Abstract

This Study highlights the importance of distributing zakat through the mosque to enhance the community's welfare in Desa Campaka, Kecamatan Pasongsongan, and Kabupaten Sumenep. The research conducted at Masjid Nurul Anfal aimed to understand the strategy of distributing zakat to transform recipients (mustahik) into contributors (muzakki) through the Sejahtera program and identify obstacles in zakat distribution. The study utilised an institutional zakat management approach with a qualitative method, gathering primary data from the research object and secondary data from relevant documents. The findings indicated that the zakat distribution strategy through the Sejahtera program at Masjid Nurul Anfal effectively transformed mustahik into muzakki, significantly benefiting the welfare of the community in Desa Campaka. The research concluded that zakat distribution through the Sejahtera program at Masjid Nurul Anfal plays a crucial role in the transformation of recipients into contributors. To enhance program effectiveness, regular evaluations and improved coordination among stakeholders are recommended.

Abstract

Penghimpunan (fundraising) merupakan suatu proses mempengaruhi masyarakat baik perseorangan sebagai individu atau perwakilan masyarakat maupun lembaga agar menyalurkan dana atau sumber dananya kepada organisasi atau lembaga pengelolaan zakat. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi fundraising yang diterapkan BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan muzakki, faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi fundraising BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang, serta dampak strategi fundraising dana zakat BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang terhadap tingkat kepercayaan muzakki. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi kepada wakil ketua BAZNAS kabupaten jombang serta karyawan divisi penghimpunan.Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi fundraising yang dilakukan BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan muzakki yaitu Identifikasi donatur, Penggunaan metode fundraising, Penggelolaan dan pemantauan donatur, Monitoring dan evaluasi. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan strategi: kesadaran masyarakat yang masih rendah, kepercayaan. Faktor pendukung BAZNAS kabupaten jombng yaitu letak wilayah yang strategis, dan legalitas hukum yang berlaku. Kemudian dampak yang dialami BAZNAS kabupaten jombang setelah menerapan strategi fundraising secara online dengan mencakup even, transfer langsung, qris. Sedangkan strategi secara offline dengan penggunaan direct email, upz, pemerintah daerah, jemput zakat, dan kampanye media. Dari dua strategi fundraising yang diterapkan BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang strategi secara online melaui transfer yang lebih efektif dan terbukti selalu meningkatkan penghimpunan setiap tahunnya dan terbukti semakin meningkat kepercayaan muzakki terhadap BAZNAS.

Abstract

Empowering mustahik through assistance or productive philanthropic programs is a strategic step to increase their economic independence and active societal role. This qualitative research with an empirical approach aims to explore the role of Baznas Microfinance Desa in empowering micro businesses to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Data was obtained from observations, in-depth interviews with partners and managers of Baznas, and performance reports from Baznas Ponorogo Regency. The analytical method used is thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes from the data obtained. The results show that: 1) The Baznas Microfinance Program in Ponorogo Regency aims to empower micro enterprises by providing business capital financing of a maximum of 3 million rupiahs, which can be repaid in installments over a maximum period of one year that is easily accessible is easy to access with a joint responsibility system and follows sharia principles, 2) The Baznas Microfinance Desa program can free from the snares of loan sharks while empowering 349 mustahik in 17 villages in 4 sub-districts in the fields of trade, agriculture, and farm, 3) The Baznas Microfinance Desa program plays a role in increasing the economic capacity of microenterprises in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in alleviating poverty (SDG 1), creating decent jobs (SDG 8), and reducing inequality (SDG 10). The Baznas Microfinance Desa program is proven to be a more effective microfinancing model in supporting MSME growth and sustainable development.

Abstract

Muslims are required to pay zakat in order to cleanse riches and aid others. One of the budgetary tools used to combat poverty and economic inequality is zakat. But despite having a majority of Muslims, Indonesia still receives less money from zakat than from taxes. This is due to the fact that, in contrast to necessary taxes, Indonesia follows an obligatory system that is voluntary. Furthermore, because zakat administrators don't report, the low degree of public trust results in less zakat acceptance. This research approach makes use of literature study, a technique for gathering data that involves comprehending and examining hypotheses from relevant literature, including books, journals, and other data sources. The preliminary study's findings show that there are accounting standards in the management of zakat regulated by PSAK 109, including the Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Changes in Funds, and Statement of Cash Flows. Secondly, there is a need for periodic publication of reports by zakat institutions to enhance public trust, and thirdly, BAZNAZ has an application to support financial reports based on an integrated system called the Baznaz Management Information System (SIMBA).

Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi keuangan saat ini berkembang begitu pesat dan menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang menginginkan kecepatan layanan. Di sisi lain, teknologi keuangan syariah juga menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat muslim, namun belum jeals apakah akan diterapkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktualisasi teknologi keuangan syariah yang sesuai dengan maqasid syariah serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan teknologi keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan financial technology syariah pada fintech ovo dan dana sesuai dengan maqasid syariah dalam hal menjaga harta dan kemaslahatan umat. Ini berarti menggunakan dompet elektronik (e-wallet) sebagai alat transaksi, bukan jual beli atau tukar menukar barang ribawi. Hambatan yang dihadapi dengan financial technology syariah adalah implementasi yang tidak dilakukan melalui proses akad secara tatap muka, dan masyarakat belum tidak begitu memahami tentang financial technology syariah.
