This study aims is to investigate the lifestyle of teenagers, the use of ginger cosmetics, and the effect of teenage lifestyle using ginger cosmetics cream in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh. The population of this study are 50 girls in Nagari Pitalah. The sample in this study 30 people using random sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire with 52 items of statements. Data analysis used SPSS version 20.00 program. The study of the resu1ts can be conc1uded that 1) the youth lifestyle in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh District with a respondent's achievement level of 67.9% is in the sufficient category, 2) the use of whitening cream for ginger in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh District with a respondent's achievement level of 67.8% is in the sufficient category 3) there is a lifestyle influence on the use of ginger whitening cream because tcount> t table (9.272> 2.042) with a contribution of 75.4%. Suggestions in this study are 1) For researchers, to research more deeply about the lifestyle that can affect the use of ginger whitening cream, 2) For adolescents, this research is in order to increase adolescent knowledge about the use of ginger whitening cream, 3) For majors, research This is so that it can be used as an additional reference for the Libraries in the Makeup Study Program and the Faculty of Tourism, Padang State University which researches the lifestyle and use of whitening creams.

Saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) can be used as the main ingredient in making face toners because saffron flower pistils (Crocus Sativus) contain Vitamin C, Zinc and Flavonoids which can be used as an alternative ingredient for facial skin care. This study aims to a) To analyze how the traditional saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) facial toner is made for facial skin care. b) To analyze the appropriateness of the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) facial toner, it was seen from the content of Vitamin C, Zinc and Flavonoids found in the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus). c) To analyze the appropriateness of the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) facial toner preparation seen from the aroma, absorption, color and preferences of the panelists. This type of research is experimental. The place to test the content of B-Carotene, Flavonoids, and Lycopene contained in the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) facial toner was conducted at the FMIPA UNP Laboratory. And the place to do the argonoleptic test was done at the Laboratory of the Cosmetology and Beauty Study Program of UNP. The object of research is the Saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) which is made into a face toner for facial skin care, the ingredients contained in the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) facial toner for facial skin care, and its organoleptic properties. Face toner preparations include aroma, absorption, color and preferences of panelists (hedonic test. Data sources from observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Panelists as many as 7 people. Descriptive data analysis technique by displaying statistics and frequency. Based on the results of the research, it was found that 1.41% of the saffron flower pistil (Crocus Sativus) face toner was made in this study. Based on the organoleptic test, it showed that the aroma, color and preferences of the panelists had a fairly high level of assessment, while the absorption rate had a low rating because the absorption power of the saffron flower's pistil face toner was not absorbed into the facial skin. It is suggested to the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, that the results of this study can be used as input and reference for lecture materials in the cosmetology course that saffron flower pistils (Crocus Sativus) can be used as a face toner as a traditional cosmetic for facial skin care.

Alis merupakan bingkai dari wajah yang sangat penting peranannya dalam riasan wajah. Bentuk alis ada bermacam – macam diantaranya yang sedang trend yaitu seperti alis bold yang dibentuk dengan goresan tegas yang dapat memberikan kesan alis mata tampak lebih tajam, selain dari itu saat ini juga ada trend alis tipis yang dibentuk dengan goresan-goresan halus yang dapat memberikan kesan alis mata tampak lebih lembut dan natural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk a) Menganalisis hasil pengaplikasian teknik alis bold pada tata rias wajah pengantin padang), b) Menganalisis hasil pengaplikasian teknik alis serat pada tata rias wajah pengantindan c) Menganalisis hasil perlakuan dari kelompok 1 (pengaplikasian teknik alis bold pada tata rias wajah pengantin padang) dan kelompok 2 (pengaplikasian teknik alis serat pada tata rias pengantin padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Ekperimental. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tata rias dan kecantikan dengan 6 sampel dan 7 panelis. Teknik pengambilan data adalah metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data deskriptif dengan menampilkan nilai mean, standar deviasi, minimum dan maksimum. Analisa bivariat dengan uji independent sample- t-test dengan kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil pada pengaplikasian alis bold dengan indikatornya yaitu dari aspek tidak terdapat perbandingan pada aspek kerapian bentuk alis, kesesuaian bentuk alis dan kesukaan observer dan terdapat perbandingan pada aspek kehalusan bentuk alis pada teknik pengaplikasian alis bold dengan teknik alis serat pada tata rias wajah pengantin padang.

Penyebab munculnya permasalahan kesehatan rambut membuat sebagian wanita terkadang malas menggunakan jilbab dengan alasan penggunaan jilbab dapat menyebabkan munculnya ketombe, kerontokan, rambut patah, bercabang, berbau dan lepek. Melakukan perawatan rambut akan membuat rambut tetap bersih, sehat dan kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan: a) mendeskripsikan perawatan rambut, b) mendeskripsikan kesehatan rambut c) mendeskripsikan hubungan antara perawatan rambut yang dilakukan dengan kesehatan rambut mahasiswi yang menggunakan jilbab di Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan FPP UNP. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian ini diadakan pada tanggal 20 Jan- 3 Feb 2020 di Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan angkatan 2017 dan 2018 dengan 70 sampel dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data adalah menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang disesuaikan dalam bentuk skala Likert yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Tingkat pencapaian responden sebesar 76,31% dengan kategori perawatan rambut penggunan jilbab adalah sedang, Tingkat pencapaian responden sebesar 84,23% dengan kategori kesehatan rambut adalah tinggi dan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara perawatan dengan kesehatan rambut mahasiswi yang menggunakan jilbab dengan nilai korelasi 0,339 dan nilai sig 0,004<0,05. Disarankan bagi mahasiswi agar mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan rambut khususnya pada pengguna jilbab, hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan mencari informasi sebanyak mungkin bisa melalui browsing internet atau bertanya langsung pada dosen pada saat perkuliahan berlangsung

Cut crease is usually applied with light colors to strengthen the eyes. Foundation application technique as the basis of using cut crease with eyeshadow application to emphasize the folds of this eye will give a greater dimension and eye effect. This study aims to a) Analyze the results of application without foundation as the basis of using cut crease techniques against the makeup results of Sundanese Brides, b) Analyzing the results of foundation application as the basis of using cut crease techniques against the makeup results of Sundanese Brides and c) Analyzing the differences in the influence of application without foundation and with foundation as the basis of using cut crease techniques against the makeup results of Sundanese Princess brides.This type of research is pre-experimental design. The population of this study is a student of Padang State University with an age range of 19 years to 23 years, has a close to normal eye shape and has a normal skin type that has no allergy to cosmetics with 6 samples and 7 panelists. Data retrieval technique is purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistic techniques with percentages and t-tests to describe hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study seen from 3 people sampled in the group without foundation application of the aspect of sharpness of eyeshadow color obtained an average of 2.1414 categories less clear, aspects of the impression of eyelid shape obtained an average of 2.3329 categories less formed and aspects of favorite observers averaged 2.1886 categories less likes. Furthermore, the results of the study were seen from 3 people sampled in the group with foundation application of the aspect of sharpness of eyeshadow color obtained an average of 3.5729 categories very clearly, aspects of the impression of eyelid shape obtained an average of 3.2843 categories formed and aspects of favorite observers averaged 3.1886 categories likes. There is a difference in the sharpness of the eyeshadow color without foundation and with foundation, the value p = 0.000 (p<0.05), there is a difference in the impression of the shape of the eyelids without foundation and with foundation, the value p = 0.003 (p<0.05) and there is a difference in the preference of observers without foundation and with foundation, the value p = 0.002 (p<0.05). It is recommended for makeup and beauty students to be able to apply foundation as the basis of using cut crease technique to make up sundanese bride's makeup.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan kreativitas siswa dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran penataan dan pembuatan sanggul tradisional siswa jurusan Tata Kecantikan Rambut SMK Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII jurusan Tata Kecantikan Rambut SMK N 3 Payakumbuh yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran tata rambut tradisional dan berkreasi 40 orang, dengan teknik total sampling sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Analisis mekanis tingkat pencapaian responden dengan rumus persentase, analisis persyaratan uji menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Analisis koefisien korelasi Pearson menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dan dilanjutkan dengan uji t untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori rendah kreativitas siswa (58%), Dari 40 siswa terdapat 14 siswa (35%) yang memiliki hasil belajar dikategorikan ≥ 80 selesai dan 26 orang (65%) <80 kategori belum tuntas. Hasil analisis korelasi memiliki nilai r yang dihitung pada 0,612 dengan interpretasi hubungan yang kuat. Uji signifikansi korelasi diperoleh harga t ≥ t tabel (15,591 ≥ 2,021) yang berarti Ha diterima. Disarankan kepada guru untuk lebih ditingkatkan. kreativitas belajar siswa melalui penggunaan sumber belajar dan strategi belajar yang lebih memicu kreativitas dalam belajar, mendorong siswa untuk menjadi kebebasan kreatif dan melengkapi fasilitas belajarKeywords: Motivasi, Kreativitas, Bun Tradisional dan kreasi.

Utilization of natural dyes for cosmetics becomes one of the alternatives to chemical dyes. Because these chemical dyes can cause irritation to the skin even the color owned by chemical dyes can not stand stored for a relatively long time. This study aims to a) analyze the color name (Hue) and color brightness (Value) of the use of henna leaves (Lawsonia inermis) and turmeric as a color light produced in the use of time 3 hours, 5 hours, 7 hours on the palm and fingertips, b) analyze the color name (Hue) and color brightness (Value) of the use of henna leaves (Lawsonia Inermis), turmeric and coconut pistils produced in the use of 3 hours , 5 hours, 7 hours on the palm and fingertips and c) analyze the color comparison (Hue) and color brightness (Value) resulting from henna and turmeric leaves with henna leaves, turmeric and coconut pistils on the palms and fingertips. This type of research is quasy experiment. The population of this study was a student of Padang State University class of 2016 aged 20-25 years with 3 samples and 7 panelists. Data retrieval technique is purposive sampling method. Descriptive data analysis techniques by displaying statistics and frequency. with independent sample- t-test confidence. Based on the results of the study on the addition of turmeric from the average color aspect of 2.71 good categories and aspects of color brightness (value) an average of 3.14 good categories. In the use of the addition of coconut pistil henna from the average color aspect of 2.80 good categories and aspects of color brightness (value) on average 2.9 good categories and in the color indicator (hue) there is no difference in the influence of the finished result of henna making henna leaves with the addition of turmeric and the addition of coconut pistils. Value p = 0.812 (p>0.05) and in the color brightness indicator (value) there is no difference in the influence of henna making henna leaves with the addition of turmeric and the addition of coconut pistil henna. Value p= 0.531 (p>0.05). Conclusion on the color indicator (hue) there is no difference in the influence of the finished result of henna making henna leaves with the addition of turmeric and the addition of coconut pistils and in the indicator of color brightness (value) there is no difference in the influence of the result of making henna henna henna leaves with the addition of turmeric and the addition of coconut pistil henna and recommended for further research on the manufacture of henna henna leaves with the addition of turmeric and the addition of coconut pistils more , so it is expected that the color acquisition is better than before.

This study aims to a) know the descriptive moisture of dry skin in the control group, b) to know the descriptive moisture of dry skin after being given olive oil, c) to know the descriptive moisture of dry skin after being given ozone-treated olive oil, d) to determine the use of ozone-treated olive oil on dry facial skil.This type of research is an experiment. The object of this research is women aged 30- 45 years in the coastal area of West freshwater, Padang city who have dry facial skin. The data collection technique is using 6 samples with purposive sampling technique. Descriptive data analysis techniques and bivariate analysis using ANAVA test with 95% confidence.Based on the results of the study, the average facial skin moisture of the sample from the first day to the 10th day did not change the condition to normal with ordinary facial skin care, the average facial skin moisture of the sample experienced a change on day 6 from very dry to dry facial skin, in The 9th day changes to normal and becomes moist. The day after facial treatment using olive oil is carried out, the average facial skin moisture of the sample changes on day 5 from very dry facial skin to dry, day 6 changes to normal, becomes moist starting from day 5. 7 and lasted until the 10th day after facial treatment using olive oil, the hypothesis "there is a difference in the effect of treatment on dry facial skin conditions with regular facial skin cleansing, skin care with olive oil and facial skin care using olive oil with ozone on facial skin care. dry ”received at a significant level si 95% because Fcount (6,703)> Ftable (3.34), different test states that the results of ordinary facial cleansing of the sample are significantly different, but facial treatments with olive oil without ozone and with ozone are not significantly different. But the result of increasing the moisture process using olive oil with ozone is faster to moisture to facial skin.

Pada zaman sekarang tidak sedikit salon kecantikan yang memiliki dan menawarkan berbagai atribut, baik pelayanan yang memuaskan, produk yang bersaing, tempat yang nyaman, promosi yang menarik dan sebagainya guna memuaskan konsumen dan mendapatkan kesetiaan konsumen. Keberlansungan perusahaan khususnya salon kecantikan bergantung pada kemampuan salon kecantikan dalam menjaga para pelanggan agar pelanggan mereka dapat loyal dengan salon kecantikan tersebut dan tidak berpindah dengan salon kecantikan yang lain. Memiliki pelanggan yang loyal adalah asset penting yang harus dijaga perusahaan agar perusahaan mereka dapat terus bersaing dengan pesaing lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan a) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, b) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan c) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengunjung atau pelanggan yang pernah dan masih mengunjungi Arsyila Salon & SPA yang berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang disesuaikan dalam bentuk skala Likert yang telah diuji validitasnya dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan yang meliputi harga, pelayanan, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Arsyila Salon & SPA Kota Bukittinggi. Hal tersebut telah dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan Uji F bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 4,169 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 4.169 > 3.13, yang berarti bahwa harga, pelayanan, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan salon kecantikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar salon kecantikan selalu mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan terciptanya loyalitas pelanggan yang lebih baik untuk mencapai kemajuan usaha.

The purpose of this study is to a) Knowing the different results of applying eyebrow compact powder to western bridal makeup b) Knowing the different results of applying eyebrow gel to western bridal makeup c) Knowing the differences in the results of applying eyebrow compact powder to eyebrow gel to western bridal makeup. The type of this research is pre-experimental. the sample in this study amounted to 6 people. The data collection technique is purposive sampling. Descriptive data analysis technique by displaying the mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values. Analysis of the data used is the independent-sample t-test. The results of the application of cosmetic eyebrow compact powder on western bridal makeup, it was found that the highest value was obtained in the smoothness and preference section, namely 3.57 having very fine criteria and very liking. In the results of the application of eyebrow gel cosmetics on western bridal makeup, it was found that the greatest value was obtained in the accuracy aspect, namely 3.04 having the right criteria. There are differences in the results of the application of eyebrow compact powder and eyebrow gel cosmetics on western bridal makeup on the aspect of accuracy (p=0,377), on the aspect of smoothness (p=0,013), on the aspect of neatness (p=0,015) and the aspect of liking (p=0,002). Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that there were differences in the analysis of the results of the application of eyebrow compact powder with eyebrow gel in western bridal makeup.
