Abstract

The problems of this research is how much influence   dicipline to policy performance. How much influence   competency  to policy performance. How much influence   work environment  to policy performance. How much influence   dicipline,   competency,  and work environment to policy performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of dicipline to policy performance. For know influence and analize of   competency  to policy performance. The sample in this research is 33 policy, with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

The problems in this research are: How is the influence of work ethic, work discipline, work facilities and employee competence partially and concurrently on the employee development in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur? Research objectives: To determine the effect of work ethic, work discipline, work facilities and employee competence partially and simultaneously on the employee development in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work ethic, work discipline, work facilities and employee competence partially and jointly on the employee development in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 20152, with a population of 98 people, and a study sample of 52 people. The data resources used primary data that obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, which tested by IBM Statistics 24 for Windows. Based on the analysis results obtained work ethic has a not effect on the employee development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (1,251 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Work discipline has a positif and significant effect on the employee development of the Primary Tax Service Office of Medan Timur, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (2,883 2,011) at n = 52 at 95% significance level. Work facilities has a not effect on the employee development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (1,361 2,011) at n = 52 with a significant level of 95%. Employee competence has a effect on the employee development of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (3,629 2,011) at n = 52 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count F table (21,023 2,57) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work ethic, work discipline and work facilities on the employee development of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur . Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

Abstract

Problem of this study what is influence of job culture on performance. What is influence of   work ability on performance. What is influence of   team work on performance. What is influence of job motivation on  performance. What is influence job culture,   work ability, team work and job motivation on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  job culture on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  work ability on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of team work on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job motivation on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job culture, work ability, team work and job motivation on   performance.  Sample in the study is 60 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate job culture  has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work ability  has a positive and significant effect on   performance. Team work  has a positive and significant effect on   performance. Job motivation  has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job culture, work ability, team work and job motivation  has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the problem how is the influence of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and concurrently on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat? Research objectives: To determine the effect of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and jointly on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat Jalan Jalan Asrama No. 7-A, Medan, with a population of 88 people, and a study sample of 86 people. Based on the analysis results obtained work ability have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (4,813 1,989) at n = 86 at 95% significance level. Employee maturity has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Primary Tax Service Office of Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (1,646 1,989) at n = 86 at 95% significance level. Loyalty has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (0,382 1,989) at n = 86 with a significant level of 95%. Work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (4,112 1,989) at n = 86 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count F table (24,154 2,48) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work ability, employee maturity and loyalty on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing incentives, work facilities and motivation partially and simultaneously on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of Labuhanbatu Regency. Purpose of the study: To determine the effect of providing incentives, work facilities and motivation partially and simultaneously on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of Labuhanbatu Regency. The proposed hypothesis is: There is a significant effect of providing incentives, work facilities and motivation partially and jointly on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Labuhanbatu Regency Jalan H. Idris No. 3 Rantau Prapat, Labuhanbatu Regency, with a population of 62 people, and a sample of 62 people. Based on the analysis results obtained incentives giving have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employees work of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (2,774 2,002) at n = 62 at 95% significance level. Work facilities style has a positif and significant effect on the effectiveness of employees work of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (3,807 2,002) at n = 62 at 95% significance level. Motivation has a not effect on the effectiveness of employees work of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (2,385 2,002) at n = 62 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count F table (23,399 2,79) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of incentives giving, work facilities style and motivation on the effectiveness of employees work of employees of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

Based on initial observations made by researchers, it was found that several problems became the background of this research, namely: the low concern of employees in listening to other people's problems in order to support smooth work. The lack of openness, empathy and support among co-workers. Employee awareness is still low in controlling the completion of the work they carry out. And communication between superiors and subordinates is still formal, which results in information, ideas and suggestions from subordinates not reaching their superiors. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. What is the effect of job characteristics on employee performance? What is the effect of work communication on employee performance? What is the effect of emotional intelligence, job characteristics and work communication on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu District Government Health Office. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. The effect of job characteristics on employee performance. The effect of work communication on employee performance. As well as the influence of emotional intelligence, job characteristics and work communication on employee performance simultaneously at the Labuhanbatu District Government Health Office. The sample in this study amounted to 88 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that the variables of emotional intelligence and work communication have a significant effect on employee performance. While the job characteristics variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of emotional intelligence, job characteristics and work communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu District Health Office.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How is the influence of supervision, education and training and performance appraisal partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Batam Madya Tax Service Office? Research objectives: To determine the effect of supervision, education and training and performance appraisal partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Batam Intermediate Tax Office. The proposed hypothesis is: There is a significant effect of supervision, education and training and performance appraisal partially and jointly on the career development of employees at the Batam Madya Tax Service Office. The research was conducted at the Batam Intermediate Tax Service Office, Jalan Kuda Laut Number 1 Batu Ampar Batam 29432, with a population of 99 people, and the research sample as many as 97 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that supervision had no effect on career development of the Batam Intermediate Tax Office employees, this was supported by the results of the analysis of t count t-table (0.742 1.986) at n = 97 at 95% significance level. Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the career development of Batam Middle Tax Office employees, this is supported by the analysis of t count t-table (2,920 1,986) at n = 97 at 95% significance level. Performance appraisal has an effect on career development of Batam Intermediate Tax Office employees, this is supported by the analysis of t count t-table (5.862 1.986) at n = 97 with a significant level of 95%. The value of F-count F table (31.660 2.70) this means that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on supervision, education and training and performance assessment on career development of Batam Middle Tax Office employees. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true.
