Abstract

    This research was conducted as background by the using of e-Registration system that aims to enhance customer  satisfaction and service manager registration Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to the target in order to achieve compliance with the taxpayer. This study aims to determine how much the quality of e-Registration system is instrumental to the satisfaction of the management and taxpayer compliance.     The method used is inferential statistical method with quantitative approach the data analysis using statistical tools used to analyze the variables studied. The data used are the primary data using questionnaires. The subject of this study were managers who specialize in handling and use of taxpayers e-Registration system at KPP Pratama Cimahi.From the analysis of these things can be explained as follows: of the t test results are known hypothesis H0: ρ =  0, the hypothesis H0  :  ????????1????= 0  both simultaneously and partially shows that there is no role or contribution of the variable quality of e-Registration system (X ) for the management satisfaction variables (Y1). While the hypothesis H1: ρ ≠ 0, the hypothesis H1 : ????????2????≠ 0 indicates that simultaneous and partial variable quality of e-registration system (X) act on taxpayer compliance (Y2).

Abstract

Sistem informasi kepegawaian merupakan sebuah sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengelola data kepegawaian sebuah, kebutuhan akan informasi pada saat ini semakin meningkat hal ini memnuntut kinerja sebuah informasi untuk cepat dan dapat di dapat di percaya dalam mengelola informasi. Namun dalam hal ini pelaksanaan Sistem informasi kepegawaian di SDN BINAKARYA 1 masih mengalami beberapa  kendala,  seperti  dalam  hal  pengolahan  data  KGB,  Kenaikan  pangkat,  kepensiunan  serta penilaian pegawai. Oleh sebab itu, maka dikembangkanlah sistem informasi kepegawaian tersebut dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses pengajuan pensiun, KGB, kenaikan pangkat, penilaian pegawai sehingga dapat mempercepat pekerjaan.Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan   ialah metode deskriptif  dan  tindakan  (aksi)  serta  untuk  merancang  sistem  informasi  kepegawaian  digunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek (OOP) dan untuk metode pengembangan menggunakan metode prototipe, serta alat bantu yang digunakan adalah usecase, activity diagram, class diagram, object diagram dan deployment diagram.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi kepegawaian yang dapat membantu pegawai dalam menyipkan persyaratan kenaikan pangkat kepensiunan penilaian pegawai dengan adanya sebuah database yang terintegrasi.

Abstract

Ranking of an activity is very important to support work effectiveness. Previous works, ranking for distribution product is used by manual process or averaging value. Problem in this research, the research should be found the effective way to rank the distribution product. This research proposes assist the ranking with a computational model based on Fuzzy Multiple Decision Making (FMADM). Getting an effective ranking, a variable in FMADM computing is required. Variables is used in this research such as number of households, number of small-scale enterprises run by households, gross domestic regional income, and economic growth rate of a region. Research completion is assisted by using self-built research methods. Research method consists of determining value of origin, determining degree of membership, determining weight of each variable, calculation of relation matrix, calculation of the preference value in each village for ranking value, and last is sorting. Operationalized FMADM is gain a result with three priorities district. Priority number one is all of district that have a rank or Vij (alternative rank) higher than 0.4. It means only 7% or 5 villages with the highest rank. Priority number second s all of district that have rank between Vij = 0.26 and Vij = 0.4. It means only 62% or 44 villages. Priority number three is district that have a rank lower than Vij = 0.26, and only 31% or 22 villages. Impact in use of FMADM, calculated in rank, is the process runs effective and dynamic with changing of weighted. User can arrange of weighted as needed.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a company that engages in the field of drug supply. In general, the system that runs at the pharmacy is still performed manually, starting from recording transactions, stocks checking, drug stocks data processing and recording, transaction calculation process, and the process of making reports. The fact that these processes were done manually makes the process to be not optimal. The purpose of this research is to determine the problems faced by the current system and propose a system design. Then, test the system and finally implement the information system on drug purchases and sales at the pharmacy. The method used a structured development method as well as the Waterfall method as a software development method. The results of this study present a drug purchase information system at a pharmacy to help facilitate the sale and purchase of goods from the pharmacy to the customer and supplier. With a drug purchase information system, pharmacies can minimize transactions that are done manually so that they can be upgraded to be computerized. By implementing the information system on drug purchases and sales at the pharmacy, it is expected to be able to overcome the problems faced by the current system at the pharmacy in order to be able to maximize the transaction process and to increase revenue from the pharmacy

Model keandalan (reliability) dari sebuah software baru dibangun dengan cara memprediksi rata-rata kegagalan dari software lama , dimana prediksi tersebut dilakukan supaya lebih baik dan lebih sederhana dalam hal validitas prediktifnya. Abstract

At this time, the need for the use of computers in almost all aspects is needed, including in business and economics. Therefore, it takes a computerized system that can change the workings of a business process that was previously conducted manually in order to run better than ever. This information system will be implemented using object-oriented approach method and prototype development method, that is by listening to what client wants, then designing the program and revising when there is still less. This program uses a PHP programming language that makes the whole system computerized. The design of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) obtained after the observation and interview in the company. With the creation of a computerized system, is expected to help the company in improving the effectiveness and efficiency during the company's operational activities and provide good performance from all employees of cafe.

Abstract

Information System IRP (Integrated Resource Planning) is an application that aims to facilitate the process of activities at PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (Persero), the system is implemented to improve the performance of the company. And in this case required IRP education to employees, so the employee knows that information systems running, to test the effects of software quality materials IRP Ticket to user satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine which information systems work, To know the employee response to the Integrated Information System for Resource Planning (IRP) Material Ticket, To know the effect of software quality materials Ticket IRP system to the level of user satisfaction in Directorat Inventory Aerostructure division, to find out how user satisfaction of information systems users IRP Material TicketThe method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative, to know that walking IRP Material Ticket using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and, analyzing data using Analysis of Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Regression Testing, Determination coefficient, and z test, data processing using SPSS 14.0 for Windows.The results showed that the quality of materials Ticket IRP software has no effect on user satisfaction, it means showing that the higher the quality of the user software will not necessarily satisfied.
