Abstract

This study about Analysis of Relationship Between Education and Experience to Employee Performance on PT. Cipta Karya Bersatu Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. This study aims to know the description of education and working experience to employee performance on PT. Cipta Karya Bersatu Pontinak Kalimantan Barat. The form of research used in this study are descriptive study and causality, with survey methods and data collection techniques are primary and secondary data. Sampling conducted using saturated sampling or census with 33 samples as respondents which was all of the employee on PT. Cipta Karya Bersatu. So the data that used is population data. Data analysis technique that used are descriptive analysis and regression analysis with using multiple regression to analyze the relationship between independent variable that is education and experience to dependent variable that is performance. The result of research concluded that the partial test or t-test, find that education and experience significant effect to employees performance on PT. Cipta Karya Bersatu Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Simultaneously testing or f-test, find that both of education and experience have significant effect to employees performance on PT. Cipta Karya Bersatu Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja serta menguji dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Variabel-variabel kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan ( bersama-sama) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Abstract

Penelitian   ini   menganalisis   pengaruh   budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention khususnya pada karyawan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Cabang Pontianak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 karyawan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Cabang Pontianak.  Data  dianalisis  dengan  menggunakan  Regresi Linier Berganda.   Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,247 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memberi kontribusi terhadap intention turnover sebesar 24,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. Melalui uji Anova ditunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan sebagai variabel terikat pada PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Pontianak   Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention

Abstract

This study was conducted by taking the title "Analysis of Service Quality Of Services Customer Satisfaction At CU Pancur Love Kembayan District Kembayan the District". Problems studied in this research is "What level of customer satisfaction to service quality at CU Pancur Kembayan Love". The study was conducted using a survey method. The number of samples in this study is the sample amounted to 50 people from a total population of 1947 people, while the variables of study include: physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance), empathy (empathy), and analyzes were performed by using analysis of the importance and performance analysis quadrants or cartesian diagram. The results of this research are that, first: is generally known that the respondents were satisfied with the services at CU Pancur Love Kembayan. It can be inferred from the average index value indicates the level of importance value of 4.41, while the average index level of performance showed a value of 3.55. second: Factors assessed respondents satisfactory in service delivery at CU Pancur Love Kembayan and has done well is as follows: the appearance of the staff were immaculate, the staff has extensive knowledge of the credit union, trained staff, staff who could be trusted, and familiar names -name customers. Third: Based on Cartesian diagram obtained results that the aspects that need to be given priority treatment and have not done so well is the condition of the waiting room is clean, completeness communications equipment available, and rapid response to customer demand. Abstract

Ratio commonly used to measure the liquidity pretty much, but here only the ratios discussed above are considered to represent the other ratios are the ratio of current assets and current liabilities (CR). Liquidity is a problem related to a company's ability to issue obligations to be fulfilled immediately financialnya that. A company that has liquid instruments such that it is able to meet all obligations must be fulfilled immediately financialnya which, it is said that the company is illiquid Solvency indicates a company's ability to pay off all debts both long-term debt and short-term debt when the company liquidated. Ratio commonly used to measure solvency quite a lot, but will be discussed here only two ratios are considered to represent the other ratios are the ratio of total debt to total assets (DAR) and total debt to total equity (DER). Return On Equity (ROE) is a measure of corporate performance that illustrates how much the rate of return or the level of prosperity that can be produced by the company for its shareholders. In general, changes in ROE is strongly influenced by changes in the level of solvency of the company in this case the ratio of total debt to total assets and total debt to total equity of the company. By using multiple linear regression analysis method, in this study will be analyzed whether there was a significant effect between CR, DAR and DER on ROE. The study was conducted by taking a sample of five mining companies, namely PT. Bumi Resources Tbk, PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT. International Nickel Indonesia Tbk, PT. Timah and Bukit Asam Coal Mine (Persero) Tbk of many companies engaged in the mining sector are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2002-2011. Results of the analysis showed that CR, DAR and DER simultaneously or partially no effect on ROE. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency and Return On Equity (ROE)

Abstract

In the development of human resources management were modern, then it is the duty of management to study and develop the efforts of human beings can be integrated effectively into the organization dipimpinya. Similarly ditutut management to constantly develop new ways to attract and retain members of the unit and institution that can still flourish. One way is to practice emotional intelligence members to improve the performance of its performance with the aim of achieving the desired goals. In this case the man is the least resources play an important role in the survival of the organization. Therefore, emotional intelligence which is owned by the members will determine the degree of success of an organization in improving the performance of its members. This study entitled Effect of Emotional Intelligence in the Member Performance Against Air Squadron 1. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of emotional intelligence and the performance of members in the Air Squadron 1 Supadio air base. The method used in this research is survey method with all members of the population in Air Squadron 1, amounting to as many as 84 people. Research variables used for emotional intelligence factors include self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Research variables used for the performance factors include the quantity of work, quality of work, use of time, attendance and cooperation. Based on the analysis of the study showed that the level of emotional intelligence includes self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. is high. This is because the members feel that these factors may spur them to work better. This means for the future of emotional intelligence can be maintained optimally. While the results of the analysis to include the performance level of the quantity of work, quality of work, use of time, attendance and cooperation. is high. This is because the members were able to respond to every job they do. So in the end created a feeling to do their best to force Air Squadron 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance menggunakan enam variabel yaitu Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional  dan serta variable pendukungnya yaitu Pertumbuhan Perusahaan. Pengukuran Nilai Perusahaan diproksi oleh rasio Tobins Q. Penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris pada perusahaan Real Estate & Property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2010-2014. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 48 perusahaan dan setelah dilakukan pemilihan sampel dengan tehnik purposive sampling diperoleh 34 perusahaan  yang  akan digunakan  sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini.Dengan melalui uji asumsi klasik seperti Uji Normalitas, Uji Linearitads, Uji Mutikolonieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, dan Uji Autokorelasi serta Pengujian Hipotesis  dengan  menggunakan  analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Good Corporate Governace yang di proksi oleh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel lainnya yaitu komite audit, kepemilikan institusional dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aimed to known the effect of work stress and job motivation on employee performance. The research was conduct at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. This research was designed as an descrptive and causal. The method of data collection is conducted by  questionaire and interview. The population of this research is all employee of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat which amounted to 90 people, and the number of samples that used is 89 people. The analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis and equipped with validity, reliability, normality, relevant, heterokedasity test and t-test.  Data is proccesed by SPSS version 21.  Based on statistical test, showed that work stress have significant effect on employee performance and job motivation have significant effect on employee performance Keywords : work stress, job motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kompensasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Cabang Pontianak. Populasi yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perum Jamkrindo Cabang Pontianak yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Package fo Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel kinerja adalah sebesar 54,10 %. Kontribusi variabel kompetensi terhadap variabel kinerja adalah sebesar 24,89 %. Selanjutnya dapat dinyatakan bahwa kompensasi dan kompetensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 79,0 % terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : kompensasi, kompetensi, kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates SBI to stock price volatility companies listed on LQ45 period 2008-2012. The data used in this research is secondary data, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 13 companies that made it into the sample and the exact criteria listed in LQ45 index during the study period. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test partial and coefficient of determination. From the results of the analysis showed that the three partially independent variables, namely inflation, exchange rates and interest rates SBI and significant positive effect on the stock price volatility with a significance level a = 5%. Predictive ability or the effect of these three variables to the volatility of the stock price is equal to 83.9% as at the show by the value of R Square of 0.839, while the rest influenced by other factors not included in the research model.   Keywords: Volatility Stock Prices, Inflation, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Bank Indonesia certificates.
