Abstract

As a means of supporting the lecture process, the Abdurrrab University Informatics Engineering Study Program has a computer laboratory. But in monitoring its assets are still carried out conventionally. In the era of technology as it is today, this method is felt to be less effective. In addition to the problem of physical archives that require space and risk of losing files, data management is an important issue in this regard. To overcome this problem, we need an Android-based Laboratory Asset Monitoring System which data management is centralized to the database. In this Laboratory Asset Monitoring System, the admin can input data in the form of asset data and user data. The data inputted by the admin is then stored in a database and processed by the system into asset information such as asset life information and asset depreciation and user information. To calculate depreciation of assets, this system uses the Straight Line Depreciation Method. While laboratory personnel can check assets regularly to find out the current condition and status of assets. Asset checking data will also be saved to the database and can be called whenever needed.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought the consequences of increasing demands for accountability, transparency for all organization. This is made about a change in the organizational design paradigm. In this RI 4.0, adactive power and fast responsive are the key to success achieving the organization's vision and mission. . It is a challenge for universities to adjust various problems in this era of disruption. The transformation of educational organizations is one of alternative in order to realize that is oriented to public services and to prepare competent human resources in their fields. This research offers a solution for universities to find out how far the university is prepared to face this era. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. By using purposive sampling and determined data source by snowball, the results showed that the transformation of universities in Riau had to immediately adapt of demands in RI 4.0. The IT management level process showed that it was still in level 2, which is the managed process level. These processes were still at level 1 and level 2 so they need to be increased to a minimum at level 3 (Established). It is recommended to improve the management of IT services and the application of information security management become more effective, increasing the adaptive power of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Pada saat ini, Covid-19 tidak hanya berdampak pada kondisi masyarakat tertentu saja. Pandemi ini juga berpengaruh kepada daerah Teluk Kenidai, Kabupaten Kampar. Salah satu dampak yang dirasakan yaitu dari sisi ekonomi, dimana banyak masyarakat desa tersebut yang berprofesi sebagai pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah. Menurunnya angka pendapatan dibandingkan masa sebelum Covid-19 menjadi urgensi untuk dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini, dan juga para warga awalnya lebih banyak memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi sehari-hari saja. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim pengabdi melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan aplikasi media sosial untuk mendukung usaha Ibu PKK di daerah Teluk Kenidai agar dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga mereka dimasa pandemi saat ini. Media sosial yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Whatsapp, Instagram dan Facebook. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai dilaksanakan, para Ibu PKK sudah bisa memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis media sosial dalam mendukung usaha yang mereka miliki sebagai pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest number of Muslims in the world, who read verses of the Qur'an often heard in various public places such as mosques, prayer rooms, and at various activities. Utilization of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) as word recognition which aims to find out the verses of the Qur'an that are read to increase knowledge about the verses and other supporting information as a means of preaching in conveying knowledge about the verses of Al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an. Automatic Speech Recognitions (ASR) is designed using the Python programming language and uses the Django framework to display information about the verses that are read in the form of a web-based display. This research aims to create a technique and system for entering voice commands into machines, so that machines can understand what humans say and obey what they are told. This application converts data into text data using a voice recognition system automatically with a digital audio pattern of spoken words from a speech pattern computer model to produce the final output in the form of text that is stored in the database.

Abstract

Currently, the world is facing a global pandemic that attacks all countries. In Indonesia, there are three types of status for suspected patients: asymptomatic person, Person Under Supervision, and Patient Under Supervision. The statuses are issued by a paramedic, conducting medical examinations or direct interviews with patients with several criteria. We conducted several non-medical experiments to assist medical personnel in determining the asymptomatic. We exploit the case-based reasoning (CBR) for determining the suspected patients, and the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) for data grouping based on the level of similarity. The patients will be interviewed regarding their travel history, direct contact history, health status, and some other information for the past 14 days. This combination delivers the information of the similarity level from the given data and previous data. As a conclusion, the percentage level of similarity can be used by a medical officer to issue the status of patients and giving several recommendations to follow health protocols.

Abstract

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new version of the coronavirus that was discovered at the end of 2019. Most of the disorders experienced by individuals infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience respiratory disease and most of them recover without requiring special treatment. Indonesia is currently hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Various policies in prevention efforts have been carried out by the government, which have an impact many aspects of society. In Pekanbaru specially needs a lot of information related to Covid 19. Through Community Service in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, they can provide aid of information or other social aid which is a synergy of students and academics during the Covid 19 Pandemic, of course by following health protocol procedures. The results of this service are expected to assist the government and society as an effort to break the chain of spreading covid-19.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan profit atau laba suatu usaha sangat diprioritaskan mempromosikan produk yang dihasilkan. Salah satu bentuk usaha yang sangat berkembang pesat di kota Pekanbaru saat ini adalah usaha kerupuk jangek. Kerupuk jangek Pak Ali adalah mitra tim pengabdi yang didampingi dalam penentuan model promosi dimasa new normal, dimana usaha beliau mengalami penurunan omset semenjak pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah: 1. Turunnya omset penjualan kerupuk jangek pada masa covid 19, 2. Sulitnya dalam penentuan model promosi yang cocok dan menarik dalam penjualan produk. Tim pengabdi memberikan pendampingan model promosi selama satu bulan kepada usaha Kerupuk jangek Pak Ali dalam menghadapi masa new normal, diantaranya strategi membaca trend pasar, pemanfaatan platform media sosial, membangun image branding, dan promosi melalui aplikasi GOJEK. Setelah adanya pendampingan ini, usaha Kerupuk jangek Pak Ali sudah memiliki model promosi secara digital dan omset yang dihasilkan telah berangsur mengalami kenaikan hingga 40% dalam empat bulan terakhir.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 sudah ditetapkan oleh WHO sebagai pandemi global, tidak hanya di Indonesia. Hal ini menyebabkan kekhawatiran dan perubahan pola hidup, apalagi berdasarkan data dari WHO, lebih dari 500 juta jiwa telah terinfeksi Covid-19 diseluruh dunia. Untuk menekan jumlah penderita Covid-19 dan meningkatkan kesadaran bersama, perlu ada identifikasi secara mandiri agar gejala Covid-19 lebih mudah dikenali dan ditangani secara personal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada gejala yang umum terjadi berdasarkan informasi dari pakar (dokter dan tenaga kesehatan) yang berpengalaman menangani Covid-19. Informasi dari pakar kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor (CF). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang mampu mendeteksi gejala Covid-19 dengan menampilkan persentase jawaban berdasarkan pilihan dari pengguna. Setelah melalui pengujian dan evaluasi, metode CF menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 99.96 % untuk inferensi positif dan 99.760384 % untuk inferensi negatif. Selain dari sisi metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, pengujian juga dilakukan dari sisi aplikasi. Hasil pengujian aplikasi dengan metode blackbox meyatakan bahwa setiap modul sukses mengidentifikasi gejala Covid -19.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi maupun tiga dimensi ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata lalu memproyeksikan benda-benda maya tersebut dalam waktu nyata. Augmented Reality (AR) dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan gedung perkantoran. Kota Bagansiapiapi tumbuh dan berkembang dengan cepat, baik fisik wilayah perekonomian, sosial, budaya dan jumlah penduduk. Dengan sering berkembangnya kota Bagansiapiapi membangun beberapa gedung-gedung dan pusat perkantoran. Dengan semakin banyaknya gedung-gedung perkantoran harus pula diimbangi dengan fasilitas informasi gedung dan lokasi gedung, agar masyarakat umum dapat mengenalnya. Untuk mempermudah dalam mengenal gedung perkantoran dapat menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality pengenalan gedung perkantoran kota Bagansiapiapi berbasis Android, sehingga mampu memberikan pengalaman baru yang menarik dan interaktif bagi masyarakat, karena objek gedung yang ditampilkan berupa objek tiga dimesi bukan lagi hanya gambar dua dimensinya saja

Abstract

In 2020, one of the regencies in Riau, Siak, was the second-largest forest and land fire disaster area, which occurred by acute intercourse inspection (ISPA) patients, and reached 4321 suspected. The subject of this research was in Dayun District, Siak Regency, as a pioneering area to develop ecotourism based on disaster mitigation. The disaster mitigation system is an effort to minimize the impact caused by disasters caused by forest and land fires. Effective disaster mitigation has three main elements, namely hazard assessment, warning, and preparation. Ecotourism is a specific tourism activity that deliberates the environmental area and complies with the balance and preservation of nature principles. Ecotourism-based disaster mitigation efforts using the Penta helix model approach, namely strengthening synergy and collaboration of various related parties. The research was descriptive and qualitative by collecting the interview data by data triangulation techniques in describing the information authenticity. The results of this work showed that ecotourism-based disaster mitigation is conducted by utilizing a large and artificial pond called “embung”, as a rainwater reservoir, and also a natural public tourism facility. The government issues this policy by cooperating with Universities and companies through Corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. Keywords: Disaster, Ecotourism, Mitigation, Forest, Synergy
