Abstract

This study aims to find out how the business description of CV. Zam-Zam Collection so far and the possibility of developing the hijab business are seen from the financial aspect. The data obtained from this study are quantitative data in the form of primary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with respondents (the owner of CV. Zam-Zam Collection) using structured interview text that has been prepared. While secondary data are obtained from literature studies, reports, and other literature relating to this research as well as institutions or agencies involved in research such as the statistical body of the statistics. This research tool is Microsoft Excel. Technical analysis of the data used is investment analysis which from the calculation gets the following results: Payback Period shows that the Payback Period is 3 years 8 days. The Average Rate of Return shows that the Average Profit level is 2,14%. Net Present Value obtained a positive value of Rp. 64,047,828. From the Internal Rate of Return method, an interest rate of 27,4% is greater than the specified interest rate of 20%. While the Profitability Index method shows the results obtained greater than 1 which is equal to 1,21. From the calculation of these five methods, it can be said that the business of CV. Zam-Zam Collection is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

In this study, a case study method was used to analyze the factors of employee retention aimed specifically at the millennial generation born between 1983 - 2000, or those under 36 years who worked at PT. XYZ This is because at this time the trend of 'turn over' of millennial generation employees is increasing, supported by secondary data from HRD which is quite large at around 14.3%. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire with Likert scale calculations, and using descriptive interview techniques, namely interview techniques by making approaches. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. XYZ numbered 80 respondents representing various divisions and departments.

Abstract

Technological developments that are increasingly rapid and advanced continuously pose challenges for business people, who must learn to use technology in addition to understanding how to meet changing consumer needs, because consumers play an active role in marketing. Companies can face changing environmental conditions that are constantly changing, they must be able to formulate long-term strategies. This is competition and competition to market someone's product which is important in the world of marketing and competition. The aim is to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase Carvil Casual Shoes for ITMI Medan students. The results that have been researched are that the quality of the product partially does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price partially has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotion partially does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for casual Carvil shoes for ITMI Medan students. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the Adjusted R Square value = 0.319, meaning that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables of 31.9%, while the remaining 68.1% can be explained by the other variables. other variables.

Abstract

dengan adanya Covid-19 ini merubah sistem pembelajaran yang semula konvensional menjadi daring dengan menggunakan tekhnologi digital seperti e-learning, google meet, google classroom, zoom, whatsapp. Banyak kendala yang ditemukan di dalam metode ini, seperti sinyal yang tak memadai, pemahaman tekhnologi yang kurang dsb. Hal ini disebabkan karena metode pembelajaran berbasis daring baru diterapkan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Para pelaku dunia pendidikan dituntut agar bisa beradaptasi dengan keadaan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the performance of employees based on Total Quality Management at Makassar Sulselbar Bank. This research is a qualitative research using a symbolic approach using informant sampling techniques. Location of the study was at the Makassar Bank Sulsebar Office The results of this study indicate the services provided by Bank Sulselbar are good. This can be seen by the type of services provided, starting from the aspect of Focusing on the Process (Process-centered) in terms of the availability of the products offered to the continuous improvement in aspects of management style in improving the quality that is seen from the maximum SOP of the services provided to customers with customer satisfaction and make customers feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. In improving the quality of its services to customers, the management and units of Bank Sulselbar try as much as possible in implementing several aspects of TQM. I This is evidenced by several aspects of the characteristics of TQM that have been applied at Bank Sulselbar such as the focus on customers, communication created in harmony, style management that has been running optimally, the implementation of the vision and mission that has also been implemented well, the unity of purpose and the involvement and empowerment of employees.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect Return on Assets (ROA) ratio, Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Sertificate Bank Of Indonesia (SBI) towards lending to Goverment Banks and Foreign Bank. The independent variable consists of ROA, BOPO, NPL and SBI while the dependent variable is credit distribution. The population in this study are 4 Goverment Banks and 9 Foreign Bank. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with a sample of 13 banks in accordance with certain criteria. Data analysis method uses linear multiple regression with calculations using the SPSS program. The results showed that ROA, BOPO, NPL and SBI had a negative and significant effect on credit distribution.
