Abstract

Teenage girls are reluctant to take iron supplements, which makes it harder for the government to give them out. The coverage target is 25%, but North Sumatra only reached 19.96%, making it the fourth-lowest overall. The government hopes to reduce the number of such people by offering iron supplements to adolescent girls. The research conducted is a secondary research type of literature review. Literature Review is a series of activities related to the method of collecting literature, reading and recording and processing research materials . The method used is journal review. The articles used were research articles conducted in Indonesia regarding nutrition education for adolescents in an effort to prevent anaemia. The inclusion criteria for searching articles are: 1) Research articles published from 2018 to 2022, 2) Research articles in Indonesian language 3) Research articles can be downloaded in full text and free. Knowledge, attitude, education, and income are predisposing or risk factors contributing to adolescents' susceptibility to anemia. Factors such as information accessibility and infrastructure are examples of enabling factors. Parents, educators, and community leaders are factors that add weight or support to something

This study aims to identify the characteristics of clean and healthy behaviours in students at 5 Pancur Batu Primary School. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires on questions regarding healthy living behaviour and general questions covering health problems. The percentage of the indicator of healthy snack consumption in the school canteen has reached 81%. The percentage of indicators using clean and healthy latrines was as much as 78.6%. The percentage on the Regular and Measured Exercise indicator, obtained as much as 93.3%, looks almost perfect. Furthermore, 87.1% of the last indicator, eradicating mosquito flicks, was obtained. The percentage of students of Pancur Batu Primary School who have carried out clean and healthy living behaviour is 66.4%. Clean and Healthy Lifestyle education can increase knowledge about how to live a healthy life in the school environment so that students and students avoid disease. Increasing the knowledge and skills of students was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods. Abstract

Shampoo is a cosmetic preparation used to clean hair. The leaves of Peperomia pellucida (L.) Kunth are one of the plants that can be used to get rid of dandruff. The plants contain alkaloids, saponins, tannins, hydroxylated sesquiterpenes, especially carotol and peppermint which have antifungal activity. Purpose; formulating anti-dandruff shampoo preparations containing suruh leaves, as well as evaluating shampoo preparations which include homogeneity, pH, organoleptic tests, foam height, viscosity, and irritation. Method; The research method used was an experimental method, namely Peperomia pellucida (L.) Kunth leaf extract obtained by maceration method, then formulated as an anti-dandruff shampoo preparation starting with making a base consisting of sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamydopropyl betaine, polyquaternium 7, methyl paraben, sodium chloride, citric acid, menthol, rose perfume, and distilled water. Then added the extract of the leaves of the order each with a concentration of 1%, 3%, and 5%. The results obtained were then tested statistically with one way type ANOVA. Results:. The ethanol extract of suruh leaves can be formulated as an anti-dandruff shampoo preparation, and the ethanol extract of suruh leaf anti-dandruff shampoo preparations with a concentration of 5% has provided an effective inhibition against the growth of the fungus Pityrosporum ovale. Conclusion; The concentration of the ethanol extract of suruh leaves anti-dandruff shampoo which has an effective inhibitory activity against the growth of the fungus Pityrosporum ovale is in formula III with an inhibition zone of 14.2 mm.

Abstract

With the growth of the industry, it is increasingly encouraging the emergence of environmental problems, namely the increasing level of exposure to noise (TWA - Time Weighted Average) both in the work environment and in the surrounding environment, especially from the sound of production machines which can cause hearing loss and communication work accidents caused by two groups, namely , human actions that do not meet the requirements of a healthy life and unsafe environmental conditions. 80-85% of work accidents are caused by negligence or human error. Existing human factors generally affect PPE on the grounds that the use of PPE is considered to interfere with work and has a less protective effect. Continuous noise is noise that occurs continuously and is not interrupted. In the CV Baja Sumatra industry, pressing activities are often carried out and emit continuous noise. The aim is to describe the use of ear protection devices in the workforce and measure noise levels in the steel pressing section as well as review the impact on workers, and seek information about worker health benefits. As input for workers about the importance of wearing ear protection and the dangers of noise.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women with 570,000 new cases in 2018 representing 6.6% of all female cancers. Based on the initial survey data that the researchers conducted in October 2022, there were 3 people who were interested in having an IVA examination, and 12 people who were not interested in having an IVA examination. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine factors related to WUS interest in IVA Examination at the Helvetia Public Health Center in 2022. Methods: This study used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all married WUS in the working area of the Helvetia Health Center in 2022 with a total of 4,746 people. The sample of this research is 98 people. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. Methods of data analysis by means of univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Results: Based on the results of the study of 98 WUS, it was shown that there was a relationship between attitude and interest in carrying out IVA examinations with a p-value = 0.023, there was a relationship between husband's support and an interest in carrying out IVA examinations with a p-value = 0.009, and there was a relationship between distance from health facilities and interest perform an IVA examination with a p-value = 0.017. Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between attitude, husband's support, and distance to health facilities with an interest in conducting VIA examinations at the Helvetia Health Center in 2019. It is recommended for health workers to conduct cervical cancer counseling and invite WUS who have had sexual intercourse for detection early cervical cancer by doing IVA.

The sample in this study uses total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data processing by editing, coding, entering, cleaning and tabulating data. Data analysis used the chi square test. The results showed that there was no correlation between parity (p=0.371) and class participation for pregnant women. There is a relationship between age (p=0.008), occupation (p=0.000) and pregnant women's class participation. Thus it is suggested to pregnant women to conduct counseling to health workers regarding the benefits of participating in pregnant women classes
