Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hukum pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi, mengetahui implementasi atas regulasi dan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi dan mengetahui kebijakan hukum pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi yang tepat sesuai Pasal 33 Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945.Penelitian ini mendalami hukum normatif dengan menghasilkan argumentasi, teori atau konsep sebagai praktisi dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi dengan menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Metode pendekatan menggunakan isu hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, penndekatan sejarah dan pendekatan konsep. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik studi dokumen dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis secara yuridis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep hukum pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi yang tepat dapat diwujudkan dengan melakukan perubahan strategis pada paradigma baru peningkatan pemanfaatan minyak dan gas bumi domestic, peningkatan peran dan kapasitas bumn dalam pengelolaan minyak dan gas bumi, merubah skema domestik market obligation dan kebijakan ekspor minyak dan gas bumi, dan merubah skema dana minyak dan gas bumi.

penelitan ini untuk mengetahui kewenangan bagian hukum setda kabupaten bolmut dalam penanganan perkara bantuan hukum. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menyebabkan penanganan perkara bantuan hukum tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Empiris. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara Observasi dan Wawancara secara langsung. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu melakukan analisis data dan memberikan penjelasan yang relevan, masalah dibahas lebih lanjut penelitian dan analisis dilakukan dan menjadikannya suatu kesimpulan. Menurut Patrianto pembentukan perda bantuan hukum dapat dijadikan upaya penyempurnaan dan perluasan pemberian akses keadilan yang tidak hanya mencakup kelompok orang miskin melainkan juga kelompok yang diprioritaskan mendapatkan layanan bantuan hukum. Efektifitas Hukum sebagaimana yang telah dikemukakan oleh Soerjono Soekanto yakni kondisi berjalannya hukum sebagaimana tujuan hukum itu diciptakan. dengan mengacu pada hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat diklasifikasi dan dibedakan menjadi 3 faktor yakni, faktor substansi hukum (legal substance), struktur hukum (legal structure), dan budaya hukum (legal culture).

This study aims to find out about the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Program in Gorontalo Province from a public policy legal perspective and what obstacles affect the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Gorontalo Province. The method used in this writing is empirical juridical research, namely legal research regarding the enforcement or implementation of normative legal provisions directly in every particular legal event that occurs in society. The results of the study show that the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is one of the efforts made by the government to respond to various public complaints, related to the procurement of making free certificates for poor people who own land or plots of land. PTSL, namely the land registration procedure for the first time, which is carried out simultaneously and simultaneously. In order to accelerate the implementation of the program, the Gorontalo Province National Land Agency coordinates with the district/city Land Agency in Gorontalo Province. The implementation is that officers go directly to the community, but the implementation so far cannot be said to have not met the target, because there are still many community lands that are still in registered status and have not been converted into certified land. One of the dominant factors constraining them is the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of land certificates as legal evidence for the land they own, limited competent human resources and inadequate infrastructure needed.

Victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT) are increasing every year, which is one of the causes of divorce. CATAHU Komnas Perempuan 2022 reported that as many as 4,779 cases of divorce were due to domestic violence. The divorce process is preceded by a mediation stage as a dispute resolution by mediators at the Religious Courts. Mediators who handle divorce cases must be thorough and have a strategy for identifying and dealing with domestic violence. Domestic violence screening (KDRT screening) needs to be done so that the identification of cases of domestic violence can be explained specifically. One of the countries that have implemented screening is the United States, which considers it an appropriate and effective method. Comparison of the legal system becomes an analytical knife regarding the legal process of mediation between Indonesia and the United States. Domestic violence screening conducted in divorce mediation can identify violence that occurs. If there is an act of violence, the mediator can use a different approach during mediation. Mediation should be able to help both parties reach an agreement that is fair and profitable for both while taking into account the rights and obligations of the parties.

Right to be Forgotten (RTBF) is a legal concept representing an individual's right to control their personal data held by an electronic system operator. The legal basis for implementing the RTBF in Indonesia is outlined in Article 26 (3) and Article 26 (4) of the ITE Law, which were adopted through the first international regulation recognizing RTBF, namely Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016. However, the implementation of RTBF in Indonesia remains a subject of debate. One of the reasons is that the ITE Law only obliges electronic system operators to provide mechanisms for deleting irrelevant information or electronic documents but does not impose sanctions on those who refuse to accept requests for data removal. This results in legal ambiguity within the ITE Law, particularly in Article 26 (3) and Article 26 (4), which form the basis for implementing the RTBF concept in Indonesia. This article aims to conduct a comparative legal approach to the implementation of RTBF in Indonesia and several other countries where RTBF has already been applied. The goal is to identify adoption models that can be considered for implementation in Indonesia to address the regulatory uncertainties surrounding RTBF implementation. The research yields several key points of discussion, including: (1) The limits of RTBF usage in Indonesia; and (2) A comparison of RTBF in Indonesia with other countries that have also implemented RTBF as a means of protecting personal data.

The Traditional Tourist Village represents one of the innovations implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The concept of Traditional Tourist Village is applied in several regions within the Malang Regency, with one notable instance being the Ngadas Traditional Tourist Village in the Poncokusumo Sub-District of Malang Regency. From an administrative perspective, Ngadas Traditional Tourist Village functions as an administrative village that adheres to and practices the customs of the Tengger Tribe. A logical consequence of its administrative status is the allocation of funds from both local and central governments.The Village Fund Allocation (ADD) constitutes one of the funds disbursed by the Local Government to the Village to facilitate its governance functions. The ADD is derived from revenue-sharing funds received by the Local Government from the Central Government, which are then incorporated into the Regional Budget or APBD. Subsequently, these funds are adjusted to account for specific allocations. The integration of village governance with customary practices in Ngadas Traditional Tourist Village significantly influences the utilization of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). The village government operates under its own distinct structure, while the Tengger Tribe's customary practices are overseen by a designated leader. In Ngadas Traditional Tourist Village, both entities mutually influence each other. Various policies undertaken by the Village Head as the representative of the Village Government are influenced by the "Romodukun" (Customary Leader). The influence of the Romodukun constitutes a unique legal politics in Ngadas Traditional Tourist Village. This legal politics arises due to the influence of the Romodukun, although it is not unquestioningly adhered to; rather, it still considers the prevailing legal regulations.

Competition is a necessity in the business world, business actors are no stranger to competition between business actors in carrying out their business activities. This is done solely for profit. The state established the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) as a form of the state's presence in protecting business actors who have acted honestly in carrying out their business activities. This research aims to identify problems related to the duties and authorities of the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition in Indonesia and Thailand to then carry out a comparative study. The method used by researchers is a normative juridical approach. According to Soerjono Soekanto, the normative juridical approach is legal research conducted by examining literature or secondary data as the basis for research by conducting a search of regulations and literature related to the problem under study.

Forced marriage is an act that is not just a social problem but has turned into a legal problem. Marriages carried out without the consent of the prospective husband and prospective wife have the potential to cause problems in family life, and even have the potential to cause physical, psychological and sexual violence. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the importance of regulation on forced marriages to prevent family violence, especially sexual violence. Problems will be studied using normative legal research methods, with a statutory approach. The result of this study is that the presence of criminal law by criminalizing forced marriages is an effort to protect society from problems arising from forced marriages, namely the potential for violence, physical, psychological and sexual violence.

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui ketentuan hukum terkait perjanjian pekawinan menurut Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 dan Putusan MK. No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan, serta analisis hukum terhadap diperbolehkannya perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan berlangsung setelah adanya putusan MK No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian yuridis normatif, yang didukung dengan sumber data sekunder, serta dilakukan analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu Undang-Undang RI No. 1 Tahun 1974, yang telah diubah oleh Undang-Undang RI No. 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, mengatur tentang perjanjian perkawinan di Indonesia sebelum adanya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015. Dengan adanya Putusan MK No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, larangan perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan dalam Undang-Undang RI No. 1 Tahun 1974 telah dinyatakan tidak berlaku. Penetapan Nomor 80/Pdt.P/2020/PN.Ptk adalah putusan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri dalam perkara perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan. Putusan MK No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 telah memperbolehkan perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan di Indonesia dengan memberikan pemaknaan terhadap Pasal 29 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Oleh karena itu, diperbolehkannya perjanjian kawin pasca perkawinan sudah sesuai dengan putusan konstitusional tersebut. Putusan MK memiliki kekuatan hukum mengikat dan harus diikuti oleh semua lembaga peradilan, termasuk Pengadilan Negeri yang mengeluarkan Penetapan No. 80/Pdt.P/2020/PN.Ptk. Adapun saran penelitian ini adalah setelah keluarnya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 69/PUU-XIII/2015, hendaknya pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi. Diharapkan kepada hakim dalam menerima permohonan penetapan perjanjian perkawinan agar dapat memasukan point-point penting dalam pemaknaan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 69/PUU-XIII/2015 terkait dengan frasa diberlakukannya perjanjian perkawinan setelah perkawinan berlangsung

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui ketentuan hukum pengikatan hak tanggungan atas akad pembiayaan/kredit pada perbankan syariah, pelaksanaan dalam pengikatan hak tanggungan atas akad pembiayaan/kredit dibawah tangan pada perbankan syariah, serta akibat hukum terhadap pengikatan hak tanggungan atas akad pembiayaan/kredit dibawah tangan pada perbankan syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah hukum sosiologis (yuridis empiris), yang didukung dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, serta dilakukan analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa ketentuan hukum pengikatan hak tanggungan pada perbankan syariah merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1996 Tentang Hak Tanggungan Atas Tanah Beserta Benda-benda yang Berkaitan dengan Tanah. Dalam perbankan syariah, umumnya pelaksanaan pengikatan hak tanggungan atas akad pembiayaan/kredit dilakukan melalui prosedur yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Pengikatan hak tanggungan atas akad pembiayaan/kredit dibawah tangan pada perbankan syariah memiliki beberapa akibat hukum yang penting diantaranya adanya pengikatan hak tanggungan yang dibuat melalui dokumen hukum yang sah, pihak bank syariah memiliki keabsahan dan kepastian hukum terhadap jaminan yang diikatkan. Pengikatan hak tanggungan memberikan prioritas klaim terhadap objek jaminan dalam hal terjadi wanprestasi atau gagal bayar dari pihak pemohon pembiayaan. Jika terjadi sengketa terkait pengikatan hak tanggungan, pihak-pihak yang terlibat dapat mengajukan penyelesaian melalui mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang diatur oleh hukum yang berlaku. Hendaknya pemerintah dalam membuat perundang-undangan dengan lebih menyerasikan antara kebutuhan untuk menerapkan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan fasilitas yang mendukung agar dalam pelaksanaannya peraturan perundang-undangan yang diatur oleh pemerintah tidak memberatkan masyarakat. Sebaiknya Bank Syariah membuat akad pembiayaan yang didasarkan pada akta autentik untuk mengantisipasi risiko apabila ada perselisihan dikemudian hari.
