The aim of this research is to describe the knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers for women of childbearing age who do not yet use contraception. This research uses a descriptive research method with a purposive sampling technique. This research was carried out in the UPTD area of East Denpasar Community Health Center 1 in collaboration with enumerators. The attitudes of women of childbearing age are positive and negative, influenced by myths, cultural beliefs, concerns about side effects, and the bad experiences of other people. Support from health workers has been supportive, but education and effective communication for women of childbearing age needs to be increased. It is recommended that the Puskesmas carry out regular evaluations of outreach activities, so that all WUS can receive more optimal services

The results showed that the majority of female adolescents did not experience CED (61%) and had sufficient nutritional knowledge (66.1%). The results of the statistical analysis test using Kendall-tau b showed that from 59 samples a significant value (p) of 0.036 (p 0.05) was obtained, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about nutrition and the incidence of CED. increase the awareness and knowledge of nutrition through encouragement from people surround, especially family; schools; and health workers in the form of counseling on nutrition and CED. Abstract

Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) is a form of community-based health service aimed at improving health status, particularly for toddlers, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. One of the challenges in managing Posyandu is increasing the number of toddler visits and the activity level of cadres in delivering services. Low toddler visit rates and inactive cadres are common issues faced by Posyandu. The success of Posyandu often depends on the active role of cadres, who are the main drivers of Posyandu activities. The success of Posyandu is significantly influenced by the participation of active and competent cadres. In response to this challenge, Nganguk Village created the "KITA OKE" Posyandu innovation. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between Posyandu innovation, cadre activity, and toddler visits. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach and a saturated sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are included as the research sample. As a result, all 40 cadres were selected as respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observations during Posyandu sessions. Statistical data analysis in this study employed the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of innovation at Posyandu positively correlates with cadre activity but does not directly affect toddler visit rates. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between innovation and cadre activity, but there is no relationship between Posyandu innovation and toddler visits.

Abstract

Anemia during pregnancy is often referred to as a "potential danger to mother and child," meaning it poses a significant risk to both. The effects of anemia during pregnancy include hemorrhage, miscarriage, and preterm birth. In fetuses, it can lead to neonatal death, low birth weight, and heart disease. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia is 48.9%. Pregnant women are advised to consume at least 90 iron (Fe) tablets throughout pregnancy. Proper consumption of iron tablets involves avoiding tea and coffee while taking them, as these beverages can inhibit iron absorption. Factors influencing anemia include compliance with iron tablet consumption and the frequency of antenatal care visits. This study aims to examine the role of Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) in supporting the integration of primary healthcare services to prevent anemia during pregnancy. It employed qualitative research method and involved research participants, including key informants (midwives and health cadres) and supporting informants (pregnant women). Data were collected using a purposive sampling technique and in-depth interviews, with interview guidelines and a voice recorder as research instruments. Data analysis followed several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Posyandu plays a crucial role in preventing anemia during pregnancy at Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Berbah. Its roles include encouraging antenatal care visits, promoting Posyandu attendance, providing health and nutrition education, detecting anemia risk early among pregnant women, referring cases to healthcare facilities, and monitoring behavioral compliance.

The number of samples was 26 samples in the treatment group and 26 samples in the conventional control group that met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with interview data collection techniques. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the Independent t-test. The results of this study showed that P Value 0.000 0.05 this shows that there is an effect of oxytocin massage therapy on postpartum cesarean section with breastfeeding in early neonate.
