Abstract

In an educational institution, service is one of the most important things to note. Good service will be a satisfaction for the customer, in this case the students. Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic is one of the colleges in Purworejo Regency. One of the core services in these colleges is academic services, where the main users are students. The services provided so far there are still some shortcomings related to physical aspects and human resources. To find out how the level of satisfaction of students with academic services is needed a study especially related to several factors including evidence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research used was a questionnaire with multiple validity, reliability and linear regressionanalysis. Result of validity and reliability test, all items are declared valid because result of each test value rhitung> 0,279 and reliable because value of Alpha>0,6.RegressionresultY=1,276+0,195tangible+0,093reliability +0,077 responsiveness + 0,508 emphaty + 0,340 assurance. In the F test (Anova) obtained Fcount of 31,426> Ftabel value which means that independent variable together effect to student's satisfaction. While in t test, the variable that has significant effect on student satisfaction is assurance variable with t count 2,953>from ttable value 2.015 and significance value equal to 0.005

Abstract

UPT Puskesmas Kaligesing gets a high number of patients. At that time, its consider less optimal for the service since the queue was too long and the public health center still used manual management. To overcome these problems, a web based patient queue system was needed as a tool in the queue service and data management. The modeling of this system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool and used the usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. This research resulted a web-based system by using PHP and MySQL. This research resulted a system that can provide solutions to the problems of queue and data management of the patiens.

Abstract

Web-based school asset management such as a web-based Inventory Management Information System is needed so that it can be a solution for managing data and information on assets and goods that have been recorded manually. The web-based Inventory Management Information System really helps the process of recording goods, starting from the procurement of goods, borrowing, returning, repairing goods to the procurement of consumables which have been recorded manually. Abstract

Pihak Ruang Ngopi telah melihat peluang smartphone dan teknologi di era digital ini dalam perannya untuk kebutuhan bisnis Coffee Shop. Proses pemesanan Caffee yang dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka yang diawali dengan datangnya pelanggan ke Caffee, lalu pelayan menghampiri untuk menawarkan menu yang ada, lalu pesanan pelanggan akan dicatat oleh pelayan. Lalu pelayan akan membawa catatan pesanan kepada chef untuk disiapkan. Proses pemesanan yang seperti ini diperkirakan akan membuat pelanggan yang belum dilayani pelayan akan menunggu lama, apalagi jika terjadi penumpukan pelanggan pada hari libur atau jam istirahat makan siang. Pemanfaatan teknologi pemesanan menu pada Caffee akan dibutuhkan demi mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan makanan dan minuman dari rumah dan menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan yang dapat terjadi pada sistem manual. Mempermudah pelanggan yang dimaksudkan pelanggan dapat datang ke Caffee lalu langsung mencari tempat duduknya dan tidak perlu mengantri karena pemesanannya sudah dilakukan lewat smartphone/tablet yang sudah disediakan. Hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan lainnya adalah seperti pelanggan yang sudah datang tetapi tempat duduk telah penuh dan terpaksa menunggu. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah pihak Ruang Ngopi dalam mengatur pemesanan pelanggan dan dapat mengatur dan update jumlah persediaan barang dan mengontrol pesanan yang masuk.

Abstract

Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual buah baik lokal maupun impor. Setiap harinya petugas toko harus mencatat banyak transaksi penjualan secara manual dan harga seiring waktu sering berubah sehingga petugas tidak hafal semua harga buah. Hal tersebut membuat konsumen merasa tidak nyaman karena harus menunggu lama untuk melakukan transaksi. Aplikasi Kasir Berbasis Web pada Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop merupakan suatu aplikasi, yang memberi kemudahan untuk pemilik toko dan petugas dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan serta laporan penjualan. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL untuk menyimpan datanya. Hasil dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat memproses infromasi mengenai buah, seperti : mengubah data petugas, data barang, proses transaksi penjualan, laporan penjualan. Melalui aplikasi ini, diharapkan Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop sebagaiman telah disebutkan sebelumnya dapat dijalankan dan ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Stock opname (penghitungan inventori) merupakan penghitungan dan penyesuaian stok barang dan aset yang dimiliki oleh toko atau perusahaan di gudang atau display dengan data stok yang terdapat pada database sistem perusahaan. Stock opname barang dilakukan untuk mencocokan antara jumlah barang yang ada di gudang (fisik) dengan jumlah barang yang tercatat pada database atau sistem. Stock opname adalah kegiatan perhitungan persediaan fisik stok barang yang berada di dalam toko atau gudang. Secara umum, kegiatan ini dilakukan guna mengetahui secara pasti dan akurat mengenai kecocokan barang dengan catatan pembukuan internal. Untuk memudahkan pencatatan dan perhitungan stok barang, maka akan dibuatkan aplikasi untuk melakukan pencatatan stok barang pada SMK YPE SAWUNGGALIH KUTOARJO. Saat ini aplikasi stock opname di SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo belum tersedia, sehingga pendataan masih berjalan secara konvensional.

Abstract

Accounting is the main means to support a business implementation process. Many factors cause failure in small and medium micro businesses (UMKM. One of them is the low financial report. With financial statements the company can find out the condition of a company. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) as a supporter of the nation's economy until now there are still many who have not applied accounting in running their businesses. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of accounting in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) as well as constraints faced in them. The population in this study were MSMEs in Kutoarjo Sub-district engaged in trade and manufacturing. The method of taking research samples using random sampling which amounted to 93 respondents with an error rate of 10%. Data obtained through the results of questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique of this study is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that of 93 respondents, (55.91%) UMKM in Kutoarjo District have recorded sales and (59.14%) records of purchases. For recording inventory (35.48%), costs (41.94%) and salaries only (23.66%). The obstacles that hampered UMKM in the application of accounting include UMKM assuming that making financial reports is too difficult. In addition, many UMKM do not understand and do not know how to make financial reports and there is no need for accounting applications.

Abstract

UD Fatar is one of the companies engaged in industry or manufacturing that produces crispy mushrooms. Accounting records at UD Fatar are still very simple and manual, namely recording cash in, cash out, and accounts receivable. UD Fatar has not depreciated assets, this is due to a lack of knowledge about how to prepare financial statements. So that the company's financial information becomes inaccurate. The research method in this study uses qualitative and quantitative data, namely conducting interviews, observations, documentation, and literature. Researchers do the preparation of financial statements UD Fatar using the Microsoft Excel 2010 application. This application is designed to be able to make financial reports automatically. The resulting report is the balance sheet, income statement, and notes to the financial statements as of January 31, 2018 in accordance with the accounting principles based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The results of this final project report are in the form of financial statements on UD Fatar with Microsoft Excel 2010 applications. Financial statements are made to find information about the balance sheet and income statement so that it can be used as a means of decision making in the future. While the application is used so that the process is faster and more accurate in preparing financial statements.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komputer yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan jasa persewaan mobil adalah dengan menyediakan sistem pelayanan secara daring. Sistem daring akan sangat memudahkan pelanggan menyewa mobil tanpa harus menghabiskan waktu untuk datang ke perusahaan. Pelanggan hanya perlu mengakses aplikasi persewaan mobil melalui ponsel mereka, maka aplikasi tersebut akan secara otomatis menampilkan mobil dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Yudha Sedayu Gruop (YSG) adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang transportasi khususnya persewaan mobil. Sistem manual yang digunakan menyebabkan perusahaan memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang terkadang dikeluhkan oleh beberapa pelanggan, antara lain lamanya proses penyewaan mobil yang disewa dan sulitnya mengetahui langsung informasi, status, dan keadaan mobil yang tersedia sercara real time. Proses pengelolaan pun belum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Pendataan pelanggan, mobil, dan sopir, dilakukan secara manual dengan media buku dan alat tulis. Dan sulitnya pemilik dalam memantau status driver dan kendaraanya saat sedang ramai pesanan, Masalah-masalah tersebut menjadi ide utama pembuatan aplikasi mobile ini agar dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Profitability is the main goal to be achieved by a company. The aim of this research is to calculate and describe the influence of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The population in this research were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017 which contained 155 companies. The sampling technique used in this research was systematic random sampling. Based on the formula of systematic random sampling to determine the number of research samples, obtained by the number of companies to be researched are as many as 31 companies. The result showed that (1) Partially, cash turnover has a significant negative effect of -4,242 on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. (2) Partially, accounts turnover has a positive and not significant effect of 1,824 on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. (3) Partially, inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect of 5,269 on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. (4) Cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on profitability in companies listed on the IDX, which is indicated by f count level of 14,220 > f table of 2,76, f test also shows a significance level of 0,000 smaller than alpha (0,05). Those results indicate that F count > F table and significance value smaller than alpha value (0.05).
