Abstract

Abstrak− E-desa merupakan sistem informasi online yang digunakan untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Desa Telukbuyung, Pakis Jaya Kerawang yang rata-rata masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani. Tata letak kantor desa yang strategis dari tempat tinggal masyarakat. Perangkat desa mempunyai kendala dalam memberikan informasi dan pelayanan tentang kegiatan desa kepada masyarakat. Perangkat desa turun langsung bila ada info yang penting kepada masyarakat tetapi terkadang tidak betemu dengan masyarakatnya karena sibuk bekeja di sawah. Dan ada juga yang di sediakan info desa, jadwal serta kegiatan di kantor desa. Untuk masyarakat mendapatkan informasi desa, kegiatan, jadwal dan berita desa harus datang ke kantor desa setempat. Informasi yang mereka dapatkan terlihat dari papan pengumuman di kantor desa. Jika tidak ada informasi yang tersedia, masyarakat akan kembali ke rumah. Sehingga membuang waktu dan mendapatkan informasi menjadi tidak pasti. Dengan melihat hasil penelitian kendala yang ada. Peneliti bertujuan mengimplementasikan e-desa sebagai wadah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bagi masyarakat Desa Teluk buyung dan mempermudah perangkat desa dalam memberikan serta mengelola informasi. Manfaat bagi masyarakat untuk dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi dan serta pelayanan yang cepat tanpa terhalang oleh ruang dan waktu serta menambah pengetahuan dalam menggunakan teknologi.. Kata Kunci: Implementasi; E-desa; Kualitas; Pelayanan; Masyarakat.

Abstract

Hand washing is very important to keep hands and skin clean. Hand washing can be done by washing hands with soap and clean running water. To prevent the spread of the corona virus, the government urges the public to comply and be disciplined in implementing health protocols, one of which is by always washing hands using a hand sanitizer. The majority of hand sanitizers use conventional hand sanitizers, namely by directly touching the hand sanitizer bottle. The purpose of this research is to make an Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer. This automatic hand sanitizer tool uses an Arduino Uno as a system controller, an ultrasonic sensor as a hand movement detector and a micro servo as an actuator to press the hand sanitizer bottle lever. This research produces an automatic hand sanitizer tool that can be used without having to touch the hand sanitizer bottle directly, thereby reducing the risk of transmission of Covid-19 when washing hands

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the use of artificial intelligence to analyze the develop[pment of fishery production at TPI (Fish Auction Places) in Indonesia. Indonesia Logistic center throught the website. By using the Backpropagation method is a supervised artificial neural network where this method can assess the errors of each neuron after a set of data is processed. Tis also the goal of modifying the weights to train the neural network so that it can involve arbitrary input to output correctly. This research has several stages, namely training and testing wich will then be converted to several models to get the best results where the results found will later become the conclusions of the research.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Sumatera Utara is a company engaged in the electricity sector, specifically as a 20 kV distribution control implementing unit whose job is to maintain the reliability of the 20 kV system in the work area of North Sumatra which includes Medan to Nias Island. The wide reach of the work scope of PT PLN (Persero) Sumatera Utara causes employees to work outside their positions. One of the travel documents that must be carried by employees who carry out work assignments in the field is a letter of assignment. PT PLN (Persero) Sumatera Utara so far still uses a manual assignment letter making system. Based on the research that I did, there were a number of obstacles, especially when there was an emergency job because the supervisor who was authorized to sign the assignment letter was in a meeting, or on a day off, or was out of the office. It is very important that an assignment letter is carried by employees when working in the field, either as a travel document, or as the identity of an official official from the company so that it does not raise customer suspicion about the activities carried out by the PLN officer. To accelerate the process of approval of the assignment letter, an Online Assignment Letter Information System Design with the Prototype Method was made at PT PLN (Persero) Sumatera Utara. The design and build of this Online Assignment Letter Information System has several features, namely as an admin, as a driver, as a user and as approval. The Information System Design is expected to speed up the approval process for assignment letters for employee official travel at PT PLN (Persero) Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to produce robots based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (unmanned aircraft) as a response to the natural disaster on the coast of Anging Mammiri. Data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency for South Sulawesi Province for victims who drown each year increases. This tool was designed and made to assist beach officers in maintaining the safety of Anging Mammiri beach and minimizing the occurrence of drowning victims due to natural disasters and human error. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model. The design of this tool is carried out in 5 (five) stages, namely: analyzing the needs of the robot, determining the design of the robot, developing the robot, implementing the robot and evaluating the robot. As for what was tested in this robot trial were aircraft connections, camera connections, endurance, maneuverability, aerodynamics, flight duration or flight time and endurance tests with air. The results of the robot research function normally and are resistant to water. This robot is very helpful for beach officers to monitor the entire Anging Mammirir beach area remotely using a remote control

Abstract

The lack of information and data available at the Youth and Sports Tourism Office in the field of Youth and Sports makes it difficult for people to access information about youth. The data currently available is deemed inadequate because the data is only in the form of numbers, so the need for relevant, accurate, timely and integrated data and information to be presented to the public. For this reason, the development of a Web-Based Youth Information System is expected to facilitate related parties in meeting the data and information needs of the community. The development of this system is designed using the PHP, Javascript, CSS, and Jquery programming languages. While the model used in making this system uses the waterfall method. So that the system built can be utilized and useful for the Youth and Sports Office, researchers conduct direct observations in the field to collect the data and information needed and conduct direct interviews with the Youth and Sports Tourism Office to find out the form of the system needed. With the use of communication and information technology in the form of this website, it is hoped that it will facilitate the Sijunjung Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office in providing accurate and precise information and data and encourage the creation of transparency in the administration of government.

Abstract

Abstrak− Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika Politeknik Hasnur adalah sulitnya pengarsipan data kepengurusan anggota, pendaftar, data kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan sebagainya karena banyaknya mahasiswa asosiasi masih menggunakan cara manual dalam mengumpulkan kegiatannya. sistem pengelolaan data logistik dan inventaris dibuat untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data dan pengarsipan data. Sistem yang dirancang adalah metode Waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan hingga tahap pengujian. Pada tahap analisis, pendataan yang dibutuhkan dimintakan langsung kepada pihak-pihak terkait, seperti ketua umum HIMA TI dan pembina. Tahap perancangan sistem dijelaskan dengan menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) Level 0 dan 1, dan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Pada tahap implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, dan bahasa pemrograman (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, dan MySql Query). Ketika sistem telah selesai dibuat dan pada akhirnya dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat berjalan sesuai fungsinya.
