Employee job satisfaction is a crucial factor that impacts organizational performance and productivity. A satisfied workforce tends to be more engaged, motivated, and committed to their work, leading to improved overall performance. One of the key determinants of job satisfaction is the work environment, both physical and non-physical. This study aimed to examine the impact of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional Employment and Human Resources Development Agency. The study utilized primary and secondary data, with a sample size of 57 respondents. A quantitative approach was employed, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data were processed using SPSS 21 for statistical analysis to test the three hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed that the physical work environment variable had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (t-statistic = 2.083, p < 0.05), and the non-physical work environment variable also had a significant effect (t-statistic = 5.682, p < 0.05). Furthermore, when considering both the physical work environment and non-physical work environment variables together, they collectively had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (F-statistic = 89.813, p < 0.05).

In the context of distance learning, educators face limitations in utilizing traditional learning media, prompting the need to explore alternative approaches for self-evaluation activities. This research focuses on the development of an offline desktop version of an entrepreneurial mind mapping tool as a learning medium. The objectives of this study are twofold: 1) to analyze the feasibility of an interactive learning medium based on mind mapping, and 2) to assess its practicality in terms of structure and implementation. Data collection involved documentation methods, interviews, review sheets, expert validation, and questionnaires. The study employed the 4D stages (define, design, develop, disseminate) to develop the product in an e-module format. The findings indicate that the developed learning medium is highly feasible and practical. It significantly enhances students' understanding compared to other learning media, as evidenced by the measured results. Students responded positively to the developed media, suggesting that interactive learning media based on mind mapping in entrepreneurship courses can effectively support student understanding, especially in the context of distance learning.

Workload refers to the volume and intensity of tasks and responsibilities assigned to interns during their internship period. It encompasses the amount of work, deadlines, complexity, and the level of autonomy given to students. Compensation, on the other hand, refers to the monetary or non-monetary benefits provided to interns for their work. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, and the effect of workload and compensation on student job satisfaction in the Certified Independent Study & Internship Program (MSIB) Batch 3 PT. INKA Multi Solusi Service in Madiun City. The study utilizes quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 35 participants. The data were analyzed using the simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS for data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results indicate that the workload variable has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, meaning that higher workloads are associated with lower job satisfaction. Conversely, the compensation variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, meaning that higher compensation leads to higher levels of job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of workload and compensation show a significant combined effect, suggesting that lower workloads and higher compensation result in higher job satisfaction among students in the 3rd batch of the Certified Independent Study & Internship Program PT. INKA Multi Solusi Service in Madiun City.

Social media marketing has emerged as a powerful tool for expanding the reach and visibility of TV programs, allowing them to connect with a broader audience. In addition to this, providing high-quality content and ensuring a positive viewing experience can play a pivotal role in increasing viewer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and encouraging word-of-mouth recommendations. This study aims to investigate the impact of social media marketing and service quality on viewer loyalty towards the South Sulawesi TVRI Event Program, both partially and simultaneously. The study involved a sample of 99 participants who were followers of the Instagram social media account @tvri.sulawesi.selatan. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis encompassed validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The hypothesis testing comprised of simultaneous tests, partial tests, determination tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study revealed three significant findings: Firstly, social media marketing variables had a positive and notable effect on audience loyalty. By effectively utilizing social media marketing strategies, the South Sulawesi TVRI Event Program was able to bolster its audience loyalty. Secondly, service quality variables displayed a positive and significant impact on audience loyalty. When the TV program delivered services that met or exceeded viewer expectations, it resulted in heightened levels of audience loyalty. Lastly, the study demonstrated that social media marketing and service quality, when considered together, had a simultaneous positive and considerable effect on audience loyalty. The integration of both aspects contributed to a more profound impact on viewer loyalty.

The aim of this study is to objectively investigate how board size, firm size, and firm age impact the financial performance of organizations listed in Dubai. A quantitative technique was employed using a sample of 40 non-financial firms listed on the Dubai Stock Exchange for the fiscal year 2022. This selected group of businesses is expected to provide valuable data to achieve the study's objectives and address the relevant research questions. The results of the research shed light on the relationship between the variables of interest through data analysis and statistical testing. It was found that the size of the board has minimal to no influence on the financial performance of the sampled companies. However, the study revealed a significant and positive correlation between company age and size and firm performance, as measured by ROA. It suggests that as businesses develop over time and increase in size, they tend to demonstrate higher levels of profitability. These findings emphasize the importance of considering factors other than board size when examining the connection between corporate governance characteristics and firm performance. Other organizational attributes, such as age and size, exert a more substantial influence on financial performance, even if board size may not be a significant driver. Within the context of Dubai-listed companies, these findings provide valuable insights into the nature of corporate governance and its impact on firm performance. The results of this study underscore the need for a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance processes and their effects on financial outcomes.

In this research, the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) non-financial sector's business profitability is examined in relation to specific audit committee features. Cross-sectional information from 40 non-financial companies' annual reports from 2022 was examined. To test hypotheses and investigate the effects of audit committee characteristics on business profitability, the study used Smart-PLS for data analysis. The findings show that the audit committee's size and independence have a considerable detrimental impact on financial performance. Yet, there is no connection between the quantity of audit committee meetings and the company's success as indicated by the management accounting metric ROA. Mainly, the present research examines the link between the characteristics of independent variables and their impact on the firm financial performance, making it particularly important for Arab Gulf Countries, especially in the period after COVID-19 crisis. The study's contributions have both theoretical and practical implications, offering professionals, legislators, scientists, and scholars working in fields relevant to business performance useful information. To the best of my knowledge, until now, no previous study has done could give evaluation about the impact of audit committee characteristics on the firm financial performance in the Arab Golf Countries, especially in Oman Context after the events of COVID-19. Thus, this research fills the call for the current literature in the field of accounting, management, finance and economy via testing the overall characteristic of the audit committee and their effectiveness on firm financial performance in the context of Arab Golf Countries.

The rapid proliferation of the TikTok application among Generation Z necessitates an exploration into its potential influence on their creative abilities, considering the platform's unique format and immersive engagement. This study aims to investigate the following questions: a) Does the intensity of TikTok application usage have an impact on creativity within Generation Z? b) To what extent does the intensity of TikTok application usage influence creativity in Generation Z? c) How does the TikTok application affect creativity within Generation Z? Drawing from Hovland's Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, a mixed methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods is employed in the research methodology. The findings of this mixed methods study reveal that both quantitative and qualitative aspects contribute to the influence. In quantitative terms, both the intensity variable and creativity variable demonstrate validity and reliability. The coefficients of determination and significance signify a moderate effect size. This aligns with the qualitative findings, which emphasize that the intensity level among TikTok application users significantly impacts the creativity of Generation Z. This also addresses the question of the TikTok application's influence on creativity within Generation Z. In conclusion, this mixed methods approach underscores the complementary nature of the results, enhancing data comprehensiveness and offering supplementary insights.
