<![CDATA[The issue of data security and confidentiality is one of the most important aspects of an information delivery system. In this case, it is closely related to how important it is that the information be sent and received by interested parties. Information will no longer be useful if, in the middle of the delivery process, the information is intercepted or hijacked by unauthorized people. Computer security is something that is very important in this information age, especially for an organization or company. Data confidentiality The computer security problem is very important in this information age, especially for an organization or company because documents are some of the most important data for the continuity of the company's operations. The branch of science that studies ways to secure data is known as "cryptography." The Vigenère-Chiper algorithm is one of the cryptographic methods for encoding text. This study aims to create a cryptographic application that can encode text and send encrypted text over a network based on the Vigenère Chiper algorithm. This application performs cryptography on text in the form of letters, numbers, and symbols. The key used is alphanumeric, which is a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can send encrypted text messages through a local area network (LAN) so that the confidentiality of the message can be maintained.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of learning and teaching in vocational schools must be standardized to the needs. Learning models, methods and media must support mastery of communication skills (Communication Skill). The aim of this research is to find out how effective the use of E-learning and Collaborative Learning is to improve Communication Skill on information and communication technology. Linearity test concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable (Use of E-front and Collaborative Learning) with Improved Communication Skill. The normality test to get the results of the research data is not normally distributed, so the data is included in non-parametric statistics and uses the Mann-Whitney U test to get results that between the research class and the control class there are differences in learning outcomes in information and communication technology.]]>

<![CDATA[Household electrical installations over time experience change both in quality and quantity. The declining quality of electrical installations and changes in the number of load points greatly affect the feasibility of electrical installations and the safety of the users. This research was conducted to know the percentage level of feasibility of household electrical installations and the factors that cause the infeasibility of household electrical installations. This research is a qualitative research study using a descriptive approach which was carried out in Klambir V Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The objects studied were 20 houses with the sampling technique used in this study used a random sampling technique. The instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from this study is the Percentage Level of household electrical installations in Klambir V Village, Hamparan Peraak District, Deli Serdang RegencyGround resistance value is still quite large and categorized as "not feasible" for a grounding system used by a building. soil content or soil resistance is still 7.91 ohms and the electrode rod uses 1 rod.]]>

<![CDATA[The government has emphasized the importance of character education since the elementary school (SD) level by providing various subjects as an effort to build personality/character for each student. It is important for teachers and schools to know the level of understanding in their students. This research is for. This study uses the K-Means Clustering Algorithm method to help map students to the level of understanding of the Personality subject. The results of this study indicate that clustering using the K-Means Algorithm method contains 4 effective clusters in mapping the understanding of personality subjects. The result of the percentage of clusterization results with interviews is 89.39% while the percentage of software is 91.70%. The conclusions obtained in this research are the subjects of Moral Education, Religious Education, Citizenship Education are included in the Subjects that can affect the student's personality.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology in the era of globalization plays an important role in supporting daily life activities, both in the fields of education, business, entertainment, government, and others. Computers as a manifestation of technology facilitate human work with one of its tools, namely information systems commonly used for data processing, but many companies currently still use manual data processing which has the potential to cause data management errors. The proposed solution to the problem requires the provision of computer equipment and human resource training. PT Crevis Tex Jaya, famous for its clothing and fabric business, must have an information system to handle clothing and fabric inventory data that is computerized, MySQL is used as a database server to facilitate data query. The following study produces an apparel inventory data processing system that supports the implementation of data processing to minimize errors, improve work efficiency, and speed up reporting.]]>
