index in regencies and municipalities of Banten Province during 2020–2024. The dependent variable in this study is the Human Development Index, while the independent variables include Poverty Rate, Population Density, Labor Force Participation Rate, Life Expectancy, District/City Minimum Wage, and Environmental Quality Index. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data covering 8 regencies/municipalities in Banten Province during the 2020–2024 period. The analytical method employed is panel data regression, with the Random Effect Model selected as the best model. The results show that, partially, only Life Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, Poverty Rate and Environmental Quality Index have negative but insignificant effects, while Population Density, Labor Force Participation Rate, and District/City Minimum Wage have positive but insignificant effects. Simultaneously, all independent variables affect the Human Development Index. The overall R-squared value of 0.8583 indicates that the independent variables explain 85.83 percent of the variation in the Human Development Index.

Abstract

Economic growth is a key indicator in development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. In Palopo City, the title of this study is Implications of increasing Human Capital and Infrastructure Development on Economic Growth in Palopo City. Using 2015-2024 time series data with Analysis Methods and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that human capital and infrastructure development have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on economic growth. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of human resources and equitable distribution of infrastructure development as a strategy to encourage sustainable economic growth and improve the welfare of the people in Palopo City .

Abstract

The research examines influence from work life balance & its discipline, as well as organizational culture to employee performance especially from Regional Public Company in Denpasar City. The research problem stems from the condition of employee performance in low level, it reflected in the fluctuations of revenue target’s achievement in company. This study’s purpose is analyze influence from these three variables on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This research employs an associative quantitative approach. Population includes 145 employees of the Regional Public Company in Denpasar City, while the determination of the sample consisting of 106 respondents was carried out by Slovin formula in 5 percent error level. Researcher collected data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and also documentation method. To analysis, researcher implemented multiple linear regression. From outcomes of this study, it all proved work life balance, work discipline, also organizational culture significantly influenced employee performance in positive term. In addition, partially the three variables are also found significant-positive affect on employee performance. Expectation of consideration for companies to enhance performance of their employees by human resource management’s improvement.
