Abstract

Problems: Shopee is the most visited e-commerce and has many strategies in marketing, one of which is to create a Shopee affiliate program that can help mutually benefit online stores and affiliates. Currently, the shopee affiliate is a job that is in great demand so that it can benefit online shops at shopee Purpose: The purpose of this study was to to find out the marketing communication strategy of the Shopee Affiliator in promoting the product. Methodology: The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies and in this study there were five informants. Results/Findings: The results of this study indicate that in promoting products, shopee affiliates do not apply several elements of the promotion mix, namely, affiliates do not advertise for a fee, focus on uploading content on Instagram by paying attention to the best time to post, uploaded content in the form of video types, sharing links according to follower requests which are then sent or shared via instastory and direct messages as a direct application. Abstract

Problem: Due to the current globalization, regional languages are decreasing and even some regional languages have been declared extinct. One of the endangered languages is Banten Javanese. Regional languages are mother tongues whose existence is very close to the existence of ethnic groups that give birth and use the language, therefore efforts are needed in maintaining regional languages, one of which is public policy. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy of Serang Mayor Regulation Number 12 of 2014 concerning the Protection, Development and Development of Banten Javanese Language and Literature Methodology: Research Method in this article, using library research is a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories derived from various kinds of published literature. Research Findings/Results: The results of this study show that based on policy evaluation criteria according to William N Dunn only three criteria have been achieved while the other three criteria have not been achieved optimally. Abstract

Problems: The North Natuna Sea has emerged as a point of contention between China and Indonesia. This research delves into the ambiguity and potential conflict within China's response to Indonesia's actions in the region. Purpose: This research aims to examine China's response to Indonesia's North Natuna Sea policies. And also Investigate Indonesia's policy regarding North Natuna Sea map issuance. Methodology: Qualitative research methods are employed, primarily involving an extensive review of existing literature. The analysis relies on a descriptive approach, drawing from foreign policy theory and geopolitical theory. Results/Findings: Indonesia's bold move in 2017, Indonesia officially inaugurated the North Natuna Sea Map. Objectives were clear, demarcate territorial boundaries, maximize resource utilization, and advance maritime ambitions. There is China's Ambiguous Response that took three forms. Coercive Response, China asserted dominance via the controversial Nine Dash Line and military force deployment within Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) in the North Natuna Sea. Persuasive Response, Diplomatically, China argued for South China Sea sovereignty, including the Nansha Islands and their waters. President Xi Jinping advocated mutual respect among neighboring countries. Dialogic Response, China engaged in diplomatic dialogues through forums like ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and ASEAN-China Political Consultative Mechanism (PCM) to reduce regional tensions, seeking mutual agreements.Bottom of Form Paper Type: Geopolitical Issue Keywords: North Natuna Sea, UNLCOS, ZEE

Abstract

Problems: Government policy on equalizing the Islamic boarding school education system with equivalent educational entities or muaddalah raises concerns among the pesantren community that the essence and distinctive nature of religious education, which has been the identity of pesantren for years, may undergo changes. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to depict the ability of the Islamic boarding school education system to adapt to the evolution of government policies, transitioning from marginalization and discrimination against pesantren to recognition as religious educational institutions. This transformation ultimately leads to achieving the level of equality (muaddalah) as formal educational entities in Indonesia Methodology: The research is conducted using a quantitative approach with a case study design on the adaptation mechanisms of the education system at Pondok Gontor, East Java, towards muaddalah policies. Results/Findings: The results of this research indicate that the institutional approach illustrates that educational institutions are entities with formal and rational management structures but have loose connections in educational activities. Policy alignment is carried out innovatively and dynamically, where the education system of Kulliyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyah (KMI) officially adopts accreditation mechanisms, management evaluation, teacher qualifications, curriculum standards, and educational infrastructure in accordance with government policies. Nevertheless, the commitment as an educational institution, a place where students study religious knowledge (tafaqquh fi ad-din), shape the character of students, and enhance skills to contribute to societal progress, remains steadfast and unchanged. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality, learning quality, and word of mouth influence parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School in Bojonegara Sub-District. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The sampling method used was probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 72 parents of students at Tunggak Elementary School. The results of the research indicate that 1) service quality significantly influences parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School, 2) learning quality significantly influences parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School, 3) word of mouth significantly influences parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School, 4) service quality, learning quality, and word of mouth together significantly influence parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that service quality, learning quality, and word of mouth have a parcial and simultaneous influence on parents' decisions to choose Tunggak Elementary School. Abstract

Problems: Forced bakso making in a family neighborhood when you want to make a bakso is to go to a grinding place with a mixture that has to follow the grinder can not suit the taste of a household that allows its own mixture and then back home to print with a manual hand that is quite time-consuming on the journey from market to home that maybe a meat grinder does not necessarily exist in all traditional markets. Then it is necessary to simplify the time by making it all possible to do at one point. It is not necessary to go to a place that can do the grinding and mixing of the dough. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the timing of the process of making a printing tool. Methodology: The method used is the stopwatch method, this method is done by measuring time through observation and recording the working times for each cycle using the tools that have been prepared for which time data is then calculated in real time. Results/Findings: The results of this study showed the calculation of raw time using the stop-hour method of the long raw time required in the process of manufacture of a base printer 12.67 minutes. The duration of the raw time is obtained from the cumulative raw time of each work operation undertaken at the time of manufaction of the base printers. Paper Type: research

Abstract

Problem: Family life is the foundation of society where individuals unite in love and responsibility to create a safe environment for the development of children. In this context, the role of parents is very important, because it has a big impact on children's physical, emotional, and social aspects. In this discussion, the importance of the role of parents in shaping children's futures will be explored. Children have special needs and protections under criminal law, with specific age limits defining their status as minors. Crimes against minors, such as sexual abuse, are a serious problem because children are still vulnerable and less able to protect themselves. The case of sexual abuse by a biological father against a biological child in the decision of the District Court of the Republic of Indonesia resulted in criminal sanctions based on the child protection law. This punishment reflects legal efforts to protect children's rights and provide appropriate sanctions to perpetrators. Purpose: The aim of this research is to understand how criminal sanctions are applied to perpetrators of sexual abuse by biological fathers of underage biological children based on the Child Protection Law. Methodolgy: This research uses a doctrinal approach which is normative in nature, or normative juridical legal research, or normative legal research which is basically an activity that will research aspects to resolve a problem that exists within the internet of positive law Keywords: Criminal Act, Obscenity, Sexual Violence
