Abstract

Saat ini pada perkuliahan maupun pembelajaran di kelas sekolah dasar sampai dengan menengah atas banyak peserta didik yang menggunakan smartphone atau perangkat mobile untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi dibandingkan menggunakan buku cetak. Maka diperlukan bahan ajar berbasis digital untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Bahan ajar yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone atau perangkat mobile lainnya dapat memudahkan pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berupa e-LKPD (Elektronik Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik). Peneliti menemukan bahwa dengan e-LKPD, peserta didik lebih tertarik untuk belajar dan mengerjakan tugas. E-LKPD dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran praktis yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Tampilan e-LKPD berbentuk e-book yang dapat dilengkapi dengan gambar, video dan dapat dilengkapi dengan fitur angket atau latihan. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan model guided inquiry peneliti menggunakan soal post test dari treatment group dan control group menggunakan uji independent sample t test, memperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak yang artinya pembelajaran dengan treatment group dengan menggunakan model guided inquiry dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika peserta didik dibandingkan dengan control group yang tidak menggunakan e-LKPD.

Abstract

Anung Wahyu Adhi "Mail Service Information System and Population System Management (Case Study: Jelok Village, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency)", Final Assignment for DIII Informatics Engineering Study Program under the guidance of Dhika Widiyanto, S.T, M.Kom June 2024, 82 pages + xvii + attachment. This research aims to develop an information system that supports mail services and population data management at the Jelok Village Office, Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency. Currently, the Jelok Village Office is facing various problems in managing information and mail services, such as manual processes that cause public complaints, inaccurate information, and long queues. Apart from that, village data processing that still uses Microsoft Office creates the risk of data loss, data duplication, and data searches that take a long time. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed with features including delivering news and village activity agendas, online letter submission services, and checking the status of letter submissions. This system also includes population data management which can be accessed and processed by village officials. With this system, it is hoped that services to the community will be more effective, efficient and accurate, as well as making it easier for the community to access information and submit letters at any time without having to come directly to the village office. Abstract

SD Negeri Tangkisan is one of the government-owned educational institutions located in Krajan Hamlet, RT 02 / RW 01, Tangkisan Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The management of inventory data and consumables has been recorded using a computerized system but still using Microsoft Excel, this is less effective and efficient. Based on this description, the author conducted research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies, with descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The author designs an information system for managing inventory data and consumables using Microsoft Access 2010, this system is designed to facilitate the management of inventory data and consumables in adding, deleting, printing, creating reports, and searching data more effectively and efficiently. The results of the system implementation show an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of managing inventory data and consumables at SD Negeri Tangkisan. Users can easily access this information system because this system is simpler and easier to use.

Abstract

This Android-based Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS) application aims to measure community satisfaction as service users and improve the quality of public service delivery at the Purworejo Population and Civil Registration Office. The survey currently used is still a questionnaire with closed and open answers, so if a questionnaire is found that is damaged and not filled out completely, then the questionnaire is not included in the data analysis. This application requires observation at the Purworejo Dukcapil Office to obtain the required data. The analytical method used is the sample method taken using simple random sampling and descriptive quantitative techniques where the data is in the form of numbers and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques for data collection and system development. Meanwhile, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature study methods, and the application development method uses the Java programming language and SQLite database. The results obtained from this research are in the form of an Android-based survey application, making the data processed more accurate.

Abstract

After conducting research at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Trade, problems were found regarding the licensing service process and data processing, which were deemed less efficient and accurate. The licensing process is carried out manually, which requires more time, energy, and costs, making performance inefficient. Another problem is the difficulty in structuring the license requirement documents from the applicant, which causes the need for sufficient space to store documents. In this project, the research method used is observation, interview, and literature study, so that an information system is produced to help service and data processing by using a web program and a database. The creation of a Licensing Information System for Occupying Market Stalls and Lots is needed to help the service process become more effective. In addition, data processing becomes faster and more accurate.

Abstract

Kantor Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah merupakan sebuah lembaga instansi pemerintahan setingkat desa yang berada di Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah Kecamatan Bayan Kabupaten Purworejo. Kantor Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah melayani masyarakat dalam berbagai kebutuhan surat menyurat. Selama ini, pelayanan surat menyurat dilakukan dengan konvensional, sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan kurang efisiennya dalam pembuatan surat keterangan. Pada sistem informasi ini melayani empat jenis surat, antara lain Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian, Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu dalam hal Pendidikan, Surat Keterangan Usaha, dan Surat Keterangan Domisili. Sistem ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter, MySQL sebagai penyimpanan database, dan Sublime Text sebagai text editor. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan surat keterangan di Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kepuasan pegawai pada dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil pada penggunaan sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan di Kabupaten Purworejo. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden pegawai pengguna sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kualitas sistem (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dengan hasil uji t sebesar 3,481. 2) kualitas informasi (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dengan hasil uji t sebesar 3,923. 3) kualitas pelayanan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dengan hasil uji t sebesar 3,775. 4) penggunaan (X4) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dengan hasil uji t sebesar -1,043. 5) manfaat bersih (X5) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai dengan hasil uji t sebesar -1,608. Untuk uji f nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh kualitas sistem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3), penggunaan (X4), dan manfaat bersih (X₅), secara simultan terhadap Y sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai f hitung 7,720 > f tabel 2,650, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas sistem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3), penggunaan (X4), dan manfaat bersih (X₅),, secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pegawai Y.

Abstract

A clinic is a health service facility that organizes and provides basic or specialist medical services needed to support health improvement. The purpose of making this system is to provide health facility services to the community that are more optimal, especially the outpatient information system process and data processing to make it faster and easier. This study uses data collection methods and direct observation (observation) at Cahaya Putera Siti Clinic to obtain data that will be used as an information system. The design used for making information systems uses PHP programming language, visual studio code and databases used in making this information system using MySQL. The conclusion of the results of the research in this Final Project is in the form of an outpatient information system that can be used to facilitate easier, faster and more accurate data processing. Cahaya Putera Siti Clinic faces challenges in providing efficient outpatient services due to manual administrative processes that often result in delays, duplication, and data inaccuracy. This study aims to develop a web-based outpatient information system to streamline patient registration, medical records, and clinic administration. The system was designed using the Waterfall Model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. PHP was employed as the programming language with MySQL as the database, while black box testing was conducted to validate the functionality of the system. The findings show that the developed system successfully improves data accuracy, reduces processing time, and generates more structured reports. By automating administrative workflows and integrating patient information, the system enhances service quality and reduces the workload of clinic staff. Overall, the outpatient information system provides a practical solution to optimize operational efficiency and is expected to support better healthcare delivery at Cahaya Putera Siti Clinic.

Abstract

Many people do activities in the computer utilizing one of them is on the internet. Internet is widely used in various fields of education, entertainment, and even governments. Due to the greater Internet functionality for humans certainly fast internet service and stable is the most expected every Internet user. According to market research agency e-Marketer, the number of internet users in Indonesia, the country netter population reached 83.7 million in 2014. With the number of network-enabled supplied by the office of the Office of the Department of Transportation, Communications and Informatikamembuat network traffic is getting full. Districts and villages in Purworejo district also needs data from the Department office. Good infrastructure will make the pace of the computer network at the office becomes more optimally with the existing bandwidth. Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN) combining wireless technology and ad-hoc routing, so that the service providers do not have to provide the installation cable to connect each Access Point (AP) mode as the general infrastructure. Wireless Mesh Network provides saving solutions wires at once to make the level of mobility of the wireless network becomes higher by replacing the use of a cable as a liaison between devices backbonewireless be using wireless technology that is also used for connecting to the client WMN has the ability to be able to configure themselves (self configured) , organized themselves (self organized), and constituted itself (self-healing) that will create and maintain connections between nodes in the event of damage to one node. Abstract

With the status of the new administrative area there are still not many basic infrastructure supporting the community. These basic facilities such as health facilities, educational facilities, population service facilities and others. The facilities most needed by the community are health facilities. From the data of the Kediri district health office in 2016 the health facilities in the district of Badas, such as puskesmas, polindes and posyandu. While health personnel are general practitioners, there are 1 person, 1 dentist, 5 nurses, 1 pharmacy staff, 1 nutritionist and 1 health analyst. By using the Georgrafis Information System (GIS) approach to determine the spatial distribution of maternal and child health in Badas Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, carried out an analysis to create an information system for mapping maternal and child health. GIS describes spatial distribution of maternal and child health, the characteristics of regions prone to spatial maternal and child health and information for mapping maternal and child health. This system can be used as a means to obtain the latest sources of information, namely mapping of maternal and child health and regular information on the development and advancement of technology-based maternal and child health and as input for information to be taken into consideration in making policies related to budget allocation, recruitment and placement of resources Human (HR), especially in the health sector.
