Abstract

Technological developments have shaped internet-based markets around the world. This internet- based market has supported many industries, one of which is the automotive industry. The automotive industry is an important component in the country's economic growth. This paper focuses on electronic supply chain management or e-SCM in the automotive industry and the impact of implementing e-SCM on organizations. The method used by the author is a literature review method where the author searches and studies journals, both national and international on the internet. The results of several journals found that ease of use and perceived usefulness influence the adoption of e-SCM systems in organizations. It was concluded that, perceived usefulness and ease of application of e-SCM technology can improve performance in the automotive industry.

Abstract

The public service system engaged in self-service, for example, is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). However, the service system provided by PT. The Persero in the field conditions are still found to be lacking, so that many consumers complain about the services provided. This condition is caused by the many competitors engaged in shipping services that offer guaranteed package delivery, wider coverage, accuracy and speed to arrive at the destination city and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the delivery of Persero packages at the Sibolga City branch of 22500. The results of this study are that there is an increase in the delivery target each year starting from 2018-2021. The conclusion is the service system provided by PT. Pos Indonesia, the Sibolga City branch, has provided quite good service to consumers. Then in terms of the facilities and infrastructure in the place, it is also good. These facilities and infrastructure are included in the physical evidence indicators. Furthermore, in terms of responsiveness indicators explained that employees always provide various kinds of information at PT. Pos Indonesia Sibolga City branch to consumers. So that the average consumer who came to the place gave a positive response to the services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Sibolga City branch..

Abstract

PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is a social insurance company that prioritizes services to the community, especially those who are victims of traffic accidents and general passengers. PT Jasa Raharja as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides basic compensation and protection to the community, especially to victims of accidents on public passenger transportation and road traffic. Based on Law Number 33 of 1964 concerning the Mandatory Passenger Accident Insurance Fund and Law Number 34 of 1964 concerning Road Traffic Accident Funds, apart from providing basic protection to victims of passenger and road traffic accidents, Jasa Raharja's main task is also to collect and manage funds. community to meet people about compensation rights. This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) in providing insurance compensation for victims of traffic accidents and public transport passengers at the North Sumatra branch office has operated effectively and efficiently in accordance with Laws Number 33 and 34 of 1964.

Abstract

In this study,the researchers focused on the Family Hope Program (PKH),especially in the Social service office of Mandailing Natal regency,which is one of the policies to overcome poverty. In 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 the poverty rate in Mandailing Natal regency is not static but fluctuating according to changes in components and can change because there is such a thing as natural graduating and independent graduation, but in 2021 the poverty rate has decreased,namely from 19.409 to 17,107 in 2022. The disbursement of PKH assistance funds is carried out 4 (four) times in a year. The amount received by KPM per year varies according to the KPM component to can change at each stage starting from Rp. 900.000 – Rp. 9.200.000 per year or if there are Rp. 225.000, Rp. 375.000 and Rp. 600.000 umtil there is Rp. 2.300.000 per stage or per three years. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of social assistance for the family of hope program in Dinas Social Mandailing Natal regency and to analyze the inhibiting factors for its implementation and the efforts made to overcome these inhibiting factors. The method used is descriptive research With technical qualitative descriptive analysis. The object of this research is to analizyze the accountability of the distribution poof PKH at the DINSOS of Mandailing Natal regency, the subject of thisresearch is KORKAB PKH. This research was counducted at the Social service of Mandailing Natalregency. The type of data used by researchers in this study is primary data. With data sources in the from of books,literature,documentztion results,observations (observations) by looking at PKH records from 2019 to 2022,and direct interview with Mr. Aswan Lubis as KORKAB PKH at the social service of Mandailing Natal regency. The results showed that the Accountability for the distribution of social assistance for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Dinas Social Mandailing Natal regency had not been effective. Based on the research conducted, it can be councluded that the distribution of social assistance for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Dinas Sosial Mandailing Natal regency has not been effective and improvements are still needed in several indicators such as the accuracy of targeting beneficiaries according to the criteria for recipients of assistance,timeliness of assistance to the recipients, skills of recipients assistance to use the e-PKH application

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia with career path as an intervening variable. In this study, the population taken were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia. The sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. This study used as many as 50 samples. The researcher applies the SmartPLS data analysis technique. After the research results are obtained, it can be seen that competence affects performance, training affects performance, career path affects performance, competence affects career path, training affects career path, career path has a weak influence on performance.

Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard is a contemporary management tool used to boost an organization's ability to multiply financial performance. The use of the balanced scorecard in management promises a significant increase in the organization's ability to create wealth. The objectives of the BSC can be achieved through the cooperation of organizational institutions that always carry out an assessment of the institution itself, both in the field of services and in the facilities provided. Ensuring to maintain harmony between employees in carrying out their work, because it is one of the important factors for the survival of an institution. The advantage of the BSC is that it can provide a measure that can be used as a basis for strategic improvement. The purpose of this study is to discuss whether the perspective in the Balanced Scorecard has an effect on the performance of the Amil Zakat Infaq Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Medan City. This research was conducted using statistical methods. The results of this study were processed using the SPSS 26.0 program. This study showed that based on (t test) it was stated that the financial perspective had a positive effect on LAZISMU performance with a significance of 0.031 < 0.05. The customer perspective has a positive effect on the performance of LAZISMU with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. The internal business process perspective has a positive effect on the performance of LAZISMU with a significance of 0.026 < 0.05. The perspective of growth and learning has a positive effect on the performance of LAZISMU with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

PUD is a legal entity in which there are business activities based on regulations made by the local area. PUD (Regional Public Company) is one of the BUMDs where the capital is wholly owned by a region. This research is useful for reviewing the role of Medan market PUD in market management in Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the role of PUD in market management in Medan is running well. However, there are several things that need to be improved, such as market management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification, halal awareness, product quality and price on consumer buying interest. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 3,000 with a sample of 97. The sampling method was simple random sampling technique. This study uses primary data, with multiple linear regression data analysis method using SPSS 15. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of halal certification is 0.045 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 2.030 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table). The second hypothesis test shows a significant halal awareness of 0.002 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 3.626 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the third hypothesis shows a significant product quality 0.006 (sig < 0.05) with a t-value -count 2.812 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the fourth hypothesis is significant 0.910 (sig > 0.05) with t-count value -0.113 < 1.986 (t-count < t-table). Based on the results of the fifth hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value is 0.000 (sig < 0.05) with an f-count value of 32.542 > f-table 2.471. The results of this study indicate that Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, Product Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Credit sales are one of the ways companies do to expand and enlarge sales results. The company made credit sales which then resulted in receivables. The purpose of this research is to find out the sales process that occurs in the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Silaupiasa, Asahan Regency. Sales made by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Silaupiasa, Asahan Regency, namely sales on credit, is a policy carried out by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Silaupiasa, Asahan Regency to customers, with the aim of increasing sales volume. While the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Silaupiasa Asahan Regency itself uses the method of recording losses, namely by using the accrual basis method in accounting records in accordance with SAK-ETAP, this aims to minimize losses that usually occur. In addition, in the accrual basis method in accordance with SAK-ETAP, an estimate of the amount of losses on receivables that is charged to the customer in question is carried out at the end.

Abstract

Abstract A financial information system is an information system designed to provide information about money options for users throughout the company. The financial information system is part of the MIS which is used to solve corporate financial problems. In general, the financial information system has an income system consisting of a data processing subsystem supported by an internal audit subsystem that provides internal data and information. For large companies it usually has staff internal auditors. Like other subsystems, this system is also equipped with the financial intelligence subsystem, which collects information from the environment.
