Abstract

The basic principle of media coverage, now almost no longer a commander of the community, because the insistence of various economic interests and business. Especially in the world of television, which is more visible to highlight its role as a capital-intensive industry and profitable pursuit. Some assume that news and television shows are always the truths that are worth imitating. Unfortunately, it is not only about the goodness that is imitated but also the 'recording' of the bad image and the evil of an impression. Media impressions can inspire. Not only the positive one but also the bad. The good and the bad are comparable and have the right to both be watched and imitate. The impact of imitation is what gives rise to different risks, can be good and evil. A media impression can be a good and inspiring mentor of good deeds. Conversely often also become a tutor in a crime. One function of the media is to educate, therefore through the news that is not only a matter of fact but also think of the impact that will be generated is the best method of education by the media as an effort to reduce crime.

Abstract

Violence is not only done physically but can also be symbolic. Symbolic violence is the meaning, logic and beliefs that are biased but subtly and vaguely imposed on the other as true. Symbolic violence is based on a long-established and socially long-standing social expectations and beliefs. Coercion is done smoothly and vaguely so that the public does not realize and feel it as coercion. By hiding the violence, it is hoped that the symbolic violence can be accepted by the audience as something reasonable. Symbolic violence by the media in the form of language, symbols, text, images, and other mass media attributes. Mass media is able to form labeling, stigma, new discourse in society by doing such symbolic violence. The worst thing is that perpetrators and victims of symbolic violence are not aware of the spread of this "crime". Finally, symbolic violence is perpetuated in society and is even considered to be legitimate.

Abstract

The positive law or legal positivism which among others imposed in Indonesia, separates expressly between law and morals or between applicable law and the supposed law (das sein and das sollen). In the positivist attitude, there is no other law except the command of the lawgivers. Even part of the flow of positive law is known as legism, which argues that law is identical with the law. The term white collar crime was coined by Edwin Sutherland in 1993 described as a crime committed by business-related individuals or a top-class socioe-conomic. This paper is intended to examine the positive law enforcement and try to offer legal action against white collar crime in Indonesia, especially by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which is increasingly facing serious obstacles from unexpected or suspected white-collar criminals, especially which has political power. This study is a document study as one form of qualitative research that gives greater space to subjective considerations of researchers when compared with quantitative research. Therefore this paper is limited to offering ideas, not a comprehensive study that considers relevant aspects. The data used are secondary, both from books and mass media coverage.

The central bank of Indonesia has the authorities as a regulator and oversees the commercial banks in Indonesia. One of the authorities of Bank Indonesia is to minimize the risks from the banking world which in turn can protect the people who deposit their funds in banks. One of the most vulnerable banking risks is the problem of bad debts. The problem of bad debts psychologically it can cause concern both from the side of bankers and from debtors. Banks should be careful in giving credit, while for the debtors may be reluctant to apply for credit to the bank because the worry is considered stuck. In this study will examine the subject matter through the normative-empirical approach (socio legal) ie research of legislation (legal studies), which uses empirical studies with social science methodological approach. Normative approach is done to analyze the legal system related to bad credit. While the empirical approach is done to determine the causes of bad loans from the perspective of people who receive credit, and how the regulations have been implemented to deal with bad debts.
