Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah ketaatan dari seseorang yang dapat memenuhi segala peraturan yang tertulis maupun yang tidak tertulis. Dengan tujuan karyawan bersedia mematuhi semua aturan dan melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya secara suka rela maupun dengan terpaksa. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor disiplin kerja karyawan pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bengkayang, dengan variabel penelitiannya adalah tujuan dan kemampuan, teladan pemimpin, balas jasa, keadilan, pengawasan melekat, sanksi hukuman, ketegasan serta hubungan kemanusiaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan mentabulasikan jawaban responden dalam bentuk tabel serta anilisis lebih lanjut, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bengkayang dan sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bengkayang yang berjumlah 43 orang. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan Kerja ABSTRACT Labor discipline is obedience of a person who meets all the rules written or unwritten. The role of human labor is very important because humans as a driving force within an agency. With the aim of employees are willing to abide by all rules and carry out his duties both like willingly or reluctantly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors discipline employees' Office Regional Water Bengkayang, with variable research is objective and ability, exemplary leader, retribution, justice, control attached, sanctions and penalties, firmness and human relations. The method used in this research is descriptive method tabulates respondents in tabular form as well as further useful analysis, the population in this study were all employees of the Office of the Regional Water Company Bengkayang and samples used in this study were employees of the Regional Water Company District Bengkayang totaling 43 people. Abstract

An organization will have human resource management as the central factor which is canbe useful to do, manage, and reach the vision and mission that already set by theorganization. The quality of the employee is one of the key that can determineimprovement of an organization. The success of development program that implementedby the government is depend on the quality and quantity of the human resources that thegovernment have and the management of the human resource in the company can bereview from the organizational behavior that happen in the organization. The purpose ofthis study is to analyze the impact of Person-Job Fit toward Job Satisfaction,Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Marine &Fisheries Agency and Provincial Inspectorate Agency in West Borneo. The samplingtechnique that used in this research is using the 10 times formative indicator. The data isevaluated by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and to analyze the data it is useSmartPLS 3.0 software application. The result of this research are: (1) Person-Job Fit ishave significant impact on Job Satisfaction, (2) Person-Job Fit is have significant impacton Organizational Commitment, (3) Job Satisfaction is have significant impact onOrganizational Commitment, (4) Person-Job Fit is not have significant impact towardOrganizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) Job Satisfaction is have significant impacttoward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (6) Organizational Commitment is nothave significant impact toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel fundamental yang terdiri dari Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER), PER (Price Earning Ratio) dan Size terhadap return saham perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitia ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015.Data pengamatan diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel fundamental yang terdiri dari ROE, DER, PER, dan Size hanya ROE yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,0000 dimana angka ini lebih kecil dari 0,05, sedangkan yang lain tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dikarenakan nilai nilai signifikansinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor fundamental tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap tinggi rendahnya return saham yang didapat, mungkin saja lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor makro seperti inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Faktor Fundamental, ROE,DER,PER,SIZE, Return Saham, Manufaktur.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the attractiveness and credibility of the celebrity endorser in television advertising to the brand image of Pantene Shampoo products in Pontianak. This study consisted of brand image as the dependen variable attractiveness and credibility of the celebrity endorser as the independen variable. The population in this study is that female consumers who saw the adverstisement and use Pantene Shampoo in Pontianak. Total sampel are 100 respondents that selected by hypothesis whether the attractiveness and credibility of the celebrity endorser in television affect the brand image of Pantene Shampoo products in Pontianak. The results showed that the attractiveness of celebrity endorser give positif effect of brand image of Pantene Shampoo products in Pontianak with coefficient 0,035, with 0,000 significant value less tha 0,05, and credibility of celebrity endorser give positive effect to brand image of Pantene Shampoo product in Pontianak with coefficient  0,043, with 0,188 significant value  less that 0,05. The result of determination coefficient (R2)  is 0,610 which means the amount of influence exerted by the variable attractiveness and credibility celebrity endorser to brand image of Pantene Shampoo in Pontianak city is 61% while the rest 39% influenced by other factors. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Familiarity on Actual System Usage Gopay as daily payment with Perceived Usefulness and Trust as intervening variables. Currently, E-payment has become a trend due to the change in payment methods from conventional to digital. This survey research was conducted to understand the causal relationship between variables using a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 samples to fulfil the requirements. The sample for this study came from the Pontianak community. In this study, the data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method. For analysis using the PLS method, this research uses Smart PLS software (V.3.3.2). The hypothesis in this study is H1: Does perceived ease of use have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. H2: Does perceived ease of use have a significant effect on trust. H3: Does familiarity have a significant effect on trust. H4: Does perceived usefulness have a significant effect on trust. H5: Does trust have a significant effect on actual system usage. Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan salah satu unsur terpenting dalam sebuah organisasi. Organisasi harus benar-benar memperhatikan masalah Sumber Daya Manusia dengan sebaik-baiknya terutama bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Organisasi perlu memperhatikan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawainya. Variabel variabel tersebut meliputi budaya kerja dan kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pontianak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pontianak yang berjumlah 50 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner.  Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pontianak. Beta coefficent variabel adalah 0,043 untuk budaya kerja dan 0,845 untuk kompetnsi. Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa indikator kompetensi memberi pengaruh paling dominan dan signifikan, sedangkan indikator budaya kerja memberi pengaruh paling kecil dan tidak signifkan.   Kata Kunci : Budaya Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Training is an educational process in which there is a learning process that is carried out short-term and aims to improve the knowledge, attitudes and skills. Additionally, employees need a good motivation from within themselves and from institutions. Thus the higher the sense of motivated higher the level of performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Kalimantan Province.The population of this study were employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Kalimantan Province who have completed the training, amounting to 50 people. While the samples taken in this study is a member selected from the population that were numbered 50 people. Based on the research, there is positive and significant relationship between training and motivation on employee performance. Value of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.390, meaning that the variable employee performance can be affected by variables of training and motivational variables by 39% , while the remaining 61% is contributed by the other independent variables are not included in this study. Abstract

Teori keuangan standar mengasumsikan bahwa investor dalam mengambil keputusan akan berperilaku rasional. Teori keuangan standar, diantaranya adalah Modern Portofolio Theory (MPT), Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), dan Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT), dimana teori ini beranggapan bahwa pasar berada pada kondisi yang efisien, sehingga investor dapat membuat keputusan investasi yang memaksimalkan manfaat yang akan diperoleh. Pada kenyataannya investor cenderung menunjukkan perilaku yang tidak rasional yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor emosi dan psikologis yang bertolak belakang dengan teori keuangan standar yang kemudian menyebabkan pasar menjadi tidak efisien. Adanya keterlibatan faktor emosi dan psikologis dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, menyebabkan investor mengalami bias perilaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh bias perilaku yang mempengaruhi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi saham, bias perilaku yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah anchoring bias, representativeness bias, dan overconfidence. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan asosiatif kausal dengan metode analisis dilakukan uji regresi linear. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang di sebarkan kepada investor saham individu yang berdomisili di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sampel yang di ambil adalah sebanyak 90 investor saham individu yang berdomisili di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anchoring bias dan representativeness bias tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi saham, sedangkan overconfidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi saham. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa investor saham individu di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat memiliki pengetahuan mengenai keuangan dan investasi yang baik, akan tetapi investor memiliki kepercayaan yang berlebihan pada kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam melakukan analisis saham yang akan dipilih, sehingga investor tidak memperhatian informasi lain mengenai saham yang akan dipilihnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of Pictorial Health Warning on Intention to Quit Smoking with Evoked Fear as a mediation variable among light smoker students in Pontianak City. Respondents in the study were students who smoke lightly who live in Pontianak City. The sample in this study was 75 respondents using non-probability sampling as sampling techniques and the data analysis model used was Path Analysis. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires via online. The results of this study shows that pictorial health warning directly has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Quit Smoking and evoked fear is proven as a partial mediation or partially mediate the relationship between pictorial health warning and Intention to Quit Smoking. Keywords: Pictorial Health Warning, tobacco, evoked fear, and intention to quit smoking.DAFTAR PUSTAKAAditama, T.Y. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul ANALISIS PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA HOTEL PANTURA JAYA DI KABUPATEN SAMBAS dan bertujuan untuk mengetahuipersepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Hotel Pantura Jaya. Untuk mengumpulkan data dan keterangan yang diperlukan, penulis menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer melalui observasi dan kuisioner serta menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang dikumpulkan tidak dari objeknya langsung melainkan sudah diolah oleh pihak lain seperti data pada catatan-catatan dan dokumen dihotel Pantura Jaya yang ada kaitannya dengan permasalahan yang diteliti untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang pernah menggunakan jasa perhotelan tersebut. Tekhnik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah statistic diskriftive yang bertujuan menubah atau mengumpulkan data mentah menjadi mudah dipahami dalam bentuk informasi yang lebih ringkas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa secara umum persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Hotel Pantura Jaya adalah cukup puas, namun ada beberapa variabel yang perlu diperhatikan secara khusus seperti adanya perubahan desain interior dan eksterior hotel, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, dan mengadakan pelatihan karyawan agar kepuasan konsumen dapat di raih.
