Abstract

The research aims to prove that the application of the superior class program at Mts Negeri 1 Lampung Selatan can achieve student achievement in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis type. Primary sources come from the person in charge of the superior class section, such as the tahfiz teacher, and several top class students at MTs Negeri 1 South Lampung. The secondary sources are books, journals, thesis. And documentary sources in the form of observation results in the form of field notes during observations, interviews, photo and audio documentation. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. And data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen analysis through predetermined stages. The results of this study prove that the application of the superior class program at MTs Negeri 1 Lampung Selatan can achieve and even improve student learning achievement from several aspects. First, the cognitive aspect is seen from the success of learning in the classroom. Superior class students can understand learning materials well both inside and outside the classroom. Second, the affective aspect can be achieved in the attitude of students who respect each other. Then students have high enthusiasm/motivation to learn, and students have good morals. Third, the psychomotor aspect is reflected in students being able to practice the skills of learning activities both inside and outside the classroom well.Keywords: Implementation, School Featured Programs, Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to see how the teacher's strategy in improving children's literacy through online methods. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were tested for validity through data triangulation. The results show that learning using this online method can improve children's literacy, but it is not like the situation when meeting face to face with teachers because face-to-face learning does not have a time limit and is not the same as online learning. Online learning time is very limited for children to learn together. However, this online learning provides a positive thing for children, because children have questions about the technology and media used such as cellphones, laptops, so that it will improve children's literacy.Keywords : Teacher Strategies, Literacy, Online methods

Abstract

This study aims to compare the use of a conventional and sharia-based cashless society in the new normal, cashless transactions that are considered more real time by the community. The research method used is qualitative, with library study data collection based on the use of cashless with digital wallets in Indonesia which people tend to use during the COVID-19 pandemic such as Shopee pay, Dana, Ovo, link aja, link aja sharia, gopay. The results showed that Go-Pay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja. Five products with the best developers from each. ShopeePay is 39%, OVO is 18%, Go-pay is 17%, Dana is 18%, and LinkAja is 9%, Shopeepay has succeeded in gaining public trust in transactions during the pandemic, while the LinkAja Syariah Service is the first Islamic electronic money. The conclusion of this research is Shopee pay is Cashless with the most popular ranking during the covid-19 pandemic, Shopeepay is also the main payment method that is in demand and used by the non-cash movement community.Keywords: Cashless; Islamic Cashless Society; New Normal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the point of view of market players who use sharia hedging in developing countries. This study aims to examine in depth the benefits and problems of implementing sharia hedging. The methodology or approach used in this research is to use a library research method or approach by collecting, discussing and providing views on some of the results of previous research. The results of this study obtained several different views from market players looking at the advantages and disadvantages of using sharia hedging. More Islamic assets are able to survive in times of economic recession than conventional assets. This raises the enthusiasm of investors in the Islamic financial market. On the other hand, the Islamic financial risk management market which is still in its early stages and the limited use of hedging instruments are obstacles that cannot be underestimated. Sharia hedging can be considered useful or profitable if it is reviewed to the original purpose of its use, namely minimizing risk.Keywords: Islamic, Hedging, Risk, Profit, Loss

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the vision of Indonesian state universities in preparing educational and non-educational personnel by paying attention to the quality and relevance of effectiveness, developing and disseminating knowledge and seeking its use in order to improve people's living standards and enrich national culture. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of field data are in the form of primary data and secondary data. Collecting research data using observation techniques, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity techniques consist of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The conclusion in this study is that tertiary institutions are educational units at the higher education level that carry out the tridharma of higher education in the form of education and teaching, research, and community service. Universities that are meant are academics, polytechnics, high schools, institutes, and universities. Higher education as a public service agency is a government institution whose management is carried out with the principles of efficiency and productivity.Keywords: Higher Education, BLU, Education.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting untuk pembentukan kepribadian seseorang. Bimbingan dan arahan adalah doktrin agama yang dirancang untuk membuat manusia percaya akan keberadaan Tuhan dan Agama dengan sepenuh hati, mematuhi perintah Agama dalam bentuk ibadah, dan berakhlak mulia. Melalui mempelajari pendidikan agama Islam, penulis berharap seseorang dapat memiliki nilai-nilai yang baik dalam dirinya, sehingga dapat mengubahnya menjadi perilaku yang baik dalam sehari-hari. Selain itu, pendidikan agama Islam juga dapat memungkinkan seseorang untuk tidak melakukan hal-hal yang tidak diperbolehkan dalam agama. Penerapan pendidikan Islam dilakukan dengan menambah taqwa kepada Allah SWT, dan akhlak mulia merupakan perwujudan dari keimanan yang diyakini setiap orang. Oleh karena itu, menggabungkan kebahagiaan dan ketakwaan dalam satu pribadi akan menghindari perilaku destruktif, fitnah, dan merugikan secara sosial, serta sangat berbahaya bagi persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa di masa depan.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter,karakter mulia, pembentukan karakter, karakter dalam perspektif islam.

Abstract

Marine products are the main source of livelihood for coastal communities who live from marine products or it can even be said that the economic base of coastal communities is the fishery sector. The high element of uncertainty in fishing, especially for coastal communities, has become a growing general perception regarding the needs of fishermen's families and generally coastal communities. The history of poverty in families who depend on what the sea provides them often becomes an illustration of the pressure situation in this sector. Currently, there are still many fishermen living below the poverty line. We are trying with regulations regarding fishermen, we hope to improve welfare even better than before. This study aims to examine how the empowerment of coastal communities in an effort to alleviate poverty in Indonesia. The results of the research show that first the government needs to build solidarity and collective action in the community. Second, there is a need for a new technology approach that is more successful and efficient to the community and third, that it brings people closer to the market.Keywords:Empowerment, Coastal Communities, Poverty

Abstract

Philosohpy is a human activity in using his mind as well as possible, to know and answer in depth all problems. If all of these problems are oriented towards understanding the field of education, what is known as the philosophy of education is born. The philosophy of education is not general philosophy or a pure philosophy, but a special or applied philosophy. Philosophy of education is a type of knowledge that discussed all issues related to education, with a view to obtaining answer to be used as directions for the implementation and development of education. When islamic philosophy is discussed, it will be imagined Al-Ghazali where is figure is a figure in the philosophy of islamic education. He not only introduced islamic philosophy, but also developed philosophy itself. Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic brought enormous changes to human life, one of which was in the field of education. Every student must have experienced boredom at the time of learning, especially at this time. This research is qualitative using triangulation technique. This study aims to find out what are the factors that cause child learning boredom during the pandemic and how the teacher's efforts to overcome it. The saturation of children's learning that occurs during the pandemic is due to different learning techniques and makes children unable to play with friends or teachers directly. The efforts of teachers in overcoming child boredom during a pandemic are by making varied learning methods, using interesting learning media, making quizzes at the end of learning, establishing communication between parents.Keywords:Learning Saturation, Pandemic, Teacher's Efforts

Abstract

The research was conducted to see how the level of influence of training and work ethics on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods and associative approaches. The associative approach is used to see the influence between two or more variables, in this study the total population was 50 respondents, the sample was a saturated sample, namely the entire population of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression. The tool to analyze the data is by using SPSS 22. The results of this study partially show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially positive and significant work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously training and work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagut.Keywords: Training, Work Ethic, Employee Performance
