Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses Eid Mubaraq-themed advertisements which published in social media. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the people can't go anywhere, including on the day of Eid Mubaraq. Everyone is asked to stay at home to avoid the spread of Covid-19. This research aims to reveal the advertising message of "Ramai Sepi Bersama" Version #SilaturahmiEveryDay by using semiotic analysis. The method used is Roland Barthes' semiotics model. As a result, the denotative meaning of this ad impresses someone with their daily activities interspersed with the use of cell phones. While the connotative meaning is a message for someone who can't go anywhere because of the Covid-19 pandemic. A child is only able to celebrate Eid Mubaraq through a cell phone.Keywords: advertising, pandemic, semiotics.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the development of today's era and technology, cultural arts rarely show their existence and millennials have forgotten about the existence of cultural arts and traditions in Indonesia. Although there are still some millennials who care about cultural arts and traditions, they do not understand the meaning of these cultural arts. In West Java, Tasikmalaya has a variety of cultures and traditions, especially  Tawarangsa, but today many Tasikmalaya millennials do not know the existence of these cultures and traditions. Of course, the researcher wants to preserve the existence and describe the implied meaning of  Tarawangsa. Then what is the meaning of the  Tarawangsa art performance in Tasikmalaya Regency? Using a phenomenological study approach, phenomenology is defined as natural phenomena, as well as events that can be felt and can be seen by the five senses, this gives the meaning that a phenomenon is something that can be seen, observed and interpreted as part of human life. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand further and in depth the meaning of the  Tarawangsa Art Performance for the residents of Tasikmalaya Regency and describe the meaning implied in the  Tarawangsa art performance. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach to explain the meaning of  Tarawangsa art performances in Tasikmalaya Regency. Researchers conducted observations and interviews in Cangkuang village, Cikukulu Village, Karangnunggal District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. Interviews were conducted with key informants and several informants from  Tarawangsa players and the surrounding community. From this study it can be concluded that the meaning of  Tarawangsa, this performance is carried out for the ritual of the ngala pare (rice harvest) event. By playing  Tarawangsa when the rice will be harvested and before the event is carried out, there is Mitamiyan/Mimitian (Starting) is an activity to mark with some rice stalks that are ready to be harvested in every corner of the rice fields. The whole series of rituals in the event of taking rice is accompanied by playing the art of  Tarawangsa. Keywords:  Tarawangsa, meaning, performing arts, phenomenology.

Abstract

AbstractArea Traffic Control System (ATCS) is an information technology-based traffic control system in an area that aims to optimize the performance of the road network through optimization and coordination of traffic light settings at each intersection. People's habits today are very difficult to change, even though various rules have been issued in reality, there are still many road users who do not heed these rules. This research, using descriptive qualitative research. The model used is a one-way communication model that is carried out not to promote but to provide messages and information needed by the public or the public regarding traffic conditions in the form of appeals and socialization. To attract public concern for traffic discipline, in the communication process of messaging the Area Traffic Control System uses strategies to provide educational and socialization messages using audio-visual media in the form of voice announcers. Communication activities in the ATCS program are an important aspect implemented by the Banten Provincial DISHUB. Where the communication aspect is closely related to the activities of this program. The communication carried out in this program is by conveying messages, information and socialization for traffic discipline.Keywords : discipline, traffic, ACTS, one-way model, voice announcer

Abstract

Konsepsi negara hukum demokrasi yang direpresentasikan oleh negara Indonesia berimplikasi pada tatanan sosial dan tatanan hukum sebagai wujud perlindungan bagi setiap warga negara. Perlindungan yang dimaksud merupakan bentuk jaminan terhadap hak-hak dan kewajiban setaip orang yang diatur dan dilindungi oleh negara. Salah satu hak yang dilindungi oleh negara Indonesia melalui Konstitusi adalah jaminan memperoleh dan menyampaikan informasi. Dalam kerangka profesi hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari kegiatan jurnalistik baik secara professional maupun citizen journalism sebagai hak yang melekat secara konstitusional. Persolan yang dihadapi adalah bentuk perlindungan bagi citizen journalism yang tidak diatur sebagaimana perlindungan pada wartawan dalam kerangka hukum pers. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang mengkonsepsikan ketentuan hukum dengan fakta dan fenomena yang berakiatan dengan kegiatan jurnalistik di Indonesia. Dari analisa dalam bahasan ini dihasilkan bahwa setiap orang memiliki hak secara konstitusional untuk memperoleh dan menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana peran jurnalis professional. Pertanggungjawaban hukum bagi citizen journalism didasarkan pada ketentuan hukum pers dan kode etik jurnalistik dengan menempatkan saluran pers atau perusahaan pers sebagai objek terikat sebagai media yang mempublikasikan informasi.

Abstract

AbstractCommunication services are a must that is consistent and a clear commitment that has the value of progress in improving public services, so that visitors feel a good guarantee of comfort, from all functional libraries. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Is a study that is intended to collect information about the status or symptoms that exist, namely the state of symptoms that are collected in the field according to what they are at the time the study is carried out. The results of the study prove that communication services are the key to success in various businesses or activities that are service-based. Its role will be greater and decisive when in the activities of services in the community there is competition in an effort to seize the market or subscription. The quality of communication services in the Regional Library and Archives of Pandeglang Regency is very accepted by the surrounding community.Keywords : Service, communication, consistency, commitment, quality, qualitative

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe policy regarding Green Campus has been made a foundation regulation by the Rector of Untirta. Furthermore, Planning related to Green Campus has also been made programs. Integrated communication planning is carried out by Untirta in the Green Campus program.This research uses Advocacy Theory, with Post-Positivism Paradigm, Qualitative Approach, Methods: Case Studies, and Data collection techniques carried out by: Observation, Wawancaea, Documentation Studies and Literature Studies. The results of the study, which discusses analysis, are the first step implemented by Untirta to carry out effective advocacy. As is the first step in every action. Advocacy activities designed to have an impact on public policy begin with the availability of accurate information and an in-depth understanding of existing problems, the communities involved, policies and its existence, organizations and pathways that can be accessed to influence influential public figures and decision makers. So far, Untirta is preparing and analyzing. Criteria and indicators used in measuring sustainability programs in the campus environment include: Setting and Infrastructure (SI) (15%), Energy and Climate Change (EC) (21%), Waste (WS) (18%), Water (WR) (10%), Transportation (TR), (6) Education and Research (ED). All planning and activities are listed on the Green Campus Untirta Website The working area of Green Campus Untirta communication planning is published through: Electronic media industry, printing industry, convergent communication (new media), self-image, education, environment, and community awareness.Evaluation is an advocacy effort. So, advocacy efforts must be evaluated as carefully as possible with other campaign activities. Because advocacy activities often produce partial results. The advocacy team needs to regularly and objectively monitor what has been achieved and what remains to be done.The evaluation process can be more important and more difficult than the impact of the evaluation. For evaluation, Untirta has not yet implemented it as a whole, because it is still in the starting level. The final stage in the advocacy model is continuity. Planning for continuity means clarifying long-term goals, maintaining the integrity of coalition functions, and adjusting argumentation data, as changes change. Green Campus Untirta still has a long way to go. Now it has only turned 2 years running and must continue to be improved again, continuously equipped and evaluated periodically.Key Words : Green Campus, Advocation, Evaluation
