Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmemahami hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan Soft Skills dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Denganmengetahuihalinidiharapkan guru dapatmeningkatkaninovasidalam proses pembelajaranekonomi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli yang berjumlah 159 orangdenganjumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang siswa atau 30% dari populasi dengan metode Propotional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dandokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh darikorelasiantara kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan prestasi belajar yaitu 2,18yang lebihbesardari R tabledankorelasi antara Soft Skills dengan prestasi belajar yaitu  yanglebihkecildari R tabel. Secarasimultankorelasi antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan Soft Skills dengan prestasi belajar yaitu 3,389yang lebihbesardari R table. Secarasimultankeduavariabelbebasmempengaruhisebesar 13,1%darivariabelterikat. Hal  ini  menunjukkan bahwa secara individual kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki korelasi yang kuatdansignifikan terhadap prestasi belajarsiswa. Sementara Soft Skills hanyamemilikikorelasi yang rendahterhadapprestasibelajarsiswa.Namun, secarasimultanKemampuanBerpikirKritisdan Soft Skills memilikikorelasiterhadapprestasibelajarsiswa. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Soft Skills, Prestasi Belajar, Siswa SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between critical thinking skills and Soft Skills with student achievement. With knowing this topic, teachers can improve economic innovation in the learning proces.The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli Deli Serdang. The population in this study are all students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli, amounting to 159 people with a total sample of 48 students or 30% of the population by proportional random sampling method. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation. Results obtained from the correlation between critical thinking skills and academic achievement that is 2.18,  greater than R table and Soft Skills correlation between academic achievement that is 0.027128, smaller than R table. Simultaneously correlation between critical thinking skills and Soft Skills and academic achievement is 3.389, greater than R table. Simultaneously two independent variables affecting 13.1% of the dependent variable. This shows that individually  critical thinking skills has a strong and significant correlation to student achievement. And soft Skills has a low correlation to student achievement.However, simultaneously Critical Thinking Skills and Soft Skills correlated to student achievement. Keywords:   Critical Thinking Skills, Soft Skills, Students Achievement, Students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of the marketing mixs on school selection decisions at Sei Glugur Rakyat Junior High School including product, price, and place elements. This study used a descriptive research design using a questionnaire instrument. The data research data of product, price, and place effect scores were processed using statistical analysis to prove the alternative hypothesis that there was a significant effect of product, price, and place on school selection decisions. The results showed that there was a significant effect of product, price, and place influence on school selection decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai berikut: (1) untuk mengetahui cara memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PPKn, (2) untuk mengetahui penerapan metode hybrid learning pada siswa kelas II SDN 060921 Medan Sunggal, (3) untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai fasilitas dan sumber belajar siswa kelas II SDN 060921 Medan Sunggal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif memperoleh data tentang bagaimana penerapan hybrid learning dalam pembelajaran PPKn yang ada di SDN 060921 Medan Sunggal. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil kesimpulan: (1) proses penerapan hybrid learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SDN 060921 Medan Sunggal menggunakan strategi yang memanfaatkan audio visual learning dan saintifik learning, (2) faktor pendukung penerapan hybrid learning fasilitas sekolah yang sudah memadai, menambah pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru, siswa belajar mandiri, (3) sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah terbatasnya waktu, siswa kurang disiplin dalam belajar, fasilitas teknologi yang tidak memadi di rumah.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the reading abilities of second-grade students before the application of visual stimulation at SD Negeri 105286 Tandam Hilir I, and (2) Test and analyze whether the visual stimulation method using image media affects the reading abilities of second-grade students at SD Negeri 105286 Tandam Hilir I. This study is an experimental research. The subjects are second-grade students at SD Negeri 105286 Tandam Hilir I, totaling 19 students. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The research design used is the One Group Pretest-Posttest. This trial did not use a control group. The design was implemented by comparing the pretest and posttest results in the tested group. The results of this study indicate that students' observation and attention to images can enhance their reading abilities. There is a difference between the pretest and posttest scores of the second-grade students at SD Negeri 105286 Tandam Hilir I.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method in enhancing the ability of fifth graders at SDN No. 101906 Pagar Jati to write official letters. Traditional teaching methods, where the teacher predominantly lectures and students passively listen and take notes, have been found insufficient in developing the necessary competencies for effective letter writing. CTL, by integrating real-life contexts into learning, promises a more engaging and effective approach. This action research, conducted over two cycles, utilized observation, written tests, and documentation as methods of data collection. Findings indicated significant improvements in students' writing abilities from 43.75% competency in the first cycle to 81.25% in the second, showcasing CTL’s potential to significantly transform educational practices and outcomes.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of fourth graders at SD Negeri 107400 B.Khalipah in mathematics subjects with the addition and subtraction of decimal fractions for the 2020/2021 school year are still low. To achieve optimal results, teachers need to use learning methods that can help students, namely by using solving methods. problem. This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects in the study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 107400 B.Khalipah for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 36 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through test and non-test (questionnaire, observation and documentation). The results showed an increase in teacher performance, activity, motivation and student learning outcomes in the first cycle to the second cycle. In the first cycle the teacher's performance value was 81.69% and increased in the second cycle to 88.54%, the average value of student learning activities in the first cycle was 75.98% and in the second cycle was 88.80%, the average value students' learning motivation in the first cycle is 75.85%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the problem solving method can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in the material of decimal fractions in class IV SD Negeri 107400 B.Khalipah.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic review of the literature discussing the capitalization of education, which refers to the phenomenon where economic and market values increasingly dominate the education sector. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to identify, analyze, and synthesize the latest findings from various relevant literature sources. The results of this review reveal various trends, impacts, and challenges faced by education in a global context increasingly influenced by economic dynamics. Additionally, this study explores how the capitalization of education affects educational policies, teaching practices, and the accessibility of education for various societal groups. By gaining a deeper understanding of these aspects, this research provides valuable insights for designing more equitable and sustainable educational strategies that can accommodate economic needs without sacrificing the principles of inclusivity and fairness in education. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for more informed decision-making in developing future education systems.

Abstract

The development of agrotourism is believed to increase public awareness of the importance of preserving agricultural land resources. Furthermore, agrotourism development can also aid in preserving local cultural wisdom in the vicinity of the agrotourism area. Sawah Pematang Johar Agrotourism is one of the agrotourism sites developed by the community as a means to boost the village economy. However, over time, there has been a decline in tourist activities at the Pematang Johar Agrotourism site, requiring a strategy for sustainable development. This study is a descriptive literature review using data sources from various articles published in the last 10 years, obtained from reputable national and international journals, as well as secondary data from government websites. The content of this writing represents the author's thoughts on strategies to revive Sawah Desa Pematang Johar agrotourism as a backbone for the local economy. Data in this research is gathered from books, journal articles, and direct field observations, structured to provide solutions and strategies to reinvigorate Sawah Pematang Johar Agrotourism Post-Covid-19. It is hoped that this article will offer solutions to the decline in the local economy of Pematang Johar Village, Deli Serdang Regency, due to a decrease in tourists visiting the Pematang Johar Agrotourism site.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce an e-Booklet based on Project Based Learning in the Education Entrepreneurship course. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which has five fundamental stages, namely: (A) analysis, (D) Design, (D) Development, (I) Implement, (E) Evaluation. The findings of this study were successful in developing project based learning e-Booklets in the Educational Entrepreneurship Course. It is believed that the developed E-Booklet has been effective based on the results of interviews and discussions with students. The implication of this research is that the e-Booklet can be developed on other materials and subjects to be able to develop students' interest in learning.
