Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate web portal STT Dharma Iswara Madiun using McCall with a discussion of the quality factor is included in product operations consisting of five factors of quality of correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability as well as analysis of data using the formula of quality factors and metrics and use some help tools. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires and some application tools. The results showed how good the quality of the web portal STT Dharma Iswara Madiun, and any proposals that may be submitted to the portal web developers to develop more qualified web portal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethic, and organizational commitment to employee performance at PKU Muhamadiyah Hospital Gombong. This research was conducted using SPSS Version 22.0 program analysis tools. The population in this study permanent employees of PKU Muhamadiyah Gombong Hospital used the probability side method of 74 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical methods. Statistical analysis includes validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity tests, normality tests, t tests, coefficient of determination, correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that leadership, Islamic work ethic significantly influenced organizational commitment, leadership significantly influenced performance, Islamic work ethic affected performance and organizational commitment affected performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas dan gender terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Sains Al-Qur’an (UNSIQ) Jawa Tengah di Wonosobo, selain dua variabel tersebut juga akan diteliti dua variabel lain yaitu love of money dan perilaku machiavellian, Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Sains Al-Qur’an (UNSIQ) Jawa Tengah di Wonosobo angkatan tahun 2016 dan 2017 sebanyak 162 responden. Metode pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis linier berganda. Dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa love of money, religiusitas dan gender berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi, sedangkan perilaku machiavellian tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi

Abstract

Many available majors at the level of vocational schools make students dificult to determine the appropriate majors with his ability. Most students just followed their friends to choose themajors that can cause students feel does not match after entering the majors. Therefore we needa decision support system that can perform calculation of values, abilities and interests owned bythe students to help determine the appropriate majors. The purpose of this study is to apply theDecision Tree algorithm model in grading each department based on the criteria of each departmentand apply methods SAW (Simple Additive weighting) in a sort highest to the lowest value in eachdepartment.

Abstract

SME development required Accounting Information Systems ( AIS ) are reliable. Because with the SIA, employers can control and can make the company went public and its resistance to the crisis. Because the help of accounting information systems, many SMEs that will withstand the blows of the financial crisis storm, because every dollar in and out of the company can be well controlled, especially when it's dealing with banks. However, unfortunately too many SMEs are reluctant to apply the accounting information system for various reasons. IT capacity building is one of the important factors that need to be considered for small and medium businesses, and it also can develop the business wheel. IT developments are moving very fast, both in terms of hardware ( hardware ) or software (software ) that can help the performance of the company. With globalization need of the application of technology in every business. Implementation of accounting information systems for small and medium businesses generate report Merchandise Inventory , Purchasing , Sales , Purchase Returns , Sales Returns and Financial Statements . So that the presentation of the report can be presented in easily , quickly and accurately by SMEs . Abstract

Layanan dan dukungan pada tata kelola teknologi informasi memungkinkan organisasi untuk memperoleh keuntungan penuh dari suatu informasinya dengan memaksimalkan keuntungan dari peluang dan keuntungan kompetitif yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu tata kelola teknologi informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan (maturity) atas proses layanan dan dukungan teknologi informasi pada lingkungan prodi teknik informatika. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi secara langsung. Setelah dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metodologi kerangka kerja cobit yang dikembangkan oleh IT Governance Institute (ITGI) didapatkan hasil pada domain AI3 dan PO7. Tingkat kematangan atau maturity level untuk domain PO7 tentang pemenuhan sumber daya teknologi informasi yang ada di prodi teknik informatika yaitu berada pada level 3 (defined), untuk domain AI3 tentang mendapatkan dan memelihara infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang ada di prodi teknik informatika yaitu berada pada level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive).

Abstract

This research tries to analyze user experience on legend mobile games. This study also supports providing an evaluation of the analysis of the game to improve the level of acceptance of online game users. The object of this research is the legend of online mobile games. This research was conducted in the application of quantitative methods in the application of quantitative descriptive. Legend mobile online games were analyzed using questionnaire game design factors with research variables namely Game Goals, Game Mechanisms, Interactions, Freedom, Fantasy Games, Narratives, Sensations, Game Values, Challenges, Social, Mysteries and Flow. Sampling in this study uses non-probability sampling technique that is sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for everyone or members who use a sample with 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate in general the legend of online mobile game applications is very evident from the results of the analysis of respondent responses. Of 76%, freedom with a percentage, 77%, and fantasy games with a percentage, 75%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi di UKM Kebumen, menggunakan Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden, yang terdiri dari 16 responden dari kelompok usaha kecil dan 34 responden dari kelompok usaha menengah. teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, sedangkan variabel mediasi digunakan metode langkah analisis kausal. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sikap 1). berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan bunga / niat sistem informasi akuntansi. 2). subjektif norma berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. 3). dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kegunaan pada kepentingan penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. 4). Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan prceived berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Mediasi variabel (niat dalam penggunaan AIS sebagian memediasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan untuk penggunaan AIS. Sementara sikap variabel, persepsi manfaat menengahi sempurna niat dalam penggunaan perilaku penggunaan AIS. Minat Variabel penggunaan AIS tidak memediasi pengaruh norma subjektif variabel terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Pelayanan Perpajakan dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak terhadap Kinerja Penerimaan Pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kebumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobability sampling dengan metode Accidental sampling dan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Model analisis data yang diguanakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 24 for Windows. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu diperoleh Adjusted R Square sebesar 45% yang menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Penerimaan dipengaruhi oleh variabel Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Pelayanan Perpajakan dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Sedangkan sisanya 55% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Penerimaan Pajak, sedangakn Kesadaran Wajib Pajak dan Pelayanan Perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Penerimaan Pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kebumen

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence or effect of cultural of organization of education and training to the performance of staff with motivation as variable intervening of empires study at Department of Connection, Communication, Information, and Tourism of Purworjo’s District. Data were analyzed using research instrument analysis which is includes examine of validity using analysis correlation product moment, examine of reliability using Cronbach’s alpha technique, examine of hypothesis using Rule of Abralisis technique. The result of this research shows that: 1) there are positive and significant influences of cultural of organization to motivate the staff, 2) there are positive and significant influences to the education and training to motivate the staff , 3) there are positive and significant influences of cultural of organization to the performance of the staff, 4) there are positive and significant influences to the education and training to the performance of the staff, 4) there are negative motivation to the performance of the staff. The direct influence of education and training and cultural of organization the performance more dominant then undirect influence throught motivation. Key words: cultural organization, education and training, motivation.
