Forests and peatlands in Indonesia are experiencing constant degradation, caused mainly by farming activities, illegal logging, and forest fires. One way of addressing this problem is to restore the hydrology of the forest and peatland ecosystems through the monitoring water table and blocking the ditches and canals. Monitoring the water table aims to observe the groundwater level in the peatland area before and after the canal blocking was built. Building blocks and dams, it is expected that the water level and retention in the ditches and canals and nearby forest and peatlands will increase, reducing the danger of fire during the dry season and improving the possibility of rehabilitating nearby degraded land. An approach for a water monitoring program is based on a water level control system and hydrology logger. This large amount of water runoff will be monitored through high surface water data storage devices. The process of monitoring the water level is done continuously with integrating systems using IoT to obtain the latest condition data of hydrological variables in the field from a distance to be done various actions needed to avoid peatland forest fire

The purpose of this study is to measure the State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH) of the VRLA battery. The method used in this study was to combine the internal parameters of each battery, namely current, voltage, and internal resistance, while the external parameters are temperature, humidity, and pressure. All these parameters were measured using a sensor and then processed by a microcontroller. Data from the microcontroller is sent to edge computing via RS 485 communication with Modbus protocol. To get valid results, not only the data from the measurements but also combined with the data from the datasheet for each type of battery. All of this data will be combined and become a reference in determining SoC and SoH. The benefit of this research is to help determine which battery will decrease SoC and SoH so that the owner can perform predictive maintenance. Broadly, the benefits of research in the area of data center battery management, BTS for on-grid areas.

Pandemic is a challenge for all people in the world. Enforcing social distancing is a challenge in itself when it comes to holding face-to-face activities. The use of online media to hold face-to-face activities has become very common during this pandemic. Several institutions use this online media to hold useful activities during the pandemic. In every activity, the institution usually provides a certificate as proof of participation. However, this becomes an obstacle in distributing the certificate itself. With this online certificate information system, it is hoped that it can answer this problem. This online certificate information system makes it easy for the committee to distribute certificates with a QR code to validate the authenticity of the certificate

Traditional-vernacular housings are customarily built to meet the specific needs, values, and ways of living of the local people within a specific environmental context and resources. They are unique compared to other kinds of housings currently in use by the society because they are non-engineered construction and transferred by the ancient tradition so that they could withstand its physical environment and be easily accepted by the local people. The uniqueness is called indigenous knowledge or local wisdom. Indonesia is a country that consists of traditional-vernacular housings in various places. This paper will elaborate on one of the traditional-vernacular housing in Indonesia, which are traditional-vernacular housings in Lampung. The purposes of this research are to elaborate documentation of the indigenous’ knowledge of the traditional-vernacular housings in Lampung to apply for construction today. This paper is based on research which is purely field research and semistructured interview with various stakeholders of the traditional-vernacular housings and local community in Lampung. Field research and semistructured interviews focus on two aspects of observations, which are: 1) traditional building, and 2) skill & local resource use. Observation of traditional buildings include 1) house form & design, 2) structure system, 3) material used, 4) joinery & other details. Observation to skills and local resource use include: 1) building skill, and 2) culture (such as solidarity)

Since ancient times, humans have relied heavily on fossil energy. Almost all industrial activities and daily activities are inseparable from dependence on non-renewable energy. Therefore, currently, it is being intensified with the utilization of renewable energy. This research aims to determine the technology-based renewable energy around the campus and open up insights into the use of renewable energy. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research are the introduction of renewable energy to the public, especially in the university environment. It is hoped that this research can be applied to renewable energy technology in the university environment. The conclusion from this renewable energy research can find new findings so that they have a contribution to science and education.

Indonesia became one of the most waste- producing countries globally and was not denied, including countries that are less capable of managing the rest of the life. At the same time, management efforts with the waste bank have been sought. Therefore, we will conduct a repair analysis of the waste bank working system with Trashy Technology chatbot. This research used a literature study method by which we will manage the data from the sources of published literacy. With this technology, it is hoped that Indonesia will be able to streamline performance on the waste bank's working system so that this effort will make an established establishment that has a significant impact on waste management.

The development of technology is increasingly rapid, encouraging the people of Indonesia, especially Bandung city, to start shifting from cash to the era of a cashless society, especially when it is currently in the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to design the concept of electronic services for transportation in Bandung. The method used was descriptive to 25 respondents. These results indicated that the Bandung communities need the latest innovations to simplify the payment system. The use of the EBAP Card is only by using a card that is attached to a sensor machine provided by public transportation. EBAP Card is made as a substitute for cash for public transportation payment transactions. This EBAP Card payment transaction is faster than using cash. The direct impact of this program's benefits for the community is that the public can pay public transport fares with an EBAP Card that is safe, comfortable, accurate, and efficient. This payment system will reduce direct contact during this Covid-19 period. With the implementation of electronic-based payments, payment transaction services on public transportation are faster, so it is hoped that the travel convenience of public transport users in Bandung will increase.

When a pandemic occurs, people are forced to carry out Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) set by the government. Therefore, everything must be done online to break in the chain of spreading the virus. In reality, many people have smartphones that are connected to the internet and companies took that fact as an advantage. One of the companies is WS supplier that can order building materials through an online application. The purpose of this study is to design an Android-based building material purchase application model. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method by making observations at the WS Supplier business premises as the object of research. In this application, the modelling used a project-oriented approach and a prototype system development method. The results showed that this application could help marketing and facilitate online-based ordering. With this application model, it is hoped that it can increase sales in the building materials sector so that it can continue to operate during a pandemic and post-pandemic. This research has produced a prototype design in the form of an application that can be used as media in a business field to increase sales amid the Covid-19 pandemic. With this research, it is hoped that it can be beneficial both in the same field and in others to help the economy of the community during a pandemic by adhering to health protocol. The WS Supplier application is designed to be a model application for building material service providers to make promotional and ordering materials accessible to customers via smartphone
