Abstract

Bersikap adil sebagaimana tercantum pada Pancasila sila ke-5 merupakan sebuah keharusan untuk dilakukan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bermasyarakat. Namun pada kenyataannya, banyak halangan yang ada dalam bersikap adil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Pancasila sila ke-5, keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia, diterapkan dalam penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasi Sekolah (BOS) pada dunia pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) tepatnya pada SDN 064034 dan dampaknya pada angka putus sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk menggali bagaimana pendapat guru dan juga wali murid terhadap efektivitas penggunaan dana BOS pada SDN 064034. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan hasil wawancara dari para guru dan juga wali murid beserta angka putus sekolah pada SD tersebut guna memperoleh keterkaitan antar penyalahguunaan dana BOS dan juga angka putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD 064034 berlaku adil dalam penggunaan dana BOS dan memiliki angka putus sekolah yang kecil membuktikan bahwa nilai Keadilan Sosial Bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia telah dijalankan dengan baik.

Abstract

Toleransi adalah sikap saling menghargai dalam perbedaan suku, ras, budaya, ataupun agama.dalam sikap toleransi terdapat sikap Intoleran antar umat beragama. Intoleransi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam masyarakat. Isu intoleransi terhadap pembangunan rumah ibadah menjadi isu yang sering terjadi, karena berkaitan langsung dengan kebebasan beragama dan hak asasi manusia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap toleransi antar umat beragama terkait pembangunan rumah ibadah berdasarkan nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa dari perspektif mahasiswa Ilmu Komputer angkatan 23 di Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan angket untuk menggali pemahaman, serta faktor  yang memengaruhi sikap mahasiswa terhadap pembangunan rumah ibadah dari agama lain. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh gambaran yang detail mengenai pemahaman mahasiswa sebanyak 10 mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, khususnya nilai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa ilmu komputer memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang pentingnya toleransi antar umat beragama.

Abstract

This article examines the social, political, and cultural significance of the Jadid movement that took shape in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Turkestan. It highlights the processes associated with national self-awareness, the restoration of education, enlightenment, and national values, as well as reforms aimed at achieving progress. The article also analyzes the movement’s activities through its three main fields: education, art, and the press, and its efforts to strengthen national consciousness and religious beliefs. It demonstrates how the essence of the movement, its struggle to preserve national identity under colonial conditions, and its alignment with the pressing democratic ideas of the time, were interwoven. The study is aimed at illustrating the historical significance of the movement in shaping national consciousness and adapting society to modern development.

Husayn Voiz Kashifi simply and fluently describes the personal, moral, legal, and social qualities of young people, explains the different aspects of this order from other orders, and also describes in detail the qualities that foster these requirements and qualities in young people. The path of this order is difficult and complex. Therefore, the pir acts as a guide so that young people who choose this path do not go astray and are not distracted by various people.

Abstract

This article delves intо the educatiоnal and cultural refоrms carried оut by the Jadids in Turkestan. It examines the Jadids' ideas abоut prоmоting natiоnal prоgress thrоugh the advancement оf mоdern science, technоlоgy, and innоvatiоn. Recоgnizing the need fоr change, they actively sоught tо transfоrm the natiоn's perspective оn educatiоn and established new schооls, libraries, and reading rооms as part оf their effоrts tо refоrm educatiоn. The article alsо explоres the histоry оf the earliest Jadid schооls in Turkestan, particularly shedding light оn the schооl fоunded by Is'hоqxоn Ibrat. By enriching оur understanding оf the Jadids' refоrms, the article aims tо highlight the natiоn's persistent drive tоwards enlightenment.

Abstract

This article discusses the traditional Waqf system in Central Asia, the Soviet government’s attitude towards Waqf properties, the contradictions between the authoritarian regime, local population, and religious scholars, as well as the consequences of these conflicts. Additionally, it analyzes the Soviet government’s land and water policies and the laws and decrees it issued in this regard.

Abstract

Hukum Indonesia saat ini merupakan hasil dari akulturasi antara hukum adat, hukum Islam, dan hukum kolonial Belanda, yang saling melengkapi dan membentuk kerangka hukum yang kompleks. Melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi relevansi prinsip-prinsip hukum yang diatur dalam Kitab Kutaramanawa Dharmasastra, yang menekankan nilai-nilai seperti nilai keadilan sosial, nilai musyawarah, dan nilai gotong royong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat transformasi yang signifikan dalam sistem hukum setelah kemerdekaan, nilai-nilai dasar dari hukum Majapahit masih berpengaruh dalam pembentukan norma-norma hukum modern. Namun, tantangan dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut muncul akibat perubahan sosial budaya, perkembangan teknologi, dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi nilai-nilai tradisional dalam konteks hukum yang dinamis untuk memastikan keadilan dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, pemahaman mendalam tentang interaksi antara sejarah hukum Majapahit dan perkembangan hukum kontemporer di Indonesia dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi upaya reformasi hukum dan penegakan keadilan di masyarakat saat ini.

Abstract

In this article, an attempt was made to comprehensively cover the subject based on the information presented in scientific studies about the reasons for the migration of immigrants who moved from Turkestan to Turkey during the Soviet period, the difficulties they faced along the way, and how they lived as immigrants. This process is not only of historical importance, but even today it plays an important role in strengthening the relations between the Turkic peoples.

Abstract

In this article, we will try to analyze specific methodological approaches and methods for improving the medical culture of internal affairs officers. An internal affairs officer plays an important role in ensuring security as a guarantor of social responsibility and moral standards. As we have seen in the previous chapters, their role is not limited to enforcing the law, but also includes protecting justice and ensuring stability, which is especially important in the formation of medical culture.
