Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah suku bunga dan ekuitas sebagai indikator pembantu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan di Indonesia dengan mengacu pada studi kasus perbankan di Amerika. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Semua data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam bentuk laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI. Data diuji menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda, uji simultan (uji f), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suku bunga dan ekuitas terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle on product purchasing decisions at Kopilogy Café in Garut Regency in Leles District. The method used is to describe the results of the research using the causal method. The population is the people in Leles District. The technique used is to determine the special characteristics of the respondents. The characteristics are that the people of Leles District have bought products at Café Kopilogy. The tool used to analyze the data is SPSS. The data collection technique used was to distribute questionnaires to the people of Leles District who had visited Café Kopilogy, Garut Regency. It can be seen that the Lifestyle variable is considered good by the respondents. Lifestyle is a benchmark for someone in Purchasing Decisions because all actions taken by consumers are based on Activities, Opinions and Interests, even though there are low ratings from respondents in terms of Products at Café Kopilogy, but overall Lifestyle can influence Purchase Decisions with that seems to have gotten enough attention from respondents who are Leles District Communities. Based on the results and analysis of data and discussion, it can be seen that there is an effect of lifestyle on product purchasing decisions at Café Kopilogy, Garut Regency.

Abstract

UMKM Paramuda Olahan Jaya is a business engaged in food processing of beef raw materials. So far, the business has collaborated with 6 permanent suppliers but there is a problem of rejected goods on the receipt of beef raw materials so that it disrupts the production process. The purpose of this study is to assess performance based on 5 criteria and 10 selected sub-criteria so as to get alternative proposals for indicators of purchasing raw materials and potential suppliers. The methods used by researchers in conducting performance assessments are AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Proces) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Ideal Similarity). The results of data processing analysis using the AHP method show that there are 5 criteria that the quality criteria get the largest weight of 0.28 (28%) and 10 sub-criteria that the quality consistency of specification conformity has the largest weight of 0.51 (51%), while the results of the TOPSIS method calculation produce a solutive preference value for alternative suppliers, namely Kapita Meat getting the highest result of 0.67. Then the calculation results become a proposal in choosing the best purchasing process indicators and supplier performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of institutional ownership and capital intensity moderated by company size on tax avoidance. The independent variables used in this study are institutional ownership and capital intensity. The dependent variable used in this study is tax avoidance. The moderating variable in this study is the size of the company. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official websites of each company. The population in this study consists of 68 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. With the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 17 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was obtained. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Indonesia, particularly among the younger generation, is a trending topic as young entrepreneurs compete to present innovative ideas for success in domestic and international markets. This article discusses the readiness of the younger generation to face global entrepreneurial challenges at BumDes. This research aims to assess how prepared the younger generation is to confront the challenges of global entrepreneurship at BumDes, to enhance the spirit of sociopreneurship. This research was carried out using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through a literature study, which is a technique for collecting and analyzing data originating from various relevant literature sources or documents. This research explores the concept of global entrepreneurship, the younger generation and global entrepreneurship, trends and case studies of the younger generation in global entrepreneurship, the sustainability of social entrepreneurship, obstacles to the readiness of the younger generation in facing global entrepreneurial challenges, and the efforts of the younger generation in facing global entrepreneurial challenges that require synergy, parties, and fields. The development of entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and behavior in the younger generation is one of the basic needs and important requirements for the Indonesian nation; therefore, this research can offer helpful conclusions for the government, educational institutions, and other stakeholders in supporting the entrepreneurial development of the younger generation. Abstract

This analysis aims to evaluate the consumerist influence of online shopping through the Shopee e-commerce platform on students of the Faculty of Economics at UIN Malang. This research aims to understand the extent of consumer tendencies and their impact on the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, UIN Malang. The research method used is a questionnaire or survey, with a target sample representing students of the Faculty of Economics at UIN Malang for the academic years 2019-2022. The research results show a significant influence of online shopping consumption through Shopee on students of the Faculty of Economics at UIN Malang. Factors such as ease of access, promotional offers, convenience, product variety, and social influence play an important role in driving consumer behavior. However, it is important to remember that such consumerism can have negative financial consequences if not managed properly, which can lead to financial difficulties in the future.

Abstract

Firm value is defined as the investor's view of the company's level of success in managing company resources. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of free cash flow and company size on company value with debt policy as an intervening variable. The population in this study was transportation and logistics sector companies registered on the IDX using purposive sampling. The sample used in this research was 17 companies. The way to test the influence between variables is to test panel data regression analysis and path analysis. The research results show that free cash flow and company size do not affect company value. Free cash flow and company size do not affect debt policy. The intervening variable, debt policy, cannot mediate the influence of free cash flow and company size on debt policy. Companies in the transportation and logistics sector need to increase their free cash flow and optimize their asset numbers to attract investors' attention, which can influence investment decisions and indicate an increase in company value.

Abstract

In today's marketing world, competition between companies is no longer about product competition but rather seeking positive perceptions from consumers. Company reputation is a form of consumer perception, evaluation or assessment of the company's attributes or capabilities based on their reactions to the use of products and services, services as well as interaction and communication with the company so as to form an image of past conditions and future prospects. This research aims to analyze company reputation using stewardship and signaling theory. The dependent variable in this research is company reputation, while the independent variables in the research are Current Ratio, Debt o Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity. This research uses a sample of Real Estate and Property Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data was collected using purposive sampling and tested using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. From the results of statistical testing it can be concluded that the Current Ratio has no effect on Company Reputation, the Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on Company Reputation, Return on Equity has an effect on Company Reputation.

Abstract

This article is prepared with an effort focused on analyzing how BSI Bank Islamic financial institutions empower MSMEs through the sharia KUR acceptance program. The process of collecting data and information for writing this article adapts qualitative research methods through literature study techniques using books, articles, and scientific papers that are accessed electronically. Some of these data and information sources are accessed because they contain discussions that are in accordance with the topic. The data is then reduced to be classified and concluded in accordance with the subject matter of discussion contained in this article. The results of the discussion regarding the acceptance of the sharia KUR program on the empowerment of MSMEs. That the sharia KUR program can run smoothly and effectively. In accordance with several aspects stipulated in the sharia KUR program. The development of the sharia KUR program can increase sustainable growth and development for MSME business actors. The provision of capital as a matter that greatly affects the sustainability of the MSME business is also very effective. The sharia KUR program is beneficial for the growth and improvement of MSMEs; in addition to that, Yakini can also minimize the unemployment rate and expand new business fields or start new businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, transfer pricing, and capital intensity on tax avoidance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research population consists of 92 companies, with a sample of 35 companies selected based on specific criteria. The sample includes companies listed on the IDX during the 2021-2023 period, using Rupiah as the currency in their financial statements, and having submitted annual financial reports containing relevant data and information for this study. Additionally, the financial statements used have been audited and accompanied by an independent auditor's report. The sampling method employed in this study is purposive sampling, while the data collection method is documentation, which involves gathering materials or data related to the research object. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that capital intensity has the strongest influence on tax avoidance. Capital intensity has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2021-2023 period. Meanwhile, profitability has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance, meaning that the higher the profitability of a company, the lower its level of tax avoidance. A similar pattern is observed in transfer pricing, where the study results show that transfer pricing has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance in the property and real estate sub-sector companies during the same period.
